      I was able to have ********** refund me unauthorized charges for Amazon Prime account that I had canceled awhile ago and some other unauthorized charges after they completed their investigation. I'm the only one in possession of my wallet at all times so I know not a single unauthorized person just billed to my ***** accounts. Was truly shocked to learn that Amazon continued to let my membership keep going PLUS other unauthorized charges. Also want to point out how it's ridiculous how a multibillion dollar company has the nerve to run ads on their customers' ********************** TV accounts. Like, LMAO, are you FRIGGIN serious? You can't even make it ad-free? ********

      I have place a couple orders in the last couple weeks. Told they would be delivered in 2 days. With multiple times, them saying they would be delayed it my package was delivered a week late. Why am I paying for Prime if I can't get my package in 2 days like it was supposed to?Also, I have ordered a package that said it would be delivered on a specific date then they change the date as soon as I purchase it. The bait and switch should be illegal.I will be cancelling my Prime because it is no longer work the money.

      Been using Amazon prime for years... just ordered 4 items which stated in tracking the items were out for delivery then I get a message stating the items won't be delivered until September 15th when promised on September 11th. Sounds like like a lot of lies. What is the purpose of paying for prime delivery when they dont uphold their end of what I've paid for.

      I wish I could leave 0 stars. **************** tries to talk nice. While actions speak louder than words. I think Amazon should make uou take the survey later. They have customer service representatives lieing saying they're going to do 1 thing and then do another. Just so they can't get stars and a high review. I have tried to return a total of 2 items in 6 years. I have been a prime member for years. I have 4 apps. that I pay for through Amazon. Subscriptions through Amazon. And I spend a good amount of money shopping at Amazon. The way thst Amazon's customer service representatives are treating people is sickening. They make you want to cancel everything. And kiss Amazon good bye. I have tried to exchange a total of 2 items in 6 years. And when I purchased pants I purchased them 1 size to small. It said right next to the purchase 30 day free exchange. The Amazon customer service **** would not honor 1 exchange in 6 years. Then him along with 2 other customer service representatives told me. Since I am a prime member, disabled and without transportation thst it would be a free ***** pick up. Then they are charging me $7.99 for pick up. But 3 customer service representatives keep telling me they will refund me my full amount. You can't just tell a customer 30 day free exchange. Then tell the customer free ***** pick up, and full refund. And then turn a round and charge the customer $7.99. And not issue the customer the full amount. ********************** needs to do something about there customer service representatives.

      Today I found out that Amazon Prime can deliver to my house in 2 days. My husband ordered me some planter pots and they arrived in the 2 days. I have been told for years that prime can't deliver this far north in the allotted time!! So I have been paying for prime for a quicker delivery when all along I could have been getting my packages on time!! I will never get Prime again!!! What a waste of money!!!

      Amazon has suddenly stopped allowing individuals to print actual invoices. Who is Amazon to decide whether we need an invoice or an order summary? I purchase things for the company on the company credit card on my personal account and can only get order summaries to attach. I cannot get *** acceptable invoices as a self-employed person. Now they want to text me an invoice if I request it individually and then download it to my phone send it to my email to print. This is ridiculous.

      **** ! *****************!!!!!Amazon cancelled my item for 2000$ and shipped it back to sender . But they can not locate it so they dont issue me a refund either. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! NEVER BUY FROM AMAZON

      I had property damage from an Amazon delivery driver and Amazon refused my claim due to the fact that the driver denied it and we did not have an eye witness or video. My entry gate into my driveway was damaged to the tune of $700 to replace and the Amazon delivery driver was the only person to come through the gate during that time leaving us with the only conclusion that their driver did it. We do have an alarm that lets us know if anyone comes into our driveway and the alarm never indicated anyone other than the Amazon driver during that time. I learned the hard way that Amazon does not care about their customers.

      Liars. Greed can be the only explanation for advertising delivery tomorrow and delivery today and then changing the delivery to the next day after the order is placed. Greedy liars.

      I was in a conversation for a work from home job that reviews products on Amazon. This conversation was enlightening, I found out that Amazon is hiring people to write reviews for products the reviewer does not even test. Just to boost the rating or whatever product. This is straight out lying to any and all customers buying anything on this platform. I have screenshots from the conversation as well.
