      I returned an item a month ago, and was notified that it was received and would get my refund. However, weeks have passed without my return. When I called, they said I needed to submit a valid ID This seems like an invasion of privacy and has never happened before. This purchase was below $200 so I dont understand this policy whatsoever.

      Part of this is my fault for not screening my credit card bill. In 2020 I got a email from Amazon giving me a free download of an audible book, and then every once in awhile over the last 4 years. I would get an email saying, you have free audible books to download. Just this month my husband said, what is this audible charge for $16.03. So I started looking into it and called Amazon, they transferred me to an audible representative. I finally spoke to a supervisor who told me that I have been being charged this amount for the last 4 years. I told him that I never signed up for audible, he said that after 30 days of free membership that the start charging you monthly. No where on Amazon or by email did I get notified that I was being charged a monthly charge. Totally fraudulent of Amazon. Hiding these charges from the customer. Totally makes me not trust ********************** anymore.

      **************** is not professional and because they didnt like what I had to say when I complained, they screwed my account from placing orders. Ill explain. I purchased an item it was defective I contacted them usually they will give me a refund as a credit prior to receiving the return so I can purchase something else. So I was lied to several times by two employees about why this cant be done U asked for supervisor I was transferred to a person who was zero help and when I asked for a higher up I was told there is no one just a group of supervisors who would if Id liked could get back to me. Well before I could respond the person ended the chat. Now today I cannot order from my account ive tried all day so far. Definitely done purposely! 1000%. Ive been with Amazon for a long time and have spent so much money, Im now considering canceling my membership. Someone else will be willing to ship like ******* for my membership fee!

      Literally mid episode of Season 3 Episode 17 of LOST of Prime video i accidently backed out of the episode (like ive done a hundred times before cause i use 2 monitors, 1 for streaming show 1 for game) and suddenly I am being told that I now have to PAY $2.99 PER EPISODE when 2 minutes ago it was all free with prime video. Contacted customer service and basically i was told i was s*** out of luck and i cant finish without paying.

      My small $46.25 order was declined by my bank as I had to close my account due to a fraud attempt. Amazon did not let me know bill was still outstanding. They sent me to a collections agency within 7 days of receiving my order. Twice Amazon customer service chat told me I paid in full as is what is reflected in my transaction history. It does not show a bounce back and offers no alternative way to pay since it reflects I already paid. I don't think this is right, I think it is just a tactic to add on a $25 charge. TRS Recovery Services wants you to pay on their website, but makes it impossible to fill in you credit card expiration date fields. What a scam.

      I received two packages today to my front door and there is a sign on my front door in large letters stating to deliver to the back door. One of the packages was torn half open. Everything is still in the package, but I feel someone needs to be more responsible about handling packages and reading signs. It wasn't dark outside and the sign can be read from the street I took a picture of the package if you need to see it. I don't need my purchases ruined or stolen.

      They parked in my driveway I said can you move a woman said I'm fixing my boxes sir I said your in my driveway I'm not a Amazon customer she said I can park where I want I said please get out of my driveway she said no I called Amazon and they didn't care at all they said thank for the info but never asked my name or where I live

      Normally, I would leave a 5 star review for Amazon, however, I am so frustrated with the company right now and want to scream! I place an order in which the items were ALL Prime Next Day delivery. The package was "delayed" on the day it was to arrive. We are now on day 5 after order placement and they are telling me the order is canceled and I have to wait 30 days for my refund!! I. FURIOUS! The package is obviously lost and I shouldn't have to wait ******************************************** a reship of my items!! Amazon customer service has really gone down and they just Don't care anymore about customers! It is so disappointing, and disheartening!! The management team is awful and does not care, listen or try to understand the frustration of the customers issue!

      I ordered items totaling $52. The package never arrived. I called and they said they would not charge me for the package. They DID charge me. I have since made several phone calls and emails over a 3 month period, and they still keep trying to charge me for items in that package. I have been a customer for ****************************** as a customer over $52.

      Received an offer for 1 week of Amazon prime for $0.99. After enrolling in the offer and immediately checking my credit card, I was charged for a full month of prime; $15.98. **************** removed the charges and said the offer applies AFTER your order is delivered. Had I known that, I wouldnt have bothered with enrolling in the offer.
