      Amazon Canada is repeatedly billing my bank account for an account that my young teenage daughter set up many years ago for a purchase using her birthday money, and attached my banking information to it. She does not unfortunately remember the email address that she used, which is causing multiple charges that I am not accepting of and have not used the service nor the Amazon 'channels' ever. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Amazon Canada and US and because my daughter has provided every single email address that she has ever had, apparently 'it is not the right one'. This has caused multiple amounts of money to be taken from my account, as they refuse to cancel the account as she can't remember the email. I have been billed hundreds of dollars, and had one gentleman refund the amount and assure me that I would not be billed again for anything. Following this, the next month I was billed again and spent countless hours on the phone with customer service only to be told that there is nothing they can do unless my daughter can give them the answer they are looking for. The female employee assured me that she would forward this concern to the escalation department for assistance but I have yet to receive a call/email.I am at my wit's end with this, I have taken my banking information from my account to ensure that I won't be billed causing me to not be able to use my own Amazon account. Now last night, the final straw is that for the second time this month I was billed through my daughter's account, for a ********************** membership which caused one of my personal direct withdrawal's to not go through, as I wasn't expecting yet another charge from them and now have insufficient funds charges x2 due to this unauthorized withdrawal from Amazon. Can someone please advise of how to stop these unauthorized payments as I just want the account cancelled and can get nowhere from Amazon? I am contacting my bank again today for help as well. Thank you.

      I ordered a plant from Amazon, it comes with the plant, stones and a ceramic pot. It took forever to arrive but Im not getting into that. When i opened my package the ceramic pot was shattered to pieces. I spoke with a customer service representative about it they said that I should submit my photo ID for proof, which I did the same day. They said it takes 3 days to get a response. I waited all of 10 days and no response from Amazon. Anyways I reached back out the them, spoke with an agent named *************************, she was very rude and ended the chat abruptly on me, I had to wait ages to get back in contact with someone else. I got back in touch with another agent who said in order to assist me, I have to take a picture of the broken ceramic pot which I already disposed of but I had taken a picture of it the day that i received it anyways the agent needs a picture of the pot with my handwriting stating the date and order number. I took a picture of the plant in a plastic container from my house, and my handwriting and I still have not heard back from Amazon. I shop a lot on Amazon but this has really opened my eyes and I will no longer be supporting Amazon any further.

      I placed an order and double checked the delivery address. Order was delivered today at some locker that I can not get to. I called customer service. No help at all. Now I have to wait until Friday to get a refund. Today is Tuesday. Then I have to wait. 5 days for my refund to be returned to my credit card.

      They used to be good. Lately they just are going up in membership fees and service is getting worse. Constantly delayed shipments. Not okay. Horrible customer service.

      I paid Amazon Fulsren 12-Pod Hydroponic Indoor Garden System with LED Grow Lights, Height Adjustable Planters, and an Auto Timer for Herbs and Plants Sold by: ****** store 02. I canceled this item before I received it. I have called Amazon several times about my refund and Amazon repeatedly sent me to the seller. Amazon has reached out to this seller and so did I and still no refund.

      I was only credited for half my refund when returning two of three items I bought. I received an email saying I got a refund for one item even though I sent two identical items back in the same bag from the ********* *************** on the same date. So I should have gotten twice what they're saying. I sent two items back. I cannot get a hold of anybody to help me and they have not credited me for the second item which was returned on May 8th 2024. I had just purchased Three identical items and only needed One item so I sent the two back within a couple of days.

      Ordered zit patches for $60 and received a bar of soap. Contacted Amazon customer support to rectify. Reordered my zit patches and Amazon told me I could keep the bar of soap. Got an email about being charged for not returning and called AGAIN. Was told again to not worry. Well today I was charged for not returning the product, essentially being charged $60 for a bar of soap. Called again today. They can see my two phone calls but because the agents didnt leave notes, theyre refusing a refund. I could not escalate to a supervisor. I was told they didnt believe me. Amazon is scamming people. Ive been a prime member for years and Im highly disappointed in their customer service and how I was treated today. Will be filing a claim with my bank.

      Amazon dont really care about their customers or they would have not made the ********************** experience so much worse over the last few years. Their delivery service is really bad. Its to the point where it might be better to just use Walmarts online services.

      I purchased a baby bottle sterilizer on Amazon and it says 13 moths warranty and the sterilizer stopping working after 3 months I tried to ask for return they said it passed the return window they cant help me about it.
