      I want to address the issue of Amazons so called Amazon prime day that started July the 8 I started watching prices around the end of June a few days before their so called prime sale started all prices on 11 different items I was watching increased by at least 8% the day of prime they went back to their regular prices. Can anyone say False advertising??? You must think the public is really stupid

      I made a purchase through Amazon.com. My package got stolen ( has nothing to do with Amazon) i contacted amazon with the situation stating that my package was robbed from me, the customer service *** stated that she will send me a ***lacement. She also stated that the item would be to me by 12pm. 12pm came and gone still no package. I called at 12:30pm and the new customer service *** and let her know i had to be on the road no later than 1:20 due to me having to fly out for a funeral n(needed item in package for funeral) she stated that she called the delivery department and they called the driver the driver stated that they are 4 stops away. It is now 1:45 still no package. Im on the phone with amazon once again and now they are telling me by 8pm. This is crazy. What happened to the honest customer service? I will not shop with ********************** again

      They charged my Account a membership annual fee, I don't have a recurring account, they also sent me more items than I ordered, sent back for credit, they have yet to credit my account yet, but keep avoiding me. No way to email them, I've had stage 4 cancer and cannot talk, so email is the only way.

      I call the number on my amazon prime card to tell them that I was dealing with fraud and I was going to my bank to close out my account at the bank and that my payment would be a few days late. I go to make my payment and they closed out my card. I called and the *** was awful she did not care what I had to say and would not open my card. I pay all my bills on time and even early. I called and their *** took no notes. No calls and no letters in the mail as they stated and they would not send me the proof. Never again will I deal with them.

      Ordered a $250 tv stand and it arrived with both main pieces snapped in half. I called customer support and they said it was a third party company and that Amazon cannot help with my refund so they notified the seller. Seller was supposed to reach out within 48 hours and never did so now Im out over $200 with no replacement or refund. Amazon shouldnt be partnering with people if they cant provide quality product but ALSO it was delivered by Amazon so how are you not responsible for the damages caused in transit? Disappointing and unprofessional.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had bought an item in the beginning of June and malfunctioned after the second use. I had tried to do a return on three separate occasions within the 30-day time frame and every time I got zero response. Now I'm currently stuck with a $600 paper weight because Amazon refused to look at one of my three claims within 3 weeks and the protection package they offer says to file a claim with Amazon.

      I order 3 dresses from them. I have returned 2 of them with confirmation of them receiving it and the other was lost in transit on the way to me. I am out $300 and they won't refund my money! I have been trying for over 2 weeks now and still nothing! I just want my money back! I am getting married in less than a month and now out $300 that I really could use!

      The nasty chemicals on there perfume smelling plastic bags causes Terrible asthma attacks. I have told them about this more than once. Asthma is a recognized Disability and chemical induced asthma is very real. They should at least have a tab we can use for chemical and perfume free packaging. The smell permeates the products and they are useless to me.

      Amazon Prime delivery windows are no longer reliable. What once meant two-day shipping now often stretches to four daysor moreif it arrives on time at all. The 'two-day' promise is a vague guideline than a guarantee. Missed deliveries, poor communication, and a lack of accountability have become the norm. After years of loyaltysince the very first day Prime launchedIve decided to cancel. The online shopping experience has deteriorated, and Amazons shifting priorities no longer align with the service they once promised.

      My Amazon Prime Video app has not been functioning for 3 days. During my first call to their *********************** the agent used abusive language to me. It was shocking. During my 2nd call, the agent said there was nothing they could do. I could barely understand the agent. there was a language problem and she finally told me there was nothing they could do. This is regarding streaming video. I've had a horrible customer experience, still paying for a service that I am not receiving.
