      I bought an exercise machine it clearly stated the product had slight cosmetic damage in very good condition. It came damaged and all the hardware was missing except for four bolts. All the accessories were missing. **************** insisted I return it but the box was damaged so badly it was falling apart. After arguing with one women who was very snide as if it's my problem regarding false advertising and the fact that this item was actually approved to be shipped by their employees I got a refund but they would not offer a replacement. Absolutely unacceptable. Scam alert.

      The lowest option here is one star. There should be minus stars because amazon has absolutely NO customer service. If you manage to find a way to chat with them, you get run around in circles and NOTHING gets resolved! After an hour of my time and 5 different customer "service?" agents, I was directed to another department. So I could start the runaround all over again. Amazon is, without a doubt, the worst company on the planet!!!!

      Once again my Prime delivery is late. I do my part and pay my bill on time. You can bet if I didnt they would cancel my membership. How is there no recourse for them failing to uphold their end as promised? The first and only time I have complained I spent over an hour chatting with multiple associates only to be transferred and be forced to start all over again. Finally I was given a $25 gift card for my trouble. Except I wasnt. They flat out lied. Theres no gift card or credit in my account. Ive changed my Prime membership to month-to-month now, making it easier to cancel. Im just incredibly disappointed that Amazon is allowed to lie on a regular basis with no accountability. Looking forward to the day that they face real competition and cant take advantage of their customers and get away with it.

      I was trying to return a portable washing machine. During the return process, I had to pick a day with a time window. I chose a middle of the week day and the latest window so I could miss the least amount of work. I was there the entire time. I was docked pay at work. No one showed up, no one called, nothing. I called Amazon during the window and was told, that the driver has already started heading back to the warehouse and that they couldn't make them come back. So I had to pack it up and drop it off myself. So now I'm out the money from taking that time off and the box fee, because they were going to provide the box. When I called to find out what was going on with my return, I'm told that they got it, but now I have to wait a whole week for my refund. When I tried talking with the supervisor, I was simply told they can't do anything. I did my due diligence, and they absolutely would have passed me by if I was not available for them when they want, but can't be bothered to show up when stated, let the person know they're running late or they had to skip me. How is this an acceptable business plan?

      They took my ability to leave reviews and that's how I make my money. When I asked and explained the situation they said it violated community guidelines but these are their sellers and truly loved my purchases which is unfair and a violation of my rights as a customer

      She was extremely rude when I requested to speak to a supervisor and kept talking over me when I requested to please connect me to a supervisor then just hung up without connecting me. Amazon seems to have extremely rude and unethical customer service representatives lately and also a few supervisors ( That was the night before. Amazon return states I can return items before a date and when trying to proceess the return, it said it was not returnable!?... Then when calling Amazon for help and Clarification as to why it states, we can return items and then it doesn't allow us. They state. We can't do anything about it. And we have to contact the vendors directly. By the times we'll reach out to the vendors, my date of expiration would have ended because they are closed on weekends. Didn't have problems with the products up until recently? And now I have to get stuck with products that are damaged or I. Decided. I didn't need and not open. And they won't let you return and still when they say they would accept returns.?... And to add to that, Amazon will not step in and help so used to be. Amazon did a lot more for people. Now they just don't care. And their representatives are getting more honoree and rude when you're trying to talk to them, even have to remind him that I our calls are probably being recorded and if you go back, they will hear our conversation and know that that representative had no reason to behave the way they did even supervisors are very unprofessional and unethical. In the past 10 years I've NEVER been treated like that as an Amazon prime member especially!!!

      Amazon can go **** it! They just hung up on me after trying to file a complaint against a seller who didn't send my item but rather refunded me and told me to go buy it again, in which the price was jacked up DOUBLE to what the original purchase price was. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I will be Canceling anything to do Amazon and my account.

      I will never order from them again. I ordered an Insecticide, they sent the wrong one and then told me, I could not return the item. The price for the unwanted item was twice as much as it is anywhere else and amazon just ignores all my return/refund requests. I guess they only deal with "prime members" , so they can get even more money out of everybody.I would give them minus stars if there was such a thing.

      If I could give a zero to Amazon I would. For being such a large company, they have the worst customer service that is extremely disrespectful and just hangs up on you if they don't like what you have to say. I have a defective bunk bed that I legit was requesting the manufacturer information for. They could not provide the information, so they would say that a certain department would get a hold of me and email me. However this has not happened and when I tried to call, I got hung up on multiple times. All I wanted was the information for the bed. When you contact them through chat, some of the employees are really rude. In fact, one chat person told me he had initiated a refund, however when I checked the next day there was no refund put in for the item. He lied to me just to try to make me happy. I am not sure what they are trying to do with their company, but they have definitely lost me for a customer. They should not be able to sell items that they don't even know where or by who it is made. This is not safe and seems completely illegal to me.
