      They watch my account like a hawk. My partner and I had my account locked because he had a closed account, and I used his credit card on my account. It took a lot to get my account unlocked. Now, I am limited to only digital purchases because my friend who uses my account sent a bunch of returns incorrectly. I have never done that and always send my returns correctly, as I use Amazon for groceries and to ***************. The reason I have a lot of returns is because I don't know how things will look or be in my home. I spend thousands probably every other month there and use it for nearly everything. Now, I am returning every item I have that is still returnable and closing my account because they have a **** dollar gift card of mine they won't let me use. I am a gay male, and they seem to target my account. They have frequently put my account on hold and made me submit documents to reopen it. This happens about once a month. With the, I don't know, probably millions of users, my is watched and shut down all the time. They claimed bath towels and other household goods were suspicious. Like?????? They then put my account on hold for days until they figured out whether it was fraud. They specifically target my and my partner's account as they do the same to him. I want my account back and to be left alone. It is not fair they stole **** dollars from me in a gift card. If they want to limit my account, give me my gift card money and let me close my account permanently.

      I ordered off of my cousin's wedding registry, and 2-3 days later, I received an e-mail stating that I had violated Amazon's Conditions of Use. I followed the instructions and reached out to the Appeal Team- I tried logging into my Amazon Account, and it mentioned that they needed to verify my payment due to suspicious activity. I submitted the requested information and then quickly received an email saying my account was automatically closed. Shortly after, my card was manually charged for 2 different returns I had dropped off to *** a month prior. I called **************** to 1. Ask if they could provide me the reasoning behind my account being closed. and 2. Ask for the refund for the 2 items that I had already returned. **************** was unable to help me and told me that I could attempt to appeal their decision again and to dispute the charge on my credit card for the 2 returns. To this day, I still have not received a response on why my account my closed. I had recently paid for a full year of Amazon Prime.

      Amazon deleted my account without my authorization and they informed me I need to create a new account. They deleted all my purchase of digital copies of videos and they can not give me a refund nor allow my purchases to move over to my new account. I purchased the videos not rent them and now there is no way to retrieve them even though I have the receipts and date of purchase! We have to go to small claims court

      They are absolute garbage and scammers. I have been a prime member for years and so often my orders get "Delivered" and a photo is included, and it is of the completely wrong house. I try to get in contact with their support and they usually say there is nothing they can do and end the conversation. Its a shame that they dont hold their employees accountable for theft or just doing a subpar job.

      DO NOT TRUST AMAZON!! I trusted them with MY VERY LIFE!! I returned this wheelchair back in **** 2 days after it arrived UNOPENED!! I decided I needed the money for my toddler, so returned it to get my money back for my baby!! I tracked it every day!! It finally said it was successfully returned 4days later!! I so I waited for my refund...I called in about my refund after 20 days went by, amazon said it could take up to 90days I called in about it every other week! asking them to update the status of the wheelchair to "RETURNED" So I can get my refund! they told me that they couldn't do that and to keep waiting . I 4-6 times a month for 3 months . Then they told me *** never received my item and that if I SUBMIT ***** that they received it that they would refund my money! I called *** and they were HAD ALL THE ***** and let me know it arrived to their facility on the date its tracking number said that it did! That everything was succesful! I then submitted that proof to amazon!! And called them happily thinking I'd finally get a refund! NO!! they told me I had to EMAIL THEM THE REASON WHY I DESERVE A REFUND!!!! when I did EVERYTHING RIGHT ON MY END! I returned it and kept the trying receipt for proof! The tracking number STILL SAYS RETURNED !!! *** SAYS IT MADE IT TO THEIR FACILTY . BUT AMAZON WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! THEY REFUSE TO! I've been hung up on countless times over this!! NO compassion no empathy from them no help no solution! AMAZON ROBBED ME!! This is the most UNFAIR THING EVER to do to a DEVOTED CUSTOMER!! they wouldn't even send me the wheel chair back or offer me a gift card or a credit. NOTHING! THEY only say "if there is nothing else u need help with I'll have to end this call" then they hang up in my FACE!!! I WAS ROBBED!!!!!

      do not fall for the amazon if ordered in the next how ever many hours it will be delivered by that time that is only a guise of a delivery time and dont bother calling amazon they dont care what is said in the product add or on your invoice for a delivery datei have had multiple products that have taken up to 30 days to be delivered after the original delivery date

      Amazon is an excellent company for ordering products and receiving them quickly. It is a little more time consuming now to reach a live rep as one must first **** through the ****** Assistant in order to do so. Once past that point a live rep is available for chat and/or to request a phone call. Still, it is easier to reach a live person at Amazon than most other companies. The reps are outstanding in resolving any product issues but fall short in resolving technical issues pertaining to devices and programs. I believe Amazon has become too diversified with their devices, programs and apps to keep up with the necessary fixes on those devices, programs and apps and/or customer support for the same. My latest encounter with Amazon involves a refund of money for a high priced electronic item which was never opened or used. A refund has still not been issued and it will be close to a month before I am expected to. I will not be considering Amazon for high priced products in the future. The Amazon Music program constantly has issues and more so after an update. I believe Apple Music would be a better music platform. Amazon Prime membership is worth the cost if you do a lot of online shopping and includes other benefits. One of which is Amazon Prime Video. I find the videos to buffer more often than not and do not consider it much of a benefit. I do not have that same problem with my other streaming services. Overall, Amazon is a decent company which needs improvement in the noted areas.

      Amazon told me that my package was delivered and it wasnt. It took them 2 days to respond to my message if I had an issue with my delivery. They sent me to **** and gave me a tracking number I didnt know was attached to my delivery, than **** customer service wont respond.

      I used my gift card balance to buy 2 gift cards. My account was on hold and they still havent unlocked it after I submitted the requested documentation
