      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order for a ******* Galaxy Z4 Fold cell phone, for which I paid an advance amount of $631.24 USD. The phone was never delivered to me, despite the Amazon app showing it as delivered.Upon noticing this discrepancy, I immediately raised the issue with Amazon customer support. Instead of resolving the problem, I was directed to contact the seller, PDI Mobile. When I reached out to PDI Mobile, they provided a screenshot of the delivery proof from ****** which depicted a parcel left in front of an unknown house. This is not my residence. Additionally, it is unacceptable that an expensive item was simply left outside.I also contacted *****, who confirmed that my parcel was wrongly delivered to a different location. ***** assured me that they would retrieve the package and deliver it to my address. However, I have now received an email from Amazon instructing me to file a theft complaint with the police. According to Amazon's own inquiry, the parcel was stolen from the delivery spot.I find this situation deeply distressing and unacceptable. The phone was never delivered to my address, yet marked as delivered. The delivery proof provided by ***** shows a package left in an unsecured manner at an incorrect location. Instead of resolving the issue, I am being asked to file a police complaint, causing undue stress and inconvenience. I have a chat history with an Amazon customer service representative who acknowledged the mistake in delivery status and admitted that the parcel was mistakenly scanned as delivered. This, along with the incorrect delivery photo from ****** clearly indicates that the error lies with the delivery process.I urge Amazon to take immediate action to resolve this matter. I request a full refund of the amount paid at an earliest.

      I ordered 4 items which qualified for free shipping. They told me that during the delivery. Items were damaged. I thought they would replace. All they said if I didnt get by certain day. Check the status. On that day, I checked the status and they said they will refund me the money. Any decent company would ship the replacement because 3 of the items never got to me. When I called, first they said they cant find the order then Im not their customer, the order is not associated with my name. All of that were a lie because I have ordered over 100 items in the last couple years. The last time, they delivered to the house across the street with different house number and street name. I complained and they did nothing about it. I should have stopped order. This time they said that they cant send the replacement because the items are no longer available. I went online and they are still available. These items are not on high demand. Wrote a complaint to their CEO and got 2 responses, the template letter that they sent to customers. Some lame apology. You can tell that perhaps its not from a real person. No companies treated customers this way. Im not buying anything from Amazon ever again.

      Amazon Prime guarantees two day delivery on many items that are shipped by 3rd party sellers. I've ordered multiple items that have said two-days and after the order is placed, delivery changes to two weeks.This has happened to me a couple times. Amazon takes zero responsibility for this. They blame the seller, saying either "sometimes it takes longer" or "we have no control over what 3rd parties claim about shipping."That is not true. Sometimes when it says 2-days and I click buy-it-now, it immediately reports it will take two weeks. So the data is there. The system can see it. But for some reason they refuse to put the actual shipping time on the item's page, and instead let the seller lie about shipping time. (Again, they take no responsibility.)So, they do have control over what the customer sees, they just don't want to show it. Also, Amazon or the Seller can change the shipping time after you order without telling you. These practices have cost me time and money. This one-star review has one star too many.,

      I think Amazon is getting to big for it's britches I ordered a video and never got it they also ripped me off a couple of times I Think Amazon should be sued for fraudulent practices they also delivered to the wrong address a couple of times which makes me suspicious mail theft

      My account has been restricted because of the amount of returns I have made however, there are no restriction on how much I can purchase. Why is that? Please help me to understand. If I order an item and it doesnt look like it looks online yes I am going to return it. Point blank. I am so disappointed with Amazon. Now they are requesting my ID in order to process my refunds. Is this even legal?

      I order product 0n the 16 of May ***** received items it's been 4 days call customer service saying that the package is there but hasn't shipped To wait 48 hours To receive items So I have to wait 7 days for an item I ordered so I wanted a refund they refused they stole my money and I have product

      Many delays with same day and two day delivery. When ordering you can see a date for delivery but after paying the date of delivery changes to several days later sometimes a whole week. This is deception and poor practice. They have disabled screenshot capability so there is no proof of the magic of deception they practice. False advertising and poor business dealings. It's just wrong!

      Extremely Disappointed. I am filing a complaint against Amazon Business for unjustly denying my organization's access to their services, based on an erroneous claim that my account is related to another Amazon account that was closed.Details: I recently registered a new Amazon Business account for my organization, which is newly established.Amazon Business denied my registration, stating that my account is related to another Amazon or Amazon Business account that they closed. This claim is inaccurate as I have no such association with any closed or suspended accounts. I have been talking with the amazon customer service but none of them seem to be able to help me. Please have Amazon Business Administrator contact me.

      Amazon falsely advertises "free returns" on items until you have to return them, then Amazon charges $6.99 for those returns unless you use some of their specified drop off or Amazon drop off locations, even with a box and printed return label. It's very inconvenient for me because I have to drive miles out of my city to any of those locations, spending more than $6.99 in fuel for my vehicle and what's really infuriating is that I don't find out about it until I have to return something. I feel like the victim of false advertising and I feel disappointed, mislead and lied to.

      I'm ***************************. I live at ****************************************************************. My last 4 packages were delivered to ***********************************************. Today the residents caught the delivery guy and told him exactly where I live and yet he didn't bring my package to me. This is getting very frustrating. I called Amazon and was on the phone with them about 45 minutes and he said he couldn't do anything. I didn't have any problems until recently.
