      I ordered an item on the website. They extended the original delivery date. After looking and seeing it hadn't been shipped, I attempted to cancel the order. I actually was going to order another ( portable air conditioner) that wasn't set to arrive in nearly 2 weeks) but for no reason given my cancellation was refused. This is not some $20 item, but a $200 air conditioner. This is what happens when monopoly laws are not enforced.

      I was charged $20 on a return for Amazon by USP. Amazon never said anything about a charge!. I have been a member since the beginning of Amazon and this action without notice from them is unexplainable. I am requesting a full refund of $20

      Prime member, paid extra for rapid delivery before a trip. At time of order, was promised delivery between 5pm and 10pm same day. At 8:30pm, Amazon emailed me that it won't be delivered as promised, but should be delivered by 8am tomorrow. What if I had to catch a flight before then? No way to reach customer service anymore, only follow a fixed path through a hierarchy of question/answers, and an AI chatbot that offers platitudes (we're sorry, but ... nothing). After many attempts, finally got an automated response that I won't be eligible for a refund as long as it's delivered by 12pm the next day. So, buyer beware: that's what Amazon's "promised" delivery window actually means now.

      I woke up this morning to receive an email stating I was in violation with there TOS and that my account had been closed. I was given no information on my violation and customer service said all they can do is get in touch with there "Specialist". I have an Echo for my alarm to go to work and a ******* that is now just a brick until my account can come back. I don't much other then use Prime Video to watch my shows and I'm horribly upset, I'm 26. I'm a construction worker and I shouldn't have to deal with this with everything else in this crazy world.

      Went to Amazon to make a quick order on some items that were needed for my household. Selected the items to be delivered the next morning. Overnight, I receive notification that the items are out for delivery. I wait and wait and wait. The items never came. I went to check and the items were delayed. I reached out to customer service to see what was going on. The ***s were very apologetic and promised the items would still be delivered. And to reach back out if they didnt. They would issue a refund. They never came so I reached out again. I had to explain myself all over again and it was like pulling teeth to get my point across. The items never came, Amazon broke their promise of a delivery. It was so bad that last night as I was in the chat and was typing a response, the *** closed the chat and I was left unsatisfied and with a lot of questions. Never have I had an experience like I have had with Amazon this past week.

      I have used Amazon for over a decade and I have always had good experiences with them, until recently. I bought some stickers, phone charge cords and screen protectors. My package was lost in the mail and Amazon **************** issued me out a replacement package at no cost, saying I would not need to return the original order IF it ever showed up and to disregard any emails about a return. I have been charged MULTIPLE TIMES for these items! The same thing happened with my sons birthday gifts. A box of them got lost in the mail and I was able to get replacements that showed up in time for his birthday and the other box was delivered as well. I was told I wouldn't be charged so I let my kid have double the gifts. I've been charged MULTIPLE times for those items as well.I have talked to Amazon Customer support so many times, the **** says I visit "often". I have called them and written with them back and forth. My card has been removed from the orders apparently, but I'm still being charged. They take the returns off my account, but I still get charged. Every few weeks like clockwork, I get an email that I'VE BEEN CHARGED for not returning an item DESPITE EVERYONE telling me I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED!!I can't recommend Amazon anymore because this entire experience which has spanned over six months has been awful. Beware!!!

      We recently ordered a lamp through Amazon and returned it without opening the box. The Selling party reported that the returned box was empty. We never opened the box. It was shipped back to them without changing the box and adding only the return shipping label. If it was empty when they received it we can only conclude 2 possibilities. One being the box was shipped empty or two someone removed it during transit. We believe we are being taken advantage of and are out $165.00. I don't understand how you can discount our reputation realizing our family orders thousands of dollars in goods per year. We now have doubts about Amazon and its customer service and their lack of attempting to find out how this could have happened.

      Let me save you some time: Amazons service has gone completely downhill. I pay for Prime, supposedly for next-day delivery, but at this point, Id be better off mailing things to myself via carrier pigeon. Most of my orders show up 3 to 4 days later, if they show up at all. And the best part? Amazon still acts like its my privilege to wait.Trying to get help is just as infuriating. Their customer service is a robotic script-reading circus. You can practically hear them flipping through the manual while giving you the same vague responses that never lead to a solution. They make big promises like well escalate this or your order will arrive tomorrowbut spoiler alert: it doesnt.And whats their idea of compensation for all this wasted time and frustration? A generous (note the sarcasm) $5$10 credit but only usable on Amazon-sold items. So basically ********** be clear: Im paying a premium for benefits Amazon doesnt even bother to deliver. Then I get passed around from one scripted customer service *** to another, with no resolution and no accountability. Its a jokeand not a funny one.Amazon only gets away with this because theyve wiped out all the competition. No one holds them accountable, so theyve stopped caring. I genuinely hope someone creates a real alternative, because they need to be knocked off their high horsefast.Enough is enough. Im tired of paying more for less. If youre thinking about Prime, dont. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.

      Will never use again. They lie about when the item will be delivered. Was supposed to have it yesterday. Never showed up. I checked tracking and it hasnt been shipped yet between yesterday and today *** talked to seven different agents not one gave me the same information. I was told it shipped and would be to me by end of day today Wednesday July too agent I just spoke with said it has not been shipped. Very poor communication will not use Amazon again.
