      NutStop.com I had purchased their 10Lb box of Bahama Breeze Trail mix through Amazon. It was an $80 order. When the box arrived, I saw a warning label that said.... "WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to metals and chemicals like lead which are known to the State of ********** to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to P65Warnings.ca.gov/food" This product was listed as "non-returnable". Yet, when I requested a refund, ******* was holding my refund hostage until I returned their "non-returnable" product because they committed false adverstising. So what are they planning to do with this 10Lb box of poison..........turn around and sell it to you or your loved ones? How many times has this one box been returned and resold? How old is this box now? Is there even an expiration date? Needless to say, I am boycotting NutStop. By the way, some of their products are sourced in *****, thee most polluted nation on Earth. I saw a documentary that said there's no fish alive in their ponds, streams or lakes due to hazardous chemicals. On their website they have another warning that says..."lead, nickel, and chromium"*********************************************** product is listed on Amazon as "non-returnable" and here is Amazon's final AtoZ response to me:"Hello,The seller sent you return instructions and a shipping label through our Buyer-************************* You can see this message in the "Buyer/Seller Messages" tab:*************************************** We recommend following these best practices to be sure that the seller receives your package:-- Include the order number and any return authorization number on or inside the package.-- Insure the package.-- Use signature confirmation.-- Provide your return tracking number and ship receipt to the seller.-- Ship items via **** when the seller's return address is a P.O. Box."

      I am having problems with Amazon blocking me from my account.I am a ********************** member with ongoing subscriptions for merchandise. However, I am unable to access my account.They have done this to me before, and I was forced to start all over with a new account loosing all of my past transaction records.I would like to end my relationship with Amazon, but as a Prime member and subscriber they have my banking information, and I am not able to delete my banking information from their website as I am being blocked by Amazon.

      Amazon has cancelled my orders several times. I have had to sign back in and reorder my orders multiple times.I've spoken to a Amazon agent, and he wanted to know my password for my account. Really?!!! He must think I'm stupid or something. I wasn't born yesterday!

      I have a Amazon prime account that Ive had over 10 years and my account got hacked and purchases were made my account got blocked I contact Amazon serval times and they will not unblock my account I paid my monthly subscription and they will not unblock

      I have had a continuous issue with the customer service representatives.The barely speak proper English and basically refuse to connect to a supervisor.Thils is unacceptable to me as I spend losts of money on a monthly basis for service. I am starting to try out *****

      I have been paying for Amazon prime for years and they have declined and declined in quality and customer service. But without a company like it what else is there to do? I buy products from them. A few have just gone missing. I wait months and it says on the way before I get a refund. One time I spent $150 and it said on its way. Delivery date may 11th and even in June it kept saying June 11th. I spent an hour on the phone to get a refund. And now I am no longer, permanently, to leave reviews on Amazon. I was never lying, or crude. I never used bad language and I always gave glowing reviews on the items I loved. But in some I wanted to warn people to stay away from products I got ripped off on. But as of now Im banned for life from leaving any product reviews

      Incredibly selfish. They put ads on your fire tablet, and charge $15 to remove them.. ON YOUR OWN DEVICE, THAT YOU PAID FOR. They slip an agreement to this somewhere in the terms and conditions, because they are a slippery, underhanded company. This is a blatant invasion of personal space, that no other company has stooped low enough to attempt. Everyone's lives are cram packed with ads, everywhere they go. We shouldn't have to be advertised to as soon as we open our personal devices. Amazon, I hope you enjoyed that $15, now I trust you less than the politicians.

      Amazon customer service does not provide an obvious path to provide feedback about the company's service itself so lets put it here. I ordered two items, each with 2 day delivery. Due to some Amazon manipulation during checkout, the order record showed 4 day delivery. Tonight an Amazon e-mail showed 'sorry it will be 7 days'.It seems like company is not the trustworthy source it once was.

      Amazon has repeatedly signed me up for Prime membership even though I have declined it, and Ive had a difficult time canceling it each time. I think their actions are probably illegal. Finally, I have canceled my account; I would rather support a real store than suffer their abuse.

      I was trying to return an item from Alpha lion by the seller of herbalife. They keep giving me the runaround to contact the seller, but the seller doesnt have information of the item and Amazon refuses to give me my refund.
