      Amazon has failed to ship and deliver orders on time. I believe that orders are being stolen and or lost during shipping. I believe Amazon lie about the delay of delivery. Mostly when it arrives to the state where it is to be delivered.

      i got email today saying package i ordered 2 days ago would be delivered today. get another sayin package is not arriving until the 16th. i ordered it and it said delivery today the 14th.amazon made $574.8 billion last year and they cant do their job?amazon business plan is disgusting.

      We received an Amazon delivery at 04:51 an from these folks. Delivery driver left package and then made a phone call. Shortly thereafter a thief arrived and took the package. Trying to contact Amazon is all digital and you cannot speak with a human. It appears that these two individuals were working together. We have no response from Amazon. Ring camera did capture this event.

      Amazon was late on an order with 3 items and had to send replacements. I no longer wanted the items due to them arriving too late so I filed a return. After 2 weeks of waiting for a refund status; customer service advised that there was "unusual activity on my account and wanted me to submit an ID for verification or risk losing my refund (with not even having the items returned to me" . Currently waiting on assistance as I refuse to provide them with my personal information on account of their poor service.

      I love Amazon for purchases, always received on time and in good condition, never had a problem before, my issue is the Amazon store card, you could finance your purchases paying a minimum bal each month which is set by Amazon, which means you could pay off your balance within 6 months without interest but the thing is which I never noticed over the years that the card is being financed charge through the ************** if you do not pay that bal in full each month so then why is Amazon telling us interest free for 6 months or however long but it is not really free if you are being financed charged by the bank if you dont pay your bal in full each month. Please explain this to me. I called them in this matter but said theres nothing they could do, well, let people know you will finance with Amazon but the bank will still give you a finance charge if you dont pay the bank in full each month, which makes absolutely no sense because what is the purpose of deferred interest???Could we get some clarity on this one.

      Returned a defective item back to Amazon. But was told unless I submitted my ID, I can't get my refund back. After I refused to share my private infos, Amazon refused either refund me back or return the item I paid back to me. This is not making any sense why ***** can't send back my item if you not going to refund me back. I don't feel comfortable to share my private info with an online shopping platform. I was threatened either I submitted my id or I will not get my refund back. I paid for the item and if Amazon can't do the refund, it should notice me ahead so I can throw it away myself.

      It has become the worse business, customer service is useless they paid them to tell you I understand your frustration but where not going to do anything about it cuz we dont care and losing one customer wont affect us, cuz where rich well people getting tired of them, I buy a product that description says its been inspected I trust it and when it arrived (had to wait a ridiculous window for the package because would not deliver if I wasnt home) it was missing a piece, returned it next day. Took 3 days to get back and now I have to wait **************************************************************************************************** wait 30 days!!! Like Im a single mom I had literally saved up for this stroller I cant just pull out another couple 100 dollars and order a new one I have to wait for the refund, there a disgrace and will hang up on you l, why would I call for you to tell me the same information I can see online and you dont fix anything.

      I bought copy of a bluray movie that was advertised as New, though was very obviously Used. The case was damaged and had visible signs of having been opened before, and the shrinkwrap was not factory shrinkwrap--it was redone shrinkwrap. This practice is false advertising, and should be illegal. I have heard from others that they had the same kind of experience with Amazon in the recent past.

      I have two emails from AMAZON leadership team promising a refund for $320.19 for shipping costs to return HVAC filters that were left in the rain outside my garage and labeled incorrectly versus dimensions ordered. 15 of 18 filters were returned at my cost (as requested by ***** at Amazon). The filters were refunded but not the *** shipping costs. Amazon promised a refund via gift card on 4/2/24 and now ********************* of your leadership team is stating that Amazon lied to me twice about the refund and there will be none. Amazon customer service leadership team is a total sham and their disregard for clients is total. Take your business elsewhere. They are liars and do not have any scruples. The feds need to step in on these thieves like in Europe.
