2 starsOrder is delayed in shipping and received notice I can cancel order if not received. The next day order is not delivered but I cannot cancel order then 3 days later I receive notice order will be delivered in a week. You cannot cancel or call in app. You have to find number on internet to call then rep tells you since it is being delivered they cannot cancel it. Also the won't issue my credit for 1 month of prime member ship that is offered!Review fromDollicia W

1 starIt's sad that the Better Business Bureau won't let you file a complaint only a review on Amazon. But I'm sure someone will what file another lawsuit against Amazon on your privacy act. You are allowed to change your credit cards but changing your phone number it's not that easy when you need verification., I didn't even apply that button to receive two-way verification on a old phone number I no longer have. They should be able to correct the problem without sending ID when you still take out money from people's account and you can still purchase an item. You will be transferred 10 times and nothing will be resolved. So I can't get on my account due to the fact I no longer have that old phone number to receive verification code. I will be closing my account, oh yeah that's right I can't get an text message to receive a verification code. so whoever they send in the verification to on my old phone number can get access.Review fromMegan M

2 starsI use Amazon a lot. I have used their subscription service since 2020 but lately, I have noticed practices from Amazon that feel like they are cheating their loyal customers. Most subscriptions come with a discount. Several items recently were removed from the subscription service *************** Drinks for example) but are still available for purchase without the subscription discount. My last subscription order was cancelled, despite my tracking information noting that it was shipped, and less than 20 minles away from my home. This order was cancelled due to "unexpected circumstances" and was unable to be reordered. When I contacted customer service, they provided a $10 gift card for my inconvenience, however, the $10 did not cover the subscription discount that I lost when re-ordering the items I needed. Those items were all available, in stock, and delivered in less than 10 hours from my order, but without the subscription discount. Amazon generally offers a great experience, but when advertised available subscriptions are cancelled for no reason and unable to reorder, this feels fraudulent, as if they are happy to take my money but not commit to the discounts that they market on a regular basis.Review fromAmazon

1 starAmazon are a bunch of ******** ****** getting richer off common people. I ordered from them and they got my money but I did not get my goods. They said it showed on there computer that it was delivered, which it was not. They will not give me my money back or send my items. I think something needs to be done about that company.Review fromMax B

1 starAmazon seller center is illegally withholding $19,234.86 from my Amazon store. I've provided the requested documentation only to be disregarded with vague rejections. They've done this to millions of people who have millions and millions of dollars withheld from their partners. They abuse their power and don't pay small business owners. I'm $15,000 in credit card debt. They just hire Indian employees to reject requests and gaslight customers, this is a terrible organization that continually abuses its power.Review fromJune M

1 starVery upset & Disappointed with Amazon. Purchased 4 bar counter chairs. DC furniture gave all the product Dimensions 17.5x 23.5x 41.5. Velvet back with seat material type "FAUX LEATHER!" The color is Cream. This was the perfect Bar Stool for me! When we received the shipment of the 4 chairs, there were 2 chairs in each LARGE HEAVY boxes. We put 1 chair together and we were extremely upset. I contacted Amazon to report IN CORRECT PRODUCT INFORMATION!! What I received wasn't what I wanted. I sent Copies to Amazon, no reply. I finally got customer service and spoke to ******. I wanted my money back because this was not what I wanted. These were table chairs. The chair was below my counter and what I wanted Material back with leather seat. I wanted the SELLER to have these 2 large boxes picked up because they are too HEAVY for me to carry to the post office!! ****** told DC furniture to send me two prepaid Shipping Labels. NOTHING HAPPENED! I waited and I called again and spoke to *****, another Amazon Rep... I called Amazon **************** for the last time on 2/4/23. I asked to speak with someone from *****************, but I couldn't get anywhere! I asked for a Supervisor, The Representatives name was ****. She took all the Information. **** put my case in the AtoZ Program, and she told me I would have a response in a week or to. I got a response from Amazon alright, and it was a kick in the teeth!!! Amazon said no to the AtoZ and thinks I should pay the $80.00 for each box to return the merchandise!!!! The seller made the mistakes on his pages to sell his items, this is his problem not mine and How Amazon HANDLED THIS PROBLEM OF FALSE INFORMATION is Horrendous!! My Trust in Amazon is Gone. I want my money back which is $438.89 and these boxes out of my home. SO DISSAPOINTED WITH ALL I HAD TO GO THRU and Amazon blew me off, very sad. Thank You,***********************Review fromSylviya S

1 starI ordered an item online but it did not say that it was arriving from *****. I had no shipping options and they sent it the wrong way. **** does not deliver to my mailing address so the item got lost. The ******* kept repeating only that I need to visit my local post office and search for it there. How do they think I will find my package with a ******* tracking number in a mountain of packages? I contacted Amazon support twice, The first guy said I would be eligible for a refund under their A to Z return policy and to contact them again in 48 hours. After 48 hours the other guy only repeated "contact us in 48 hours" like a robot, regardless of my explanations and emails I shared with the seller. He was probably ******* himself. Amazon customer service never shows their real names. It's always a nickname they chat under and God only knows who they are or where they are located. Horrible company!!!! Never shopping on Amazon again!!!Review fromAnthony J

1 starI've had countless issues with Amazon's cheap products that have fake reviews and delivery problems as their couriers often deliver to the wrong lockers in my building and people dont always be honest and return the items to the front desk. I recently returned a pair of headphones purchased in November as the battery case was not charging the headphones correctly after two months of use. I received a replacement and shipped them out before the return period ended. I had issues with the return as Amazon forced me to do *** pick up, and I wasn't allowed to drop it off. I live in an apartment building and received an email from the building months ago that they would not hold packages to be shipped out any longer. But someone at the front did it for me. I received an email from Amazon initially saying they received the item, which was used/broken and discarded. The item was used, but it was not broken and was in good shape; it's just that the charger was defective. I responded and got a conflicting response now, saying they never received it. I then reached out to amazon, and they told me that I returned the headphones with a different serial number, which isn't possible. I disconnected the pair that I returned and connected the new pair. The only possibility would have been that I mistakenly returned the new pair, which I didn't because I connected the new pair, meaning I sent back brand-new headphones. I've asked them to provide proof of the serial number of the headphones that they sent the ones I sent back and me. The only two things I can come up with are that they sent the headphones with a different serial number or confused the return between the original and the new pair. They are telling me that they will charge me, and they threw away the headphones that I returned, so they are charging me for headphones I don't have. I am average and can not afford to pay for $150 headphones twice in this economic climate!Review fromLinda W

1 starI returned an Apple Pencil (cost $99.00.) within the allotted time via **** Amazon received my return on 2/10/23, however they credited me $11.65 for an IiPad case pro case. I immediately contacted Amazon to get this straightened out. They acknowledged they did receive the Apple Pencil and the incorrect credit was posted. I was assured I would be credited the correct amount in 5-7 days. It has now been 9 days and no word from Amazon as to the correct amount. I have contacted them several times regarding this issue. They know they did not credit the correct amount and why should it take 5-7 days to refund the correct amount. Im very disappointed in Amazon and find their customer service not very helpful when you call. They continue to repeat themselves as if they are reading from a standard script. I will most likely not renew my Prime. Amazon is getting to big for their britches. I really feel they no longer care about their customers.Review fromLou T

1 starThis is 2023. Amazon's business practices are becoming more and more Anti Customer-Centric. This is the probably the 6th time in the last months that I have returned an item, been refunded once I brought it to *** and then recharged for the item 2 months later. Example: I purchased an item December 23. I returned it and Amazon's Warehouse received it (I have the Proof of Delivery to the Warehouse) January 3. I was refunded. Now today 6 weeks later, I was charged for the item. 6 weeks later!!! What is their justification? That their Warehouse hasn't had time to process the item and they have to now charge me, because they are unable to do their job properly down at the Warehouse. This is one of multiple times this has happened in the last year. One of the items was for me a high cost item and absolutely disrupted my credit card balance. I have read other reviews of hundreds of people complaining about these deceptive practices of Amazon's developing over the last years. Many people never realize that Amazon is coming through the back door and recharging customers for items they thought had been refunded. Had this been a one time error, I could understand, maybe. But this is a constant barage of errors or perhaps intended to look like errors. Amazon is not only now engaging in price gouging, but they are taking money right and left from consumers and from sellers on their website by duplicating their items and selling them as the Amazon brand. I've had enough. Amazon, its new CEO, ******************* and all those making the policies have proven to be unstable, unethical and deceptive flouting a Customer Centric philosophy that is in practice ANTI Customer Centric. ********************** has become Amazon Centric and billions of us have been like frogs slowly cooking in a pot of water being warmed up slowly to take our money, our integrity and our community.
