      I purchased a CaAm Defender windshield on April 20, 2023, the item arrived damaged. I had approval from the 3rd party seller to return the item. Fix my Toys received my item on June 14, 2023, and refunded Amazon. Amazon has refused to refund me the money that is rightfully mine. Amazon has done nothing but lie and mislead me. Blaming incorrect credit card info, my financial institution, saying the refund is stuck, wrong order number, they said the money wasnt refunded by FMT, until I showed them proof. Everyone apologizes makes empty promises, and I have nothing they have had my refund for 109 days, and have done nothing but lie. Shame on you!

      Package that I needed to fix my car wasnt delivered to the correct address. Best they claim they can do is resend it and I MIGHT have it by 10 PM tomorrow. **************** and management was absolutely NO help and kept saying that was the best they could do. No regard for the fact of the matter that a family is still without transportation due to the incompetence of their delivery staff.

      Loing story short, I received a "dress" that was falling apart and nothing as pictured AND I had to pay the return shipping myself even though seller stated it was covered if returned AND I had to call them on 5 separate occasions, email them multiple times AND chat with customer ******************** more times than I can count and they STILL have not given me my money back. I have no wedding dress and no money to buy a new one. Amazon is letting *****/TEMU type sellers on their platform and it is RUINING their business.

      I returned an item to Amazon and received confirmation that they received it. I received a full refund. Three weeks later they charged me again (the full price) stating they did not receive the item in the allotted time. I contacted amazon chat over 7 times and they all told me I would receive my refund. I received half the refund and when I contacted them yet again yesterday, they told me they do not have an option to give me the rest of my refund. They really just stole from me. This is the most ridiculous situation I've ever encountered. They are keeping my money and have no right to do so. I have the chat logs and emails stating they mis-charged me, yet they won't give me my money back.

      EVERY single time I have ordered through this company, there has been problems, without exception. This last experience will be the LAST. I ordered something for a birthday, and it was supposed to be delivered two days before said birthday. It never showed up, ruining the birthday for the person, and making me madder than I can ever remember being before. It took a LOT of trouble to get a refund, as I spent an entire evening doing so. I will NEVER order another thing from this company. Quite frankly, I feel that they should be put out of business permanently.

      Amazon is a wonderful company. I will only order from Amazon. Delivery is excellent prices are excellent. **************** is wonderful. Most of all when you call within minutes you can speak to someone. Keep up the good work and you are the only company I do online purchases from.

      I called Amazon customer service I made a purchases on 09/ 17 the information on the Amazon website stated that this item was a prime one-day delivery. The item advertised stated that it was in stock, It stated that it ships nearby. On the 18th I did not receive my purchase as advertized. On 09/19 Amazon stated that day, they did not. Today is the 20th Iitems advertised as One Day drlivrry on the Amazon website, still waiting. On the Amazon advertisement it clearly stated, Prime One Day, also states in stock also states ships from nearby If any of those advertisements were true I would have received my purchase on the 18, today is the 20, still nothing. I called Amazon customer service to see if I could get a reimbursement for my items since all their ad information was wrong first person hung up on me. Second kept insisting that my items were going to be delivered on 10/6, I kept asking her to go to the page where the items that I ordered were so she could see the ad stating, Prime One Day, also states in stock also states ships from nearby she kept insisting that the arraval date is 10/6. I asked for her manager her manager. The manager also was giving me the run around, that One Day really meant 2 to 3 day delivery. I repeatedly askedthr manager to go look at the Amazon webpage where the advertisement the next day he finally went to the Amazon page where one of the items I purchased was, he read out loud all of the ad promises. finally Amazonvudtomer Service read all the ad promised. I adkedgora reimbursement, He explained that there was nothing he could do until i actually receive the items and finished the conversation with so whenever you receive them call back. this is not very good customer service. This is not very good service. This is what I call false advertisement, bad Amazon.

      Amazon has barely any live support chat. Which is awful when Amazon continuously sends the completely wrong product to my house and I have to drive to a ***** drop off point to return it wasting my ************ money for their mistakes. In the past month I have received not one not two but seven wrong items..

      On 8/24/23 I purchased a drywall lift through Amazon. I received a defective product with arms that were not machined correctly and do not securely attach to the unit causing unsafe operation. I attempted to return this product and was provided a shipping label that would cost me $130 return shipping plus a $20 box on an item I only paid $29.99 shipping for at the time of purchase.on 9/6/23 I contacted Amazon customer service who said they would contact the 3rd party seller to attempt to obtain a pre-paid shipping label and if that label was not provided that Amazon would guarantee a prepaid shipping label direct from them to return the item.on 9/20/23 after hearing back from the 3rd party seller that they would not provide a label, I contacted Amazon customer service as instructed and was informed by multiple representatives that they would not honor their promise and I would have to pay return shipping on the item.Amazon apparently can lie on a recorded line and think there will be no consequences. I have since filed an official complaint with the **** **** Attorney General and directly through Amazon. I have returned every item I bought from Amazon in the last 30 days and will not be doing business with them any longer.

      Amazon ************* Complaint. I buy Items from Amazon for my ill parents as they are unable to leave their home. This means I make many returns. Each time I return an item at the *** store I get a receipt. About a month later, at least 1 out of 5 returns will be recharged my Amazon as if I never made the return. I spend so much time disputing the charges with Amazon. This last charge for a return I made, I was informed by the Amazon customer service that they are having issues with their return facility. As I write this, I am being charged again for another item that was returned over a month ago. This makes me want to stop buying from Amazon. I feel that the Amazon returns facility needs to be investigated.
