I was trying to return an item from Alpha lion by the seller of herbalife. They keep giving me the runaround to contact the seller, but the seller doesnt have information of the item and Amazon refuses to give me my refund.

This has happened to both myself and a friend of mine. I've been auto paying two charges for amazon over the past few months unknowingly which I regretted because I wasn't paying close enough attention to my bank account.. I called ******************** and it winds up being two different charges for basically the same thing. My regular amazon account and my ******************** channel *** account which I did not order. They claimed that I got the free membership and then forgot to remove the Membership after the free month trial was up. We all know thats a ******* legal scam to begine with. However That was a lie, as I know that I never signed up for the *** channels to begine with. This is the exact same thing that happened to a friend of mine also. ****** rrfunded me one month but refused to refund me for the past several months that they were charging me without my knowledge.

I have been having a lot of issues with deliveries recently. I have the days and times to deliver, listed under my address (which is a business) BUT 75-80% of the time they try to deliver after the times listed. It is getting very frustrating, when I am paying for a service. Why give an option for days and times for delivery if you are not going to deliver during those times.

I have been complaing to Amazon for over two (2) years about their app "freevee" not working. All though customer ******************** reps. say they will pass on the problem to the appropriate department/person, nothing is done to fix the glitches with freevee such as:1. error message states no wifi connection while the show playes in the background. Device is still connected to a strong wifi.2. picture and voice out of sync 3. skips episodes while playing a series 4. closes down while watching shows 5. returns to home screen at time when trying to load freeve app There is no way to directly contact tech support or the people responsible for freevee streaming services. I just keep getting people who speak broken english who repeat the same old usless instructions and excuses.

I dont have problem purchasing online. My problem was, I kept cancelling my Prime subscription and for whatever reason it keeps coming back and charging me monthly. I don't buy a lot and don't need a Prime. I called customer service and finally had it cancelled. Now my problem is the Prime Video. Someone from Amazon enrolled you on something and if you dont look closely to your Amazon account, you are charged with things you did not request or subscribe. I am charged of Prime Video so many times. I already cancelled it but now I am subscribed again (which I did not do) and charged me. I did not even watch anything from Prime Video. I tried calling customer service and you cannot easily get hold of of them. I am tired of this so writing this review is for other customers to review what you are paying at Amazon. They take money from you without your consent.
