      It has become the worse business, customer service is useless they paid them to tell you I understand your frustration but where not going to do anything about it cuz we dont care and losing one customer wont affect us, cuz where rich well people getting tired of them, I buy a product that description says its been inspected I trust it and when it arrived (had to wait a ridiculous window for the package because would not deliver if I wasnt home) it was missing a piece, returned it next day. Took 3 days to get back and now I have to wait **************************************************************************************************** wait 30 days!!! Like Im a single mom I had literally saved up for this stroller I cant just pull out another couple 100 dollars and order a new one I have to wait for the refund, there a disgrace and will hang up on you l, why would I call for you to tell me the same information I can see online and you dont fix anything.

      I bought copy of a bluray movie that was advertised as New, though was very obviously Used. The case was damaged and had visible signs of having been opened before, and the shrinkwrap was not factory shrinkwrap--it was redone shrinkwrap. This practice is false advertising, and should be illegal. I have heard from others that they had the same kind of experience with Amazon in the recent past.

      I have two emails from AMAZON leadership team promising a refund for $320.19 for shipping costs to return HVAC filters that were left in the rain outside my garage and labeled incorrectly versus dimensions ordered. 15 of 18 filters were returned at my cost (as requested by ***** at Amazon). The filters were refunded but not the *** shipping costs. Amazon promised a refund via gift card on 4/2/24 and now ********************* of your leadership team is stating that Amazon lied to me twice about the refund and there will be none. Amazon customer service leadership team is a total sham and their disregard for clients is total. Take your business elsewhere. They are liars and do not have any scruples. The feds need to step in on these thieves like in Europe.

      Amazon is now a monopoly. They are not refunding anyone, even though I have my receipt, and they still refuse to refund me. Amazon needs to be stopped.

      Amazon is holding onto people's money longer than they need to after they receive a return! We run to the stupid ***** who by the way took 3 months to send one of my returns back to Amazon during Christmas 2023 because "they ran out of boxes - to their return policy that they wait 2 weeks AFTER they receive your return to credit you. That's BS. We sure pay them on time when we have to...why can't they issue the refund as soon as it hits their facility? It's wrong...process is wrong...business is wrong and policies need to CHANGE.

      I bought something and never came and no picture to show for it. They claimed it was delivered. Went pass my 30 days and was unaware I did. Called CS and they were not helpful and did not give me a resolution. It states refund for 30 days nothing about not getting your product for why I was calling . Wanted a replacement and I was pushed off like I was a nobody. Very hurtful.

      I ordered a fragrance-free cleaning product (clearly described as such) and was sent a Fragranced variety instead. Amazon refuses to either refund my money or substitute their mistake with the correct item.

      I have tried for the last two weeks to receive a shipping label to return a wheelchair to amazon, they lied continually about sending the shipping label. I spoke and emailed the third-party seller (********************* Group) located in ********* **. they also promised to send the shipping label to my email address. The customer service representative wasn't any help, because they read from a prepared statement. I decided to take the wheelchair to *** to see if I would be able to send it back. For me to return the wheelchair it cost $400.00, the wheelchair cost ******. Therefore, I would have lost money on both ends. Amazon does not stand behind their return policy, nor do they try to resolve issues with their third-party sellers. Amazon is not a reputable company with poor customer service support for their customers. I have not received the shipping label or my refund from Amazon, beware of this company.

      Amazon offers a Try Before You Buy. Ive placed 3 orders all have been, apparently, automatically cancelled (that is what I was told). First I was told it was because u can only have 1 active then I was told its because the total was over $300 so I changed it from 3 pair down to 2 (it also says a *** of 6 items). The department told me to try separating the orders so each order was around (or less than) $300 which isnt possible for 2 pair of these sneakers so I made 2 separate orders, they were both over $300, maybe $320 and $360, the one was automatically cancelled again and the second they wanted me to pay for it before they would ship? I called AGAIN, I was told it was a hold on my money. So how is this try before u buy if youre paying for them? The hold means I cant access my money so if I keep them for 6 days and return them, 3 days return then 7-10 for my money to come back they have now charged me, as far as me accessing my money, for approx 3 weeks. This isnt try before you buy this is buying them and returning them if your not happy!

      Im am shocked that Amazon has been taking $16.45 from my account for a year and cant give me a reason why. I reached out to them and was told I would get 6months refunded to me. How when money was being withdrawn from my account for a year with no reason as to why. I asked to speak to a manger and was told the manger would tell me the seem thing I should call the bank and ended the chat. I called back and was told system down the cant tell what the charges were for. I called my bank and was told that they see Amazon was refunding the money back to me. I had that account closed to not deal with this anymore. Im in disbelief that Amazon would be doing something like this
