      I would give 0 stars, Amazon was 5 stops away from delivering our package. I pay for Prime membership and they repeatedly fail their false advertisement for PRIME MEMBERS SAME DAY DELIVERY. We pay for this and Amazon continues to uphold there Prime Members Benefit repeatedly offering only a $5.00 inconvenience credit. This is no way acceptable any more since it continues to happen. Then when you arent so nice about the repeated lies, they threaten to suspend or terminate your account. This is WRONG!!

      If youre delivering people would not break everything that would be wonderful! Do you not allow them enough time to make their deliveries so they dont have to throw things at your door? So many returns lately due to damage

      They placed my account on hold for "unusual payment activity" I sent in verification that my cards belonged to me. Waited over 48 hours for a response...no one ever emailed me about the situation. I emailed buyer account appeals asking what was going on. NO RESPONSE! I called Amazon and spoke to someone who says they see no reason why my account is in VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS! NEVER ONCE WAS I TOLD MY ACCOUNT WAS PERMANENTLY CLOSE OR THAT I VIOLATED AMAZONS RULES!!! ******* was very nice and I appreciated her help I'm now waiting for them to review THAT THERE IS NO REASON MY ACCOUNT SHOULDVE BEEN CLOSED! I have to wait 24-48hrs to see if they decide to reopen my account. Meanwhile THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGING ME FOR THINGS I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE AND CANT SEE BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS SUPPOSEDLY CLOSED! I am beyond upset I've had amazon for years...I'm disabled and a single mom...Amazon helps me get things I can't get to the store for all the time.

      Chat with customer service telling them product not received though it indicates it was delivered by **** I had contacted them multiple times for help. They tell you to call back at end of day. You ask what that means (4th attempt to get refund). I'm told to call back in an hour or two. **************** has fallen to an all-time low at Amazon.

      Amazon is simply a trash company. If you need help on your account good luck, you'll be routed to a call center and speak with someone who barely speaks the same language as you. Don't spend your money here

      Have been trying to have a return picked up for over a week. Everytime I call customer service, I get a different story. They have ruined customer service and company name. Tried to cancel my yearly membership early, but you can't do that. Put in to cancel on renewal date. Pathetic company.

      I have been dealing with this seller for a year or more and have nothing but good to say. I am sorry to inform you that I will no longer be able to enjoy your excellent service due to AMAZON placing multiple monthly PRIME charges on my bank account. I have delt with Amazon customer service to no avail , took this concern to my personal banker and received some relief although AMAZON still is in possession of several hundreds of dollars of my social security funds. I fully support the Governments current actions against this business (AMAZON) and would like to see AMAZON hung out to dry due to this multi-billion-dollar operation that takes advantage of the elderly consumer.

      After purchasing an item from Amazon I returned to page of the item. Soon after I purchased the item Amazon lowered the price by $10.00 in addition to a 10% coupon. I tried to immediately cancel the, but they prevented me from canceling the item and took the $200.00 for the item. I called Amazon for a price adjustment, but they told me they would not give me or allow me to cancel it. I just created the order.
