I ordered a jacket and didnt like it anymore, once i put it up for return they said that i couldnt get my money back because of suspicious activity when there wasnt any. They ordered me to send in my government ID when i didnt want to, and theyre keeping my money away from me. i have another thing im trying to return and im worried ill have problems with that too. I want my money back without any of the ******. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. I spoke on the phone with an associate after chatting with an associate and the lady said that they arent doing this because my account has suspicious activity; theyre just trying out this new policy and its for an unprovoked reason. im needing BBB to do something to help me get my refund back. this is really serious.

Terrible shipping policies are in effect currently. Its Dec. 3rd and nothing will get here for Christmas. Most stuff will be after the new year or wont even give an estimated shipping date at all. Beyond disappointed. Do better.

I bought a bag of popcorn kernels for $3.99 through prime from Whole Foods. The package arrived unsealed. Amazon will not process a return or replacement of the item and are requiring outrageous personal information in the form of a government issued ID stating they need to send it through a 3rd party identification process for an investigation. They refuse to acknowledge my purchase and return or that I am the account holder without sending them photos of my ID. I do not feel comfortable sharing any of that personal information with an online shopping business along with my banking information. Its unacceptable and no matter who I speak with from Amazon, I get the same answer requesting a form of ID. This is not for any expensive electronic equipment or anything regarding customs- as well was shipped by Amazon through their partnership with Whole Foods. It was a bag of popcorn for $3.99.

**************** is horrible. Paid for an item to be delivered next day only to find it was "late" so I asked if I could have the extra charges back since I'm getting normal shipping. Hung up on me 2x and now we'll see if I get the refund. This isnt the first this has happened it seems to be alot more lately.

False advertising, false delivery times when ordering items. Prime membership is a waste of money as you get no shipping benefit anymore. I ordered an item last Wednesday, states 2 day shipping until you order it then changes to 1.5 weeks. Even today if I look at that same item it says it will be delivered tomorrow. This is such a lie and false information that is wasting customers time. What a joke this company is and should be held responsible for their false and misleading information. Also the item has been shipped over 2 days ago and just sitting in ******** doing absolutely nothing, like what is with that? ********* the **** thing! I paid my membership and I think we as customer should be reimbursed if you cant hold your end of the promises. Just another ****** off paying customer just like a lot of others.

Amazon is misleading customers by sending wrong items and advertising different items plus charging more $s.Example products came across are *************************** **** Buttermilk Sensitive Skin Naturally Moisturizing Bath Bar, **** ounce, 2 Count Yardly lavendar 2 pk soap bar.For taking time and reporting this matter to amazon chat customer service representatives and their leadership teams ******, ****** and ******* are mistreating customer instead of resolving the matter for a courtesy credit refund . Worst people on the job and this makes low image on amazon company. Better stay off with this company like feel.

I was on telephone for over an hour with a " so called" supervisor who assured me that I would receive a credit for returning merchandise I ordered. I sent copies of the return receipt and front and back of cancelled check for $69.87 for an item which was sent doubled. I did not open the box and sent copies of the *** receipt with tracking number. They sent me emails vonfirming receipt. To date, I have not received credit for the merchandise which was returned. Furthermore, their company affirm overcharged me and did not credit me for any of it. I sent copies of a check which was paid to *** (front&back) showing it was paid. I was promised a refund for this shipping charge. All I have received are emails saying that they did not get the email. Email address was correct and mail was not returned to me. The supervisor lied about getting the copy of yhe cancelled check.

I had a package yesterday (11/30/2023) that really triggered me and ruined my day. Attached is the order number. I came home early yesterday so that I can be there for my package, only to find out that the delivery person who's supposed to deliver my package DOES NOT CARE AT ALL. I waited outside my front door so that he can easily see me and give me my package but he just drove by like I was not there and second time he passed by I was waving and screaming at him saying "hey I'm here" but he just simply drove off totally ignoring me. He even messaged me on the app saying I'm close by but by the time that I was going to reply he terminated the conversation! I was so ******. This really can ruin someones day because not only I came home early just for this but to simply ignore your customer in front of him is just wrong and to LIE THAT YOU ARE CLOSE BY AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN MAKE THE INITIATIVE TO GO DOWN FROM YOUR VAN OR RING THE DOOR **** TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE. YOU'RE IN THE WRONG BUSINESS, YOU SHOULD BE FIRED FROM DOING THAT. What's the point of being a delivery guy when you're lazy and can't actually deliver a package? I hope you guys will take this seriously or maybe it's time to report this to the BBB.I called Amazon customer service and they were laughing when I told them this.

I ordered a product and attempted to cancel the order approximately 6-8 hours later. After finally communicating with a chat representative, they expressed how they were able to successfully put in a ticket to have the order cancelled and I should receive a confirmation email 48 hours later. After 48 hours, I receive an email explaining how the order was being shipped. This is ridiculous! I waited because I thought everything was taken care of. Amazon wants to deliver the package and stated that if I'm home when the package arrives, I can refuse it. However, if I am not at home and most likely working, I would have to PAY to return the item, which by the way is a large piece of furniture. I have spent so much money with Amazon. This is definitely coming to an end. A major inconvenience!
