      Good Morning I have an issues how Amazon is okay with false advertisement. I ordered a Leotor Glow light for my plants that was suppose to arrive yesterday but never came. Instead Amazon decided to tell me when I called this morning that the item isn't part of their inventory that they have to charge my card again in order for them to send me my glow light. Amazon decided at last minute to let the supervisor know that this item I paid for isn't in what they invested in an tried to have me pay more money outta pocket. If this how Amazon going to carry on business I don't want to order from them any more. False advertisement is like taken things that don't belong to you but all I get is a slap on the face. I order for things I need not bc I'm rich which I'm not. I order for things I need for my children an for my own peace of mind an taken care of my plants is my main peace. Which is messed up bc they haven't giving me no heads up on anything my phone says it's being delivered. I'm really upset that Amazon would do that to a loyal customer. I hope ********************** do better!! ????

      F*** amazon. They locked my account after I changed my number. Now christmas presents won't be coming. Why do they not have people customer service anymore? Why can't I fix this?

      If youre tempted to use this company to publish, dont be. They are thieves. They will wait until youve worked their platform for years, building up a steady stream of income. Then theyll shut your account down without warning and steal ALL your royalties. They are bullies and thieves. Its disgusting how a massive company like this can get away with such vile business practices.

      After returning an item, and receiving confirmation, I was sent communication that I would be recharged for the item as the vender didnt receive it. I called and wasted an hour getting to the bottom of it and then was recharged, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, for an item they have proof they have received. I now have to call again to clear this incompetence up. Unacceptable.

      Order a dirt bike from Amazon. Had the funds in my account to get the bike and everything. As soon as I pressed checked out my account was locked. I called the customer service center an was treated as tho I was a criminal. They charged my account $70 some odd dollars for the warranty on the product anyway, but wouldn't take my money for the dirt bike. I was told I need to verify my account but I couldn't get access to it. Now I'm waiting for an investigation to take place so I can gain access to my account. Its one thing to have security measures but treating somebody like a criminal for attempting to buy something is taking things to far. An actual apology is due to anybody who has had to deal with this.

      Amazon order is OK but delivery driver flew through my driveway almost hitting car rolling gravel an had no caution for my dog nearly hitting him. Don't know if it was the driver or company pushing him to make more deliveries. No care or respect for life or property.

      Had nothing but issues with trying to get my product shipped to me. Constantly delayed. After several complaints an amazing employee offered $10 reimbursement after finally receiving said product. However now they will not honor the promise made. And made more excuses.

      9! Out of 10 deliveries are either late or delivered to to somewhere else, getting a refund is a hassle and the offer you 5$ if you really complain which is a joke and insult. I had 2 deliveries scheduled for today and neither came and are scheduled for Thursday. Mind you today is Tuesday! I think its time to get rid of prime that Ive had for a long time,
