      I have a very valid review for Amazon. They only let you go back 3 months on all your ordered items witch is c*** I order a cordless vaccum that **** it does not pick up it actually spits everything that it just **** up in the time of use. I have not been able to leave a review about this item on how bad it *****. This was a birthday gift. And everytime she uses it it's embarrassing it does not work. I can't get my money back or replace the gift.

      Credit card says prime purchase but I dont have prime and didnt sign up for it. I have other issues too. I see reviews referring to speaking with a customer service rep. ****** There is no number on their website. No link to chat!!!

      I need help filling a complaint against Amazon Prime because of something I ordered. I got the wrong product in the mail and not at all what I ordered. Can you please help me with getting it replaced with what I actually ordered originally, and getting a refund too? Thank you very much!

      I was recently banned from leaving book reviews. I did nothing against amazons rules. I don't earn money or get any type of credit from any reviews that I leave. I can't even begin to say how much money I have spent for books on amazon. I have been reviewing on amazon for over three years and never had an issue. They not only deleted all my current year reviews but my entire previous year reviews. No human has gotten back to me to specifically point out what I supposedly did wrong, amazon is no help at all. By banning my reviews amazon is denying customers from learning the about the book from other customers and it prevents customers from buying the book.

      Having been in the sales industry for over a decade, 5 years ago started selling on the Amazon platform, just recently Amazon started attacking us by auditing my inventory which resulted in harming my ability to sell products, even though we are a legit small business that doesn't stop amazon to dispose of you as a seller who supposedly violates its policies, we presented all the valid docs, bank ACC statements indicating the supply chain records. I just wanted to let the world know that Amazon is taking advantage of its power, they would shut down your business because they can, that what I see that's what I've been through selling on their platform.Note! We sell genuine products and never had a single issue with any of our clients, keep in mind, when Amazon decides to shut your business down matter you're a legit business or not you will be out no questions asked.Welcome to thirsty amazon playground

      Amazon will not give my 200 dollar gift card back. They closed my account the same day, are asking me for a bank statement when it was purchased with cash at a convenient store. Since January they are not willing to work with me . They will not even allow access to my account. How am I suppose to show my proof of purchase when I no longer have the receipt? They dont allow you to speak to the specialist team stating they have no number and no email . They are telling me sorry they cant give my gift card back due to suspicious activity! How can that possibly be correct when it was purchased with CASH??

      Worst service by Amazon business. Bought 24/7 servillience camera from amazon. First they hold account for review and later they cancel the order. I had to reorder but delivery was on monday I was inside office waiting for delivery no amazon delivery truck was there and I see delivery was attempted but business close and it was rescheduled next day. Next day I called amazon and make sure everything is right and product gets delivered but after 5 pm I see same notes. They just wasted my 2 whole day. And it is just costing me a lot as a business

      I bought lights on Amazon for 96$. The next thing I know every credit card they had in file got hacked up for thousands of dollars. This company is shady & does nothing about it. Customer service is on permanent vacation. How is it this company is so big I order something & then my life is hacked because of this sketchy company. Never order from these scumbags

      I purchaesed a product worth $519.97, and the day later the price got updated to $499. No sale just the base price adjusting.I do not understand why Amazon cant simply adjust the price or even offer a credit to their members, especialy that I have not received the device yet. They kept telling me the best way is to cancel the product and order again with the new price. It's absurd!The $20 credit would the best way this couldve been handled, but more to the funds is how this policy they are glued to is not helping consumers.

      It's a shame Amazon didn't stay customer centric. I made my first purchase from Amazon in 2007 and because a prime member within months after it was first available. Now my shipments are consistently late and contacting customer service is miserable. Cancelled ********************** last month and started using a different e-commerce site. I'm sure the few thousand Amazon loses from me won't matter, hopefully enough customers will pull their support so ********************** finally notices.
