Alert: Never buy a big ticket item from Amazon Name of the Item: Acme Dresden chair w/2 pillows-*****-Bone ********* Patina Problem Explanation:I ordered Acme Dresden chair w/2 pillows-*****-Bone ********* Patina from Amazon. It was broken. So I let Amazon know about that. So they scheduled a pickup for that item. And they picked it up at 1/17/24. Since then I am waiting for my refund. I called around 10 times. Each time it was like 40 minutes, as they keep forwarding it from 1 department to another department. Every time I called they assure me that i am eligible for refund and telling me to wait like 2-3 days for money to be refunded but it never happened till now. At this stage all i am expecting that they are stealing money. And they are so rude that you can never imagine. If you ask them any explanation they will just hang up phone on your face.

Amazon is a joke. They ignore the primary card that is checked on the account and charge whatever other card is there. The charges was for MORE thank the order was actually for, and order confirmation was provided numerous times showing the total, and they still charged more than the amount provided. They took remaining balance off a gift card and still charged an unauthorized card more than the order total. When trying to get this corrected it is completely disregarded that they took more money, used an unauthorized card and refused to refund.

I’ve been using Amazon online for decades and recently they charged two of my cards on file and didn’t even notify me!! I called their customer service and spoke to Gessa who transferred me to her supervisor who would not let me speak and then started yelling at me and then hung up on me! What a horrible man!! And a horrible customer service experience. Not shopping on Amazon ever again.

Amazon is a fraud. I've order from Amazon often and for them not to actually hear me out and I did everything they needed me to do to get a refund they basically say what they have to say and hang up in my face I've been trying to get a refund since after Feb 20th because I never received one of my package. I told them I have a tracking number for that item they refuse to look the tracking number up on ****** They only go by the order number. The order number says my order been delivered but it has not. I had ordered multiple orders that was supposed to come the same day but two of the items has different tracking numbers. I work hard for my money and for them to do me like that as a customer is wrong it's not right and unfair I spend 200 dollars and I'm out of a couch and a refund so I can purchase another one since I didn't receive that one. I paid for delivery so I expect to get a refund especially if the item wasn't delivered to me. I will not be ordering from Amazon again. They need to change a few rules when it comes to there policy because they are stealing money that's what it looks like to me.

Amazon refuses to refund for an item that was defective/missing accessories. Now they are asking for my ID? They sent me a motherboard without the wifi antenna, no manual, no screws and accessories since I have been building PCs for a long time I managed it to work but it was defective. My wireless USB headset kept disconnecting and reconnecting and after a long research I found out it was very common with that motherboard. Some people RMA-d the item and replacement worked just fine. So I returned this defective one and ordered another one. 2nd one is working fine so far. Why would you even resell product without doing proper inspection in the 1st place? Also missing wifi antenna. How do you expect customer to use that motherboard? I was willing yo buy the antenna separately if it costed about $10 which I shouldnt. Amazon must include that yet. Now they are asking my ID in order to refund my money. I find it really hard to believe. Amazon already has my credit card, full name etc all my information. Just refund it Amazon. Its within the Amazon fulfillment requirement.

I am extremely upset with waiting a month to get my refund of the luggage set that I ordered and sent back to request my refund. I had sent the luggage set back in its original boxing and with a label and receipt provided to me at the return center. While discussing this matter with an Amazon Support person on April 6, 2024, I began to suspect that I might be being scammed for personal information when I was asked for my ID for the first time.I believe that the Amazon Support person told me that a government issued ID would be required to prove my identity before a return would be initiated days later.I will not be sending Amazon.com, **** proof of my identity in order to obtain my refund.Amazon is engaging in coercive and privacy invasive tactics. If you choose to refuse my request, I will be filing a complaint and take legal action. It is absurd to make a customer wait a month for their return only to be informed that an ID is needed due to abnormal account activities in addition to wait more days.

I been using Amazon since 2011 for most of my shopping including groceries. I had issue with amazon and TRS back in 2022 for things I did not purchase. It was very annoying to resolve the problem. TRS telling me to call amazon and amazon telling me to call TRS. Anyways, I tried to use Amazon again today to use up my Amazon points from my credit card and... account on hold and received automated email from amazon to contact TRS again. I was so frustrated I called amazon customer service. I've spent ***** minutes explain the situation but they customer service was clueless and told me to contact TRS. They have no information on my account. I request to speak to supervisor and he was just as clueless and keep repeating to contact TRS. I was trying to explain to him I did not use Amazon since 2022 what am i being charged and what was not paid that Amazon sent my account to TRS/Collections. Supervisor told me that he does not have that information and no one from Amazon does so contact TRS. Amazon was good back in 2022 but its nothing but headache. Please fix automated email and collections to user that ********************** itself can not provide information.

I ordered several different items at the same time, and I was charged for each item as they shipped, per usual Amazon procedure. But then, I received yet another charge on my bank statement for the sum of the items I ordered and already paid for. This secondary mischarge/overcharge on my bank statement did not show up in my Amazon transaction list, so Amazon refused to acknowledge it or fix it. I filed a claim with my bank instead, and the bank agreed that the charge didn't match my authorized transactions with Amazon, so the incorrect charge was reversed. Several weeks later, I get a letter from TRS Recovery collections saying that Amazon wants me to repay back that overcharge amount that was reversed by the bank... The same overcharge amount that Amazon previously denied taking from me in the first place. The collection agency dropped the dispute, since Amazon had no explanation for why I owed what the collection agency was demanding. HOWEVER, several months later, I came to realize that Amazon won't let me order from them anymore, because they think I have unpaid debt with them.

I have been restricted from leaving reviews on Amazon!!! I have called them numerous times and I am getting no response to my problem. I can't even get a reason why I have been restricted! I always leave reviews and this restriction has gone on for months and months.

Ordered a gift for a baby shower three weeks in advance to be delivered to recipient. I checked status and item was "lost". I requested and received a refund. Quite embarrassed to attend without a gift. Sent the item from a different company. One month later, Amazon notified that the item arrived to recipients and needed to be returned or I would be charged. Recipients don't live near me. The item was to be cancelled. I called customer service...was read a scripted response twice....no help. Amazon's error is now my problem.
