      Finding amazon is no longer good value for money charged, tried cancelling account on line but could not find process, tried calling several times and was not able to get help. Asked if could write a formal letter asking for cancellation of account and no address was offered.Finding amazon to be overpriced with poor quality products, counterfeit products, and now extorting money.

      Its taking a month to get my refund for a product that didnt work as intended and its seeming like Im gonna get bamboozled as the refund dates get pushed back and customer service doesnt seem too keen on helping me its it.

      Ive been paying for Prime membership for years now. Amazons promises and costumer service is horrible. You no longer can talk to a replacement I didnt even bother trying to reach out to them. The more we make our voice heard then maybe they will listen. Giants can be humbled. They no longer have integrity or loyalty to the people who got them this far shame on you Amazon

      Called multiple times about charges to my debit card for Amazon music. I have been told repeatedly that I do not have a account with them being charged. This time I called willing to provide my debit card information threatening to dispute all the charges and now they're finally willing to refund me 3 months as they dug deep enough to find my subscription.

      I recently purchased an item on Amazon that was open box but Amazon claimed no parts were missing. I received the item and after it was 90% put together I found that the last two parts were missing to make the item work. In my opinion this is false advertizing, and when I send this back they will probably tape the box back up and send out again. Amazon makes it difficult to actually talk to a customer service person and when you do they are difficult to understand. I now need to waster another hour of my time taking the item back apart and send back for a refund, AND they will not refund until they receive the item back. I will not be using Amazon in the future. ************** Tractor Supply here I come!

      I ordered buttermilk powder, a product that is supposed to be shelf stable for years yet i got one with an expiration date of 10/24. They refused to issue a refund, exchange or return. I spoke to 5 different people, 3 separate calls. Very unhelpful. If they will refuse to help with this then they should have products that dont expire in 4 months.

      I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards from Kroger for $500.00 each. I played my orders and put a hold on my account and are refusing to send my items that are paid. Please help me I can't just lose $1000.00

      AMAZON is a terrible company to buy anything from! I would not advise buying echo devices, purchasing prime, or submitting photos!!! For no reason whatsoever they will accuse you of suspicious activity or multiple accounts and Close your Amazon accounts even when you provide proof nothing was fraudulent!!!! After that you lose everything!!! Photos, ability to use echo devices, prime, and anything associated with that account!!!! They will continue to repeat suspicious activity when contacted! I thought it was ignorance however, I'm thinking now they are just scamming people!!! Be very ***** about your time with Amazon!!! They are not stable and treat their customers like crap!!! I am appalled they are still in business!!!!! Research yourself about them closing accounts for no reason! What a nightmare!!!

      Never ever turn on 2 step verification. I thought it would provide more security, but one day I stopped receiving the *** and Amazon locked my account for no reason. They wouldn't unlock it even after verification of my account. Their worthless IT systems need 24 hours to refresh and then I could log in to my account.
