      Im at my **** end! Im permanently disabled and live in an apartment. Ive no one in my life to help me and Im living on the sofa and going to the hospital once a week for treatment. I dont look sick, doesnt mean Im not dying!!!!!! Dont judge a book by its cover! Its written everywhere to deliver items to my front door or Ill have to return. Im helpless. Cant pickup stuff elsewhere. Im alone! Yet,,, everything is almost always delivered downstairs across the street in mailroom. Amazon says its written internally everything must be delivered to front door or returned. Smh they dont redeliver nor pickup previous mistakes. Im left to handle with everything. Im told no one higher up will speak with me as they dont deal with shipping issues. No one cares and shut up basically. That is, if I can understand anyone, I believe thats what they said and the attitude given. Where am I going now. Very upset that Amazon is clearly not interested in helping the disabled and the drivers can do what they feel like. Lazy. Im a prime member. So disgusted and disappointed, I actually wrote about this! So unbelievable. Theyll take your cash and then tell you to go away. How dare they. No customer service anymore. So sad.

      I ordered a few things from Amazon and started getting charged for a prime membership. This happened on two different credit cards they refunded the fees on one of the cards I was forced to cancel the other because Amazon wouldn't make it right or even close the account. I'll never order anything from Amazon again. I gave one star because I couldn't do a lower rating

      Was a Prime member for 10 to 15 years, spending about $1,000 a month on their platform for the last year or so, left hundreds of reviews on various products always honest and forthcoming, had over ******* views on the reviews that I had left on products over the years. Somewhere in the last year I received an email telling me that I reviewed that I left on something somehow violated their guidelines, all they did was give me this vague message, they did not tell me what product or what review they were referring to or what wording they were talking about, instead they just gave me links to their community guidelines and did not cite what it is they were accusing me of. I replied back requesting more information like what product or what review are they talking about or what guideline were they claiming that I had violated, never received a response. 6 months to a year later I received another email, this time saying all of my reviews have been deleted and I have been banned from leaving reviews on anything ever since, again they would not tell me why and I've emailed them three or four times and never received any answers, nobody would tell me what the reason was or what guideline it was that I violated or what rule they claim I broke, call customer service several times and they didn't do anything either, whoever it is that issues bands on accounts is not reachable by phone or email, they are protected with like diplomatic immunity from having any accountability or recourse for their actions. I will not be renewing Amazon prime, and will soon never be buying a product from them ever again, they've lost $1,000 per month whale VIP customer over this nonsense, any claim of rule violations needs better transparency, the people that ban accounts need to be held accountable for wrongful bans and there needs to be direct one-on-one human contact for a process to appeal and have wrongful bans be undone, especially for premium long-term VIP customers like myself.

      Amazon has closed my account 3 times already. My first account got closed while I have submitted all the information they need which is the billing, last 4 numbers, and all the transaction I had with amazon and they continue to close my account. So, I decide to make another one and they put me on hold and told me to submit information to prove that the card was mine and I did but they closed that too. And I even tried making an amazon account with a family member information and they still continue to put those account on hold. WHAT IS WITH AMAZON NOWADAYS? They need to get their system right!

      On 3/17/24 I purchased Nature's Path Crunchy Cinnamon cereal. It was advertised as 6 boxes for $19.34. I received 1 box on 3/20/24. I contacted customer service and was told that they couldn't send the other boxes (the woman I spoke to acted like it was an issue with a 3rd party seller) but did refund my money. She also asked me to send a picture which I did.After I talked to her, I went online and saw that this cereal was sold & shipped from Amazon so I initiated a chat session with an Amazon employee letting them know that the lady I spoke with an hour earlier said she couldn't send the cereal but was in the process of issuing a refund, but I really rather have the cereal. The employee apologized and said they would send the cereal & I would get it on Friday 3/22. Friday came and the cereal never arrived. I was upset the fact that this employee would tell me that. I contacted customer service and the lady I spoke with said I could reorder it and pay for it although I explained what had happened. I called back multiple times trying to get through to someone in management. Amazon makes it difficult to speak with management or I think they call them team leadership? **************** always wants to know the reason you're calling so they can try to solve the issue or put you on hold for extended periods of time. FINALLY I did speak with someone from management and he told me he would give me a promotional credit for the $19.34 for the employee who said that they would send it and never did. I reordered it and AGAIN, received 1 box not 6. I did get a refund and won't order it again. I will say I've ordered the Natures Path Turmeric cereal (same quanity) & never had an issue. It arrives in a case from Natures Path with the Amazon shipping label.The last thing I'd like to mention is that I showed a lady I work with & she asked if I looked at the reviews which I hadn't. This issue with only getting 1 box and not 6 has been going on since 2020.

      I had to file a complaint spent almost $1,000 for a two piece furniture set that never arrived I placed the order on March 20th it said it will be here between April 3rd and April 5th however it never came I didn't find out until April 6th that they didn't have the product in the warehouse close to me but they have the product in another Warehouse I was told to call back to speak to a supervisor on Monday morning which would have been April 8th today and today I was told that now all of a sudden that they don't have it in stock at all no one had the decency to call me and say anything and continue to send me notifications as if the product was coming to me this is false advertising the product was in stock when I made the purchase no one contacted me to let me know that it was out of stock from March 20th to April 8th I was not notified.

      I placed an order through Amazon almost a week ago, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but it hasn't even shipped out yet! This company has gone down hill.

      I bought a tennis skirt from Amazon.com and I wanted to return it because it didn't have shorts underneath so then I call customer service and ask them to send me a return label I spoke to so call supervisor Vivian she sends me a return label to ups I told her that that was a hour a way and she didn't care she then try to make me pay to send it back for the price I pay for it
