      Amazon promises fast delivery and that's what you pay a yearly expensive fee for. Yet the last two items I ordered for gifts one for a birthday and one for a baby shower have arrived late. When I contact the company every representative has a different story to tell me. Some say it got lost some say it's still in transit some say it got damaged and was sent back. What's the real story Amazon train your representatives better! You can take the money out of my bank account but not deliver the item when you say it's going to be delivered! The service from this company is zero stars if I could give it zero stars very unimpressed with the quality of the customer service that this company is giving all of us who pay them lots of money yearly.

      Amazon is illegally asking for a copy of my passport to correct their programming error. Amazon messed up my account with their new website so I cant find out the status of my orders. Amazon finally after four phone calls asked for a copy of my drivers license with only my picure without other data. Ill. Try this solution as I am a real customer since ********************** started.There also seems to be an issue with the Amazon cloud as I am receiving packages that I didnt order. Three packages not ordered by me arrived AFTER I ordered something from the gift registry.

      July 20th I was notified that my seller fullfilled items were temporarilly deactoivated while a 30 day review was performed but I can still sell on FBA.my seller defect rate was at 9% I was already in process of going 100% FBA anyway so it didnt really bother me and the no disberdments for 30 days would ne like a savings account with a nice payout at the end. I did however try and getr my seller fullfilled side taken care of in case I ever did need it. A total of 64 emails and calls to Amazon yielded nothing. They never once told me what they wanted only this exact quote "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time." Talking to the rep on the phone gave me ideas of what they wanted. Per the phone reps *********** I submitted tracking info for every order for past 60 days in an excel spreadsheet many times. and thier response everytime was " We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time." I pleaded with them to tell me what they want. They would NEVER tell me. Well Augest 17th I was notified that an additinal review time for 30 more days will be needed. On Sept 8th right after my defet rate went to 0% Amazon permantly shut down my account, stating that in 90 days I can ask the appeals department to release my funds and only after a seperate investigation is done will they release the funds if everything for them checks out. Keep in mind when all this started I had $900 in amazon reserves when they told me to continue to sell FBA and after 30 days all will be good. My reserve is now at just under $7,300. Also after my deactivation amazon continued to sell and ship my item knowing they would not be paying for them around $500 worth. On sept 13 I ws notified I would need to attend a video meeting to verify my identity. I scheduled an interview. to date nothing has happened

      Amazon will not refund a gift return even with *proof* that the item was picked up and sent in through their process that was arranged by Amazon themselves. We have proof we no longer have the item and they are still not giving a refund.

      They placed my account on hold for "unusual payment activity" I sent in verification that my cards belonged to me. Waited over 48 hours for a response...no one ever emailed me about the situation. I emailed buyer account appeals asking what was going on. NO RESPONSE! I called Amazon and spoke to someone who says they see no reason why my account is in VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS! NEVER ONCE WAS I TOLD MY ACCOUNT WAS PERMANENTLY CLOSE OR THAT I VIOLATED AMAZONS RULES!!!I was told 3 times my account would be back open first was ***** hrs then 24 hrs the 2-4 hours then it was immediately.Then I received email stating it was closed and not to reply or send emails after that

      It is very easy to enroll into their Prime membership without realizing. They do not give you a warning by email. I find this business practice horrible.

      Infringement of "freedom of speech" rights and major censorship of product reviews. No wonder so many products have good reviews - THEY DO NOT ALLOW HONEST AND SUBJECTIVE REVIEWS IF THEY DO NOT ALIGN WITH THEIR POLICIES. I purchased a perfume - which I thought would be authentic - only to receive something whose smell faded after only a few minutes and came discolored unlike the authentic version. I posted 3 separate occasions, providing a simple subjective analysis of product and received messages that the product was "checked for authenticity and is authentic".

      Constantly late on shipping. When you call in about it they do nothing but argue with you. If I could do a negative star or 0 stars I would.

      I ordered 2 packages of gender reveal tablecloth to receive a total of 6 when receiving the package I was missing 4 tablecloths. Checking on Amazon they were sold out. I called to get a resolution to get the 4 missing tablecloths send to me by Sunday because that when my party is or get a partial refund for the missing items. Amazon said they couldnt do either because it was sold by a 3rd party and I told them I was really unhappy and disappointed the representative said my only option was to return those to get my money back!! I explained I still wanted to use them I just needed the 4 missing ones to be send or get a partial refund to go buy something the would go with these tablecloths. She instead said my only option was to return them and if I didnt want to she was going to disconnect because she had other clients to help and disconnected the call!! Never has Amazon been so rude and I have been a prime member and bought so many items from them!!
