Amazon customer service and delivery quality have become really bad. I had so many issues in the last year with deliveries, finally after the last mishap cancelled my prime.

I recently received the wrong item, and reached out to both parties (Amazon and the Seller ShockFlo) right away but instead received poor customer service with no resolve.I left an honest and poor review on Amazon for the botched order, but they failed to post it.This means the product itself could be misleading with a higher review than it deserves.Beware that Amazon is deceitful.

The whole so called Amazon prime day or black Friday is a hoax. I found a table tennis table on Amazon prime on prime day, guess what layer they told me there is damage on delivery and they cancelled the order for me and refund me. So I suspect they post those fake deals to get sales number and later canceled it. So cheap. To me compared with ****************** Apple, Amazon is a very cheap company. They do all the dirty tricks to customers. I won't trust this company again and shame on you Amazon! If there is option for 0 star I would give that to it!

I CLEARLY SEE NOW WHY THERE IS A 1 STAR OVERALL RATING! I HAVE BEEN CHASING TWO RETURNS FOR AT LEAST OVER A MONTH! THE **** I USED WAS COMPROMISED HOWEVER THE ACCOUNT REMAINED OPEN AND I GOT A NEW DEBIT ****. AFTER AT LEAST 10 EMAILS BACK AND FORTH AND AMAZON ASKING 5 TIMES IF I WANT STORE CREDIT OR A CHECK I AGAIN SAID THE CHECK SINCE THEY CANNOT ISSUE THE REFUND TO THE SAME ACCOUNT/NEW ****. THE CHECKS TAKE 6 TO 8 WEEKS YET 5 TIMES I'VE ADVISED THEM I WANTED THE CHECKS WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN HERE BY NOW IF SOMEONE TOOK CASE MANAGEMENT SERIOUSLY AND I DIDNT HAVE TO TALK TO 15 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. THEN YESTERDAY 10/18 ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER. THEY EMAIL ME SAYING THEY RFUNDED A MASTER**** EXPIRING IN ****. IF YOU COULDNT REFUND THE NEW DEBIT **** I ADVISED YOU OF THAT IS NOW CONNECTED TO THE SAME ACCOUNT AS THE OLD ****, HOW DID YOU RANDOMLY SELECT A MASTER**** (DIDNT EVEN TELL ME THE **** NUMBER) THAT IS ON MY ACCOUNT TO REFUND! AT THIS POINT I NEED TO GET LEGAL INVOLVED FOR A REFUND LESS THAN 100 DOLLARS. AND MENTAL SUFFERING AS THIS IS CAUSING SO MUCH ANXIETY FOR ME!

I ordered a $50 set of valve covers and received a cardboard box. When I attempted to contact customer service I was given the runaround, but finally reassured that I would be refunded the full price upon dropping off the wrong item they sent. Now that I made a trip to town to drop off the cardboard box, they are telling me I have to wait 30 days for a refund FOR THEIR MISTAKE! It is nearly impossible to reach anyone at customer service, and when you do, they just read from the same script of "I am truly sorry for your inconvenience" but they do nothing.

I purchased a vacuum in October 16th for a great one day deal only. It was processed and all was good. I went to check the delivery date today and it was out of my orders and gone. I called customer service and they couldnt offer an explanation other than it was cancelled. They couldnt honor the price either since it was a one day deal. It was a gift for my wife and they just didnt care. Ill never order from them again. I rather spend my money local now.

It s very bad experience with Amazon from 2019 which had blocked me from writing review without giving valid reason. I have not posted any review from last 5 years, yet I am not given any explanation on why removed and I did not placed any review for money or free gifts. I placed good review only for product that were good any bad review when size on Amazon is different than what wa sent or it was sent as broken

Terrible. They do not follow the delivery instructions.I have provided clear instructions for packages to be delivered to my apartment door, with easy access instructions.Instead, packages are being left on the floor of the lobby. If they entered the building, they had access to the elevator. The floor of the lobby is NOT a designated area for Amazon delivery. Yet, the floor is covered with packages.Accessibility options are a matter of law. Not only they are littering, but also not following instructions, and making it hard for people with disabilities. There are lots of people coming and going, so anyone can steal, as it has happened to me.Disappointed and thinking about quitting Amazon.

Amazon decided they thought there was fraudulent activity on my account (which there was not), and locked out the account and wiped all the purchase history for what they considered to be "fraudulent" from my account. If there were to be fraudulent activity on my account, ********************** wiped all traces of the activity from my account, meaning I would have no recourse with my creditors to fight the fraud on my end. I have tried contacting their customer service to get the orders back on to my account. I need the invoices to be restored to my account because I made purchases for an event for work, I need to submit expense reports showing the purchases. Right now I have nothing on Amazon that shows any purchases or orders made and no one from their support team has been able to assist with restoring these records. Amazon did not contact me at all about the "suspicious activity" prior to taking action and removing all orders they considered to be suspicious. I cannot believe that this would be legal - a merchant cannot just choose to remove all traces of purchase activity because they feel like it. It is hurtful to the consumer, and makes recourse for reporting and pursuing fraudulent activity SO MUCH HARDER when they just ***** nilly decide to remove all paper trails of the activity. I am asking to please force Amazon to change their policies and behaviors so that they NEVER remove any purchases from the account without permission from the account holder. If I want to remove an order from my account, I can do so myself. I don't need Amazon just reaching into my account and changing whatever they feel like. I feel violated that this even occurred, especially without my permission. Now I am in a situation where I am having to prove to my employer that I spent funds responsibly and on actual company items, and it's very difficult to do that WITH NO INVOICES OR ORDER HISTORY TO SHOW.

Its been more than a month and amazon associates are playing hoop with me. As per Amazon policy mentioned and listed in their , a refund usually takes place depending on the payment method, it can start the same day however it may take up to 30 days in some tare cases. Well, its been way more than 30 days and refund status hasn't started yet. Amazon associates keep telling me wait a week, wait two days, wait one more week and nothing has happened. I cant get my refund nor the item back.
