      Im am shocked that Amazon has been taking $16.45 from my account for a year and cant give me a reason why. I reached out to them and was told I would get 6months refunded to me. How when money was being withdrawn from my account for a year with no reason as to why. I asked to speak to a manger and was told the manger would tell me the seem thing I should call the bank and ended the chat. I called back and was told system down the cant tell what the charges were for. I called my bank and was told that they see Amazon was refunding the money back to me. I had that account closed to not deal with this anymore. Im in disbelief that Amazon would be doing something like this

      Amazon has been slipping as of late regarding quality of the items it sells. I have had to return 2 items within the last month, only receiving a partial refund for one item because Amazon charged me an 8 dollar return fee. Its customer service agents are hit and miss when it comes to assisting customers. I've found that if one is not helpful, I can ask to speak to another agent or a supervisor. Typically, the 2nd agent will solve my problem. That being said, some agents will flat out lie to you, so you have to keep a record of your chats. Amazon will also mark up items, then put them "on sale" at the original price. This is a dishonest business practice that happens there on a regular basis. In addition, many items do not arrive as pictured or described in their ads. This too is dishonest. Finally, their shipping has become unreliable. When I purchase an item, Amazon advises when it will arrive. Many of my purchases are arriving several days late, and Amazon is not taking responsibility for the issue. I will most likely start ordering items from other online sources.

      Now when I return an item to the *** store it does not give me the option to not have them pack it which I always repack myself and so now they dont give you an actual *** tracking number. Its a reference code. You have to call Amazon if you want the tracking number to make sure when it will be delivered back. Not only that but on clothing items only costing $50 you have to wait weeks for them to receive it and inspect it. This is a horrible experience now as I have to pay my charge card before I get the credit from Amazon. For a company making billions to treat a customer like this is horrible. They should remember that great corporations can fizzle out as this is a terrible return policy. Im aggravated because I had a $200 dress going back to them and I couldnt track it and have to wait 4 weeks for a refund. I think I will go back to ordering from a store with free returns like Macys or Bloomingdales.

      I requested a return November last year. My return wasnt processed until March this year. I received an email that my original payment method couldnt be credited (my card was stolen) and that I should contact them to receive my refund via a different method. They immediately offered me a gift card, which I declined because I wanted my money back. I asked if they could mail me a check, and they told me yes and that someone would contact me in the next 48 hours. Weeks passed and no one ever followed-up and I never received my check. I contacted them another 3 times where I was just given excuses as to why the check hadnt been sent. On my final attempt, they blamed the carrier as to why I hadn't received my check, and again suggested a gift card. They never had any intentions of giving me my money back. Why cant they send another check if it was simply a carrier issue? Doesnt make sense and is just dishonest. First, they make you watch ads on your Prime membership, and now, they dont want to give you your money back when you request refunds.

      Amazon is unreliable and continues to give less value for more money.- Delivery is no longer two days for prime items - Promised delivery dates are frequently missed - Online products cost more and deliver less - EX: Prime Video now has ads unless you pay more. - Talk of charge for ************* Amazon clearly does not care about customers.

      I have a simple issue that I want to be fixed. The person helped me with parts of it but then reset certain parts creating a new problem. We got disconnected. I messaged again and then tried to ask to speak to a manager. I spoke to a manager who asked me to sign out, and when I signed back in, she was gone. Then I tried calling, and someone picked up the phone but couldn't answer. I called again, and the same thing happened. Someone called me back and then kept disappearing.Good luck if you have a problem with anything Amazon-related!

      Most of the time Amazon is reliable, however, in February my personal account with audible subscription got locked due to a transaction on a card I do not recognize, I don't have the phone number it was associated with as I only use the account for the library I have built. I can't password reset through email because my account is locked and I can't cancel my subscription because I am only logged in on the app and the only option is delete which would remove my $1000s of dollars of digital content I paid for. I am continuing to be charge and can do nothing to resolve, 4 separate associates the last month have assured me an "account specialist will reach out in 24 hours there is nothing else I can do to help you" no account specialists have ever reached out, I would love an email and just reset my password and I can carry on with my life, if they need me to report the card transaction I don't recognize as fraudulent I will. I just need to be able to log in!
