Im a long time Amazon prime member and never felt the need to file a complaint. Until now. I purchased an Amazon 4K fire tv from Best Buy. All was well for about 7 months. Then the remote begun to stop working. I replaced the batteries. Less than a week later again stopped working and again I replaced the batteries. After doing this twice I asked my children if they may have damaged the remote. No one could think of anything that might have damaged it. Over the last few months I cant count how many times I replaced the batteries. I searched the internet and there are several sites including ******* videos how to fix this problem. One of the suggestions being use Duracell or Energizer batteries. I was using Rayovac which is not an inexpensive battery. I was not purchasing more expensive batteries for it to continue to happen. I called Best Buy and was told I need to contact Amazon. This went on for about a hour. Neither companies wanted to help after explaining to each person I was transferred to my problem. After about 4 hours of no help from either company and many calls after being sent to the wrong department or the representative I spoke with could not and would not help (one Amazon representative even couldnt give me details about the manufacturer warranty and almost seemed as if she never heard of the term.) Finally I spoke to an Amazon representative who agreed to send a replacement remote. This was almost 3 weeks ago and I was promised the remote would arrive in 2-3 business days. Still no remote. The representatives suggestion was to used Duracell batteries. I should get at least 6 months of remote usage. Against my better judgement while waiting for new remote I bought and inserted Duracell batteries. Its been less than a week and batteries are already dead. Not only have I spent an excessive amount of money on batteries but I cant use the remote I paid to use.

Ignorant customer service. Product not delivered. Their own system says delivery cancelled because shipper damaged product and now Im fighting to get my money back. **************** literally hung up in my war when I asked why I had to call back in another week when its been 2 weeks already since it was suppose to be delivered.

They **** royally, don't inform you that pre-orders don't get charged until they ship, overdrawn account because of this. Got great lip service from Amazon, but no resolution, kept trying to divert me from the subject. Overdrawn account 8 months later, and no Vaseline for being screwed over. 5th time this year they've screwed up my orders and try to smooth things over by telling me they'll note my account so it doesn't happen again. Amazon needs a disclaimer stating your account will not be charged until the item is ready to ship. They do not do this

Careful with this business that apparently keeps growing based on lies while keeping others out for minimum mistake. I had asked for a legit refund on an item they did not sent, and that was a pain. Had to file police report to get my refund back. Another time their driver delivered my packages to a mother address, opened my boxes and then got redelivered it to me. I was missing an item, asked for refund and it got instantly declined. They said they contacted the driver (lies) and that everything was in the box (really?) Also, had a package scanned delivered but I didn't get it, called customer service. They were able to provide the information, the driver mistakenly scanned package but took it back to warehouse. I was told to come back the next day and ask for refund or replacement if I didn't get the item. I did this, and I got sent to an account specialist that closed my account FOR VIOLATING THIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. What terms and what conditions? That you as a giant multimillionaire in the growing business failed to do one simple task and now it is my fault? Shame on you Amazon, I'm still waiting on my refund (after a second police report had been filed) and my money back since I was a Prime Member. I won't pay for a service I won't be getting same as I won't pay for an item I did not get. Like this till death. You only getting 1 start because I can't chose 0. That's what you are WORTH.

When will any one do something about Amazon!!! they flat steal from their own customers , and refuse to reimburse you. THEFT ! Ether way you look at it . Somehow I had 2 prime accounts , but Amazon failed to let me know even though they knew that that my accounts were in or in my email name name and phone number 2 separate accounts and have charged me for over a year For both accounts, I have called numerous times complaining about this , I did not fully understand what was going on and they neglected to let me know, now they refuse to reimburse me except for $14. A year and a 1/2, and they refused, even though your email phone number ****** accounts and things are synced, this is theft pure theft . I honestly Do believe there should be a class action lawsuit , this is pathetic worst customer service worst corporation worst worst delivery worst everything and they refuse to admit it.. Their customer service Talks to you in a way to aggravate you they do not answer you they pause like they're not even there they laugh at you in the background Andy ***** you.. This is the most horrible corporation corporation in US history. And we allow it, Because I know we can't do nothing about it. I really don't even know how it even belongs to The Better Business Bureau, You would think somebody would do something. But obviously no one cares, If I could give Amazon a huge pile of P*** instead of a star I would

I sent back a return in August via **** The return was accepted by Amazon while the item was still in transit. Once the refund was posted to my account I discarded my receipt with the tracking information from **** Seven full weeks after the return was accepted I was charged for the item. I understand that Amazons return policy is that if the item is lost in the post that they are not responsible, however once they have accepted the return they have accepted responsibility for the item. The way this policy has been used I could be charged for any item I have returned at any time if Amazon deems fit. There is no accountability here.

Locked out of my acccount. Called "customer service". They started asking me questions I could not answer in order to prove my identity. (I had already given them my name, address, last 4 of my credit card and expiration date.) They asked for the last 3 thinga I ordered? I don't know, I can't get into my account to check. When did you sign up for Amazon Prime? No idea. Give me one device with **********************, with the serial number of the device? Huh??? I asked for the supervisor. Was transferred to ****. She stated that her reresentitive told her I refused to answer the security questions. I told her I did not refuse and that they are stupid questions that I can't answer. I then told her to either reactivate my account or cancel it. She said she couldn't reactivate it, and she couldn't cancel it. She is supposedly a member of the "Leadership Team", but she can't do anything. I then stated that I will never buy anything from Amazon again.
