      I was contacted by email from Amazon on 8/23/23 regarding my refund. Email stated my credit card declined to accept refund amount. I called Amazon conveyed by phone to customer service representative I had to cancel the card. Amazon representative stated the refund could not go back to the new **** card although only change was account number, I had 2 choices gift card or check by mail I requested check. On 8/27/23 Amazon representative emailed me conveyed check would be mailed. As of 9/18/23 I didn't receive check, I also checked on 9/18 Amazon Account/Transaction refund amount not noted. Concerned I call amazon spoke to Amazon Rep. who stated she couldnt locate record of refund check being process, I requested to speak with supervisor the call dropped while I was on hold, I immediately sent email to Amazon received response stating refund will take 10 weeks he didn't say when the 10 weeks began on 8/23 or 9/18 After his email I notice on Amazon website ************ which provide detail for all refund procedures there was no mention 10-week refund period for refund checks mailed. I contacted Amazon by phone inquired reason 10-week period conveyed to the representative I read the Refund Timeline which didnt mention 10-week timeline for check refunds, the supervisor stated Amazon didnt have to include the waiting period in Refund Timeline to customers, I conveyed that didnt sound legal asked her to email me that we spoke about my refund, and she did, which was no consolation because a refund from Amazon should not take 10-weeks before I receive my money.

      from ******************************** on September 12, 2023 order this product two orders come with no power cable for the amplifier **** a review on the first return indicating The product did not come with power cable for the amplifier.The 2nd orders Came without the power cord for the amplifier so it doesn't work correctly.What going on with quality who's checked the box to make sure everything it's in the box I have too Send back hope the company will set up a quality...And know Amazon will like to rewrite my complaint or will not be posted this the 3th time I get the same feedback when I send a review to Amazon. No good Amazon

      I just moved to another state and I updated my address on my account a week before moving into our new place. My boyfriend who has the same address on his account, let me use his credit card to place an order. When I placed the order, it was cancelled and my account is under investigation for fraud. Called the number because it too them past the 24 hour window to respond back to the submitted documents. (Submitted documents Saturday, didnt hear back till today at 5:30.) I was put on hold multiple times, I was sent an email to provide more information to prove its my account, the link kept saying submissions under evolution and now I was told to wait an additional 2 days before hearing back and uploading additional information when I wasnt sent an proper link to do so today. I dont understand how my account is being accused of fraud all because I havent ordered anything for three months and after updating my address. My problem wasnt resolved and now I cant order new furniture for my sons room or for our new place.

      I ordered an item that is very important. I received a notification that my item what not coming/damaged and I contacted them ************** and they refuse to give me my refund and there workers are very incompetent. When I asked for a supervisor would switch me to a different employee or just hang up. They are trying to scam me out of me money and making my life miserable.

      Amazon had me as a Prime Member and had been debiting my Debit card for over 9 months, once it came to my attention I called customer service; reported and explained I never signed for this program and for my card to be debit monthly. I was told "Amazon can only refund me for 3 months."

      They post a price and the bait and switch. I am extremely unsatisfied. This is America. Give me the correct price before Taxis Im American.

      When Amazon screws up they "really" s**** up and will do nothing to make things right. A moral barometer is not the **** they operate under. You will get excuses, bounced around from "associate" to "associate" but whatever the conclusion of those communications, it will be far short of anything remotely satisfactory. For a decades-long customer, that means I have encountered more than my share of incompetence followed by mediocre if not non-existent satisfactory resolution. For a $1.5 trillion dollar company, this is highly unacceptable. You will waste hours of your time for essentially no resolution in return. There is no escalation point. A chat associate *** "escalate" to a leader team to call you which will never occur. They have become a large company who care less over time for their customers making it difficult if not impossible to achieve a reasonable result. I could provide example after example but the final conclusion is it starts with Amazon incompetence and ends with a parsimonious solution at best. I would look forward to Amazon competition and be one of the first to "switch camps" encouraging all to migrate away from Amazon.

      For the past 3 days I have attempted to resolve an issue. I had prime and pay for next day delivery. 8days later no package. I canceled my prime membership. They told me to get a partial refund because I had used a coupon to take 25% off and repurchase the said item for more money because they lost the package. I was livid. They sent me to over 6 different people and my issue was never resolved. They don't care about their customers. I paid $17 a month for a service I did not get. And now I am out of an important supplement I take daily. Very disappointed.

      They are allowing 3rd party vendors to sell on their site things that it doesnt work I returned the inGood faith and either has issued a refund I have done everything they said and have been lied to by Amazon they tell they are issuing me a refund but havent I feel like this is fraud

      I generally like using Amazon, however, I recently had them censor one of my reviews because they didn't agree with the content. They claim I didn't meet their community standards, but I believe they are misusing this as an excuse to commit anti-consumer censorship. At any rate it's a dishonest and unethical practice. Given it deals with a seal on a food product, it should even fall under a health and safety issue. I'm this case, not allowing me to warning others of the issue should be illegal. I purchased a whey protein powder mix on a significant sale. It arrived in a box with the side kicked in, and there was a dent in the actual container right where said kick was on the box. The container was also visibly leaking powder upon touch, despite the seal they're supposed to have under the lid. I recorded when opening the product so I have proof. I tried to return it over the broken seal and was told it was not eligible for return. I eventually opened to use it because it just costs too much to toss. When I went to review the product, I covered the product taste, how easy it is to mix, and if I thought it was worth the current price ($85 now). I also briefly discussed how it arrived with a broken seal and I wasn't allowed to return it. All of this is useful information for potential customers to consider. Although it mentions the shipment, it is neither the focus nor the majority of the review. This was straight-up just a dishonest anti-consumer practice.
