      I returned an unwanted item and opted for a credit to my account rather than a refund because the web site said it would take 3 weeks for my money. Amazon said it had not received my return 20 days after it was shipped. 1 hour on the phone with c. s. learned 39 more weeks to get credit. Where is my interest for 1 month???

      Amazon delivery promises/practices should be illegal. I ordered headphones that were apparently delivered. The delivery person sent me a picture of 300 mailboxes with a box in front that I have no reason to believe is my own. They marked it as left in the locker room (which is a room full of lockers for deliveries to not get lost) but instead sent me a picture of 300 mailboxes meaning it wasn't left in the lockerooom but at/in the mailboxes.. clear contradiction and pure confusion.

      Amazon, it's just an expensive broker for selling cheaply. Made Chinese products if they break, you are pretty much out of business.Once in a while, maybe they might cover them, but 90% of the time they do not. It makes me wonder why. I even do business with this company. Now. ******* offers a 90 day replacement. At least you get a little bit more time.

      I bought item on Amazon for 700$Not even 30 days and the item is defective. Im told by Amazon to write a message to the seller which I did after waiting one week i contact Amazon by phone explaining the seller has not reached out to me via Amazon message center they informed they will email me their contact to email them directly which I did and approximately 2 weeks later there is no response or resolution and they asked me for videos and pictures. They told me Amazon ships out for us and they are responsible for this item. Well Amazon was called and they told me they are not responsible the seller is and just get the items returned for a full refund now I finally got a contractor to remove the item and I am on my way to *** and I see and realize that the dollar amount Im supposed to receive is lower then the full amount after speaking with Amazon they are informing me that there is restocking fee. When I did not request the return Amazon did all I wanted was a the part to be warrantied by Amazon as promised on their listing and advertisement. I have asked customer service to speak with someone from ***************** and they are not helping instead they are saying they will charge restocking fee I asked to speak with a manager they said they cant do that as it is not going to help and they said I am with there exact words s*** out of luck. Which company speaks like that with a customer

      They simply are not a secure company. They would not delete my account because someone had himself on as a user or as an add-on to account by using my phone number. Amazon refused to delete my account because I could not add my phone number, because this scammer was using it to get into my account and steal my financial information. The only information that I have is his first name ******, he live in ********* ********** and using my account to change my password and access my payment information. It has taken a long time to figure this out, because he was not buying anything from Amazon, but rather using my financial information to ******, use Uber, use Doordash and several other purchases. My bank was very helpful, however I had to change my whole banking account 3 times and have just received my 8th debit card in little over a year. Thank for listening and please I beg of you share this information with other customers of Amazon.

      I just found out that an Amazon business account that pays by invoice will not receive the offered coupons, even though it shows as "being applied to one item at checkout" when it has been "clipped". Upon checking the coupon terms, it does not say anything about business accounts that pay by invoice not being eligible to receive coupons. Even if it was in the small print of the terms, I still think it's a very deceptive practice. The current capabilities of programs should make it possible to only offer the coupons to those that can use them. Or to be transparent about the coupon not being available for pay by invoice customers. Most who purchase on Amazon are comparing prices with other companies. This gives the illusion of a cost savings that is not going to be delivered, so as to procure the order.

      Delivery is not great. You pay for a membership hoping to get your package on time or even at all for them to lie and say they attempted delivery. All the while nobody never shows up. Complained about this to an Amazon supervisor and he hung up on me / didnt help me with my concerns.

      Terrible customer service and they respond without listening and to repeat a script. I ordered couches from Blue Breeze seller $1800. They said the couches were delivered but that was not true. We have cameras and the footage shower nothing was ever delivered.Amazon did not help at all. **************** was requiring a police report, which we were told by the PD is fraud. A police report cannot be filed because nothing was stolen from our property. At the end of the day amazon manager:supervisors all said they cant refund or replace without a police report. So I was left without the couches or a refund.The couches were stolen from a 3rd party and because they showed delivered amazon was holding us responsible. We told Amazon this seemed to be a scam because the warehouse called us to say the couches were still there. They ignored us. Luckily the seller contacted us and said they would refund us if we took down the negative review!!! So we told them the refund first and then well take down the review. We just got a refund almost 2 weeks later. Amazon customer service you werent helpful AT ALL! you dont even care about customer who may potentially be scammed by this seller. How dare you allow them to keep selling on your website. A disgrace of a business.

      I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for ********* have spent a lot of money with them. Overall, I never had any major issues with them, but these past few years things have changed drastically & not for the good. I have had several packages that arrived late, not at all, not complete, and when you try and contact customer service things get worse. **************** is a joke and you get the runaround or they treat you like a criminal. The only time that I contact them is if my package doesn't arrive or if there is a problem with it. I am not going to contact them if my item(s) arrive. I ordered a few items recently that arrived with only one item and i paid for 6. I contacted customer service several times and all they are doing is giving me the runaround and i have done everything that they have asked of me. I sent a picture of the package to prove I didn't get all of the items and when i sent it to them, days later they send me a email saying you need to send the pic or we can't help you! I have sent it to them 5 times and I am furious that they treat me like garbage. I have been a loyal customer until now and because of the way they are handling this issue makes me angry and it hurts considering i spend so much money with them. Does Amazon even care about the issues they customers are having? I find it extremely hard to say they do because if the did then something would change. its about money and who cares if customers are receiving the orders.

      Horrible! The drivers constantly speed down our driveway where there are kids and animals which they dont seem to careless about. Now its been Two weeks in a row we have had the driver literally at my neighbors house then will park halfway down my road for 20 mins, put in the system that they attempted the delivery (when they did not!) and will drive off. Called customer service and they pretty much tell me there is nothing they can do. Why am I paying for prime to have my stuff guaranteed when it cannot be! If it was something that I didnt need right away its not that big of a deal but when its meds and stuff for my children, there is a major problem!
