      I dont have problem purchasing online. My problem was, I kept cancelling my Prime subscription and for whatever reason it keeps coming back and charging me monthly. I don't buy a lot and don't need a Prime. I called customer service and finally had it cancelled. Now my problem is the Prime Video. Someone from Amazon enrolled you on something and if you dont look closely to your Amazon account, you are charged with things you did not request or subscribe. I am charged of Prime Video so many times. I already cancelled it but now I am subscribed again (which I did not do) and charged me. I did not even watch anything from Prime Video. I tried calling customer service and you cannot easily get hold of of them. I am tired of this so writing this review is for other customers to review what you are paying at Amazon. They take money from you without your consent.

      I bought a pair of jeans and they were too big so i sent them back to exchange them and then they sent me a box of miracle grow for flowers! I sent it back asking for a refund. They received the item and now they wont refund my money to me! They show that its been received and i would have my refund on a gift card within a few hours and nothing then they said a couple days and no refund and now still nothing and no one can fix the issue and no refund! I had to purchase the jeans in the correct size with my own money. i am simply asking for my refund for the initial purchase... what is so hard about doing this. they told me i didnt need to send the wrong item (miracle grow) back to them since their error and I did out of good faith as i didnt buy it! I just want my refund! Please help!

      I don't think I have ever experienced such poor customer experience. I have an ********************** and ********************** Business Account for both personal and business orders. I placed a large order for HP Printers and Toner from my Business Account to resale to one of my customers. This order was received ok. Then somehow Amazon recreated part of this order from my Business Account and combined it with other items I had previously ordered on my personal Prime account to ship a $9,100 order and charge my ***** When I was notified it was coming, I tried to stop it and couldn't, so all items were refused on delivery. Then I was told to wait a maximum of 30 days for them to confirm return of all items and receive credits. 30 days was up in March and after that I received sporadic credits in April. I have had to call for help multiple times including today. After 60 days, I am still battling with them to receive $2,250.40. Hopefully, they will issue a credit now.

      Amazon deactivated my account for absolutely no just cause. I am a regular prime customer who was told my account is deactivated **** lost access to all my prime movies that I purchase and years of order history. I contacted Amazon several times an no explanation was given. This is over 4 months.Frustrated customer. Thanks

      Amazon was once a company I relied on and felt safe with.My last 2 orders were paid for by my choice of payment method, order confirmation was received.When I went to look and track orders I saw they had changed my payment choice to their choice. It was their Amazon credit card. I called them to change it back to my original choice and they said they couldnt, they did not have that option.Well apparently they did, because they changed it previously without my consent. I am very disappointed with Amazon and will refrain from using them in the future. Check your payments out everyone

      I was ordering an Xbox series S. My order was cancelled and put on hold. Ask me for id. Ask me to put credit card, debit card or bank account 4 digits which I don't used. My account been closed and I will never deal with Amazon again

      I'm frustrated that I can't leave a complaint on their website so I'm leaving it here.My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. The time kept getting updated. Three times until it was listed as before 10PM. Then, when that time was missed, it just said out for delivery with no information about whether or not it was still being delivered that night. Eventually, I was told its been delivered on the 23rd. WTF? Its in the van already. Why isnt it being delivered today.In addition, I was watching the package route yesterday. It was near me, in Bridgeville, and then, instead of looping by to my house, started moving up north. Why, if the vehicle was withing 20 minutes of my house, would it then swoop up north for other deliveries? Why not stop at my house if it was so close? Also, I have different delivery dates on different pages. One says its out for delivery today. The other that itll be delivered on the 23rd. Which is it? Why am I seeing this inconsistent information? I am very disappointed with your delivery service. Are you no longer using Fed Ex or US mail? They are reliable.

      They fired over something ***** and I just called the ***** number to try and get my money because I can't access my account anymore because I really needed my money now and they're saying I gotta wait until the 26th to get MY money I worked for. Amazon is a crappy ace to work. They don't care about you, they're only worried about pushing the customers orders out so that they can get a bonus, but we the workers aren't getting anything and we are the ones doing all of the hard work while they sit back and do nothing at all. They pick and chose who they want to write up, I know because I was the one that they chose to constantly write up for doing the exact same things that my fellow coworkers where doing but they never said anything to those people.

      **************** is just a road block. the resolutions are never adequate an its basically fraud on the promised delivery dates
