      TERRIBLE! YOU SPEND ALL THIS MONEY AND THEY CONSTANTLY DELIVER YOUR ITEMS TI WEONG ADDRESSES, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE *****, THE DELIVERY *****, THEY MAKE YOU WAIT TO GET A REFUND WHEN THEYRE CLEARLY IN THE WRONG. THEY ARE EXTREMELY TERRIBLE NOW! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.

      I pay for prime delivery in Amazon and I never get it, the next day delivery. The service in Amazon has dropped dramatically. We are talking about 8 days for delivery when they have 2 warehouse here in the area and do not even know what is in the warehouse. They need to lower the price dramatically since they cannot stand up or deliver what they say.

      amazon charges people "prime" fees stating things will be delivered at a certain time, then they have drivers who pull into your driveway sit for a moment **** your package undeliverable and leave. the customer service process is horrible.

      They deserve a negative period, my amazon account hacked into. Did amazon ever contact me or help of course not. They have no clue which is sad but they are corporate and corporate is fraud now and has been. I buy from ***** companies and in store small businesses that amazon is wanting them out of business so amazon can take over literally everything. Nope more and more people no longer buy from amazon due to fraud and their amazon accounts hacked and ******************** does nothing. Also when buying from them or a seller on their website if you didnt get your item guess what well we have picture of proof of delivery, guess what THAT PROOF DOESNT SHOW WHATS INSIDE THAT THE CUSTOMER ORDERED AND NEVER RECEIVED AND ********************** YOUR CORPORATE FRAUD. CEO LIVES OFF C MONEY , NOT ANYMORE , I ONLY SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES, THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, NOT JUST MONEY

      I purchased a product for $22.49. Returned it at a Whole Foods location. Amazon confirmed that the return was in transit. Two months later I was charged for the same product because Amazon lost it in transit. When I ask for customer service, I have to spend 45 minutes trying to explain the situation and am told to fill out a report with information AMAZON HAS IN THEIR OWN ********* is so depressing to see a company that used to value customer service prioritize profits over people. Amazon has been diluting their service for years from prime video and music and making returns extremely difficult. I am looking forward to cancelling my membership when it comes up for the next renewal. $22.49 is all it took to ensure that I won't be a customer again. But hey, happy to do my part to fund Bezos's next wedding in ****** or help him take off to ****. Maybe then Amazon can return to their fundamentals.

      I have place a couple orders in the last couple weeks. Told they would be delivered in 2 days. With multiple times, them saying they would be delayed it my package was delivered a week late. Why am I paying for Prime if I can't get my package in 2 days like it was supposed to?Also, I have ordered a package that said it would be delivered on a specific date then they change the date as soon as I purchase it. The bait and switch should be illegal.I will be cancelling my Prime because it is no longer work the money.

      I wish I could leave 0 stars. **************** tries to talk nice. While actions speak louder than words. I think Amazon should make uou take the survey later. They have customer service representatives lieing saying they're going to do 1 thing and then do another. Just so they can't get stars and a high review. I have tried to return a total of 2 items in 6 years. I have been a prime member for years. I have 4 apps. that I pay for through Amazon. Subscriptions through Amazon. And I spend a good amount of money shopping at Amazon. The way thst Amazon's customer service representatives are treating people is sickening. They make you want to cancel everything. And kiss Amazon good bye. I have tried to exchange a total of 2 items in 6 years. And when I purchased pants I purchased them 1 size to small. It said right next to the purchase 30 day free exchange. The Amazon customer service **** would not honor 1 exchange in 6 years. Then him along with 2 other customer service representatives told me. Since I am a prime member, disabled and without transportation thst it would be a free ***** pick up. Then they are charging me $7.99 for pick up. But 3 customer service representatives keep telling me they will refund me my full amount. You can't just tell a customer 30 day free exchange. Then tell the customer free ***** pick up, and full refund. And then turn a round and charge the customer $7.99. And not issue the customer the full amount. ********************** needs to do something about there customer service representatives.

      Amazon has suddenly stopped allowing individuals to print actual invoices. Who is Amazon to decide whether we need an invoice or an order summary? I purchase things for the company on the company credit card on my personal account and can only get order summaries to attach. I cannot get *** acceptable invoices as a self-employed person. Now they want to text me an invoice if I request it individually and then download it to my phone send it to my email to print. This is ridiculous.

      **** ! *****************!!!!!Amazon cancelled my item for 2000$ and shipped it back to sender . But they can not locate it so they dont issue me a refund either. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! NEVER BUY FROM AMAZON

      I was in a conversation for a work from home job that reviews products on Amazon. This conversation was enlightening, I found out that Amazon is hiring people to write reviews for products the reviewer does not even test. Just to boost the rating or whatever product. This is straight out lying to any and all customers buying anything on this platform. I have screenshots from the conversation as well.
