      I used a gift card on December 6, 2023 to order 2 spices. I was told by amazon I would have the spices within 3 days.I never received the spices. I assumed it was due to the holidays, so I continue to check my PO box until the end of December. I no longer needed that PO box it was closed out on December 31, and up until that time I did not hear from amazon or receive my order. A tiny amazon order was not on my list of my priorities o I forgot about it. I lighter went into the account only to learn that the package was not deliverable due to the payroll box being shut down. I have to be honest and say amazon has some of the meanest rudest managers in the world. **** blamed me for not following up sooner. Ha Ha. I didn't know.I need to follow up **** because you all had promised to package within a week and it didn't happen. I gave you all ***** because of the holidays, yet you are rude and crude every time I called. I was told on march twentieth that the gift card money would be back in my account and I could order the spices. Because I had made the mistake of tonline before reaching a live person.You are now blaming me for not filing an incident report. I hate to know that Amazon is in such a dilemma.That $25 is gonna break your a** company, but guess what?You will go broke.You don't treat people like this and prosper. My employer does thousands of dollars of business with amazon and U will make sure they know what happened. If you would have delivered the package when you said you would none of this would have happened yet you continued to blame me for not following up in what you consider to be a timely manner. The last manager hung up on me in the middle of me talking. I guess the days of the customer being right are long gone with ********************. The moral of this story is when amazon promises a delivery make sure you're on the phone with them asap if you don't receive tge order or they will not give you your order or your money back.

      I wish I could do minus stars because of the last several orders I placed with Amazon. EPIC FAIL. Easter basket was half eaten and still delivered. They sent dog treats that were poison and moldy. Items that they stated was on it way for days and never showed up. Tonight - Waiting on jumper cables with the charger to Jump the battery of my vehicle. Received notification they were 10 steps away from my front door 3 hours ago. NO SHOW AGAIN. Called customer service and they told me to wait till the end of the day its 10:45 PM at night. They would only offer $6.99 credit for my inconvenience and I am losing a day of work tomorrow. Then they came up to $20. Doesnt put a dent into the $300 that Im losing from work. This has happened too many times in the past seven months. ***** Stars is my rating for Amazon.

      Every other order is delivered to the wrong address and I never get a resolve except an apology .. if I could give no stars I would because I feel like I am being robbed

      I bought a ***** gift card at ********************* march 22nd. Gave it as a gift March 29th. When they opened it April 8th, it was all scratched on the claim code, when they reached out via customer service for help applying it, ********************** refused. Said it was already claimed on a completely different account on April 2nd! Even though we have original packaging, original receipt and the card in hand. Refused to refund us, apply the gift card amount or anything. They basically got ***** from us and someone has ***** extra on their account. But because they have a huge online card fraud thing going on right now we in return lost out while they didnt. They had horrible customer service skills and or solutions to the problem. Just take it back to the store, good luck I have multiple emails, screen shots of the chats via their bot chats and pictures.

      Horrible service. I'm a prime member and they advertising 2 days delivery but on the 2nd day they say it delayed at least 4 days. I call to cancel but they refuse. They say can reschedule the delivery. If they can reschedule than that means it still in the warehouse so why they refuse to cancel. The federal government needs to look into Amazon false advertising and letting scammer post on there site. I know of one woman waiting months for over $500 on a item she purchased and never received as it eas a scammer posting.

      I have been using Amazon Prime since 2009 (when Prime was just 2-day shipping)... These days, the shipping is unreliable at best, and often late. When I have a defective item I have to spend my time and gas to take it to a *** store, that is bad enough, but now, Amazon is starting to make customers supply the box too. A defective or shipping damaged item return should never cost the customer anything to have it returned or replaced.

      Having problems getting my gift card balance refunded after my order got cancelled even after I provide receipts of the gifts I added to my account this month they are trying to void all of it

      Purchased a short trial of Amazon Prime. I ordered an item and it was left at a wrong address in my neighborhood. I received a refund, and the item was delivered (and returned) about a week late. Amazon movies and TV shows are a real disappointment. I can get many more free movies via ******** and the ******* user interface is much better. Won't be renewing Amazon Prime and have been ordering from **** and ******* instead.

      The customer service worker hung up in my face in the middle of a sentence. I called and spoke to three different customer service agents, and two of them hung up in my face when I was trying to get clarification on a return for an item that was damaged. I was told that I was speaking to managers and supervisors and then found out that two out of three of them were only customer service workers and not managers or supervisors like I requested. I was lied to multiple times about many different questions I asked.

      My name is ************** and I purchased a fire place TV stand from Amazon. However when the product came they had a broken piece in it. I called Amazon several times concerning the matter. I followed ever protocol they asked of me and they still gave me a run around stating they did not see a claim filed. I have spoken to several people, I have all their names written down and still no satisfaction from Amazon concerning this matter. I am very disappointed with Amazon because I shop with them a lot and plus I am a Prime member.Sincerely Yours ***************************.
