      For the last 6 months or so. Every order has been delivered late or the wrong address. Why do they say it will be there on one day and it's always late. I tried getting in touch with Amazon and they make it almost impossible! They will not let you leave a review and the service has gotten terrible! As a Prime member for years, I just feel let Down. Amazon has gone down hill and the service is horrible now!

      This is the far most worst company ever I can't even use there app anymore due to all the major bug glitch and when I try to listen to my Spotify music in the background there app has taken over my phone and cause my apps to crash non stop and also cause my music to stop playing I consider this is a some type of a new virus that it cause this I have send massively email to customer service support to fix this and no response back.

      Prime order due to be delivered in 24 hours, will be delivered in 6 days instead - it was not even shipped when they informed of delay - they refused to cancel it and it was a Memorial Day weekend present - in essence while delays do happen, at times as this one 100% Amazon responsability, item not shipped yet but they know it will not be shipped in a timely fashion, and yet they will not allow you to cancel it - pure arrogance - will diversify my sources - amazon behavied as a clown!

      I order a purse to surprise my mother who lives hours away. The desperation of the item was a black bag with print covering all around it. When arrived it was a plain black bag. After contacting their *************************************************** the picture is incorrect. This was false advertisement on their end. I was informed the only way to solve it is to return for replacement because they cant promise me the correct product. Unfortunately since it was a present I did not want to put my mother through the hassle of returning it, so I was just stuck with the bag.

      Amazon is holding their customers hostage when trying to cancel ********************** Video subscriptions! Its a nightmare every time I try to take a subscription off my account. Im constantly rerouted to how to and help articles. I follow the instructions ( very carefully) and get thrown into the hamster wheel. Just going around and around with very little results. I have been a customer for 20 years and its really gotten to the point where I just dont want to deal with them anymore! I truly believe that Amazon does this intentionally to confuse and aggravate their customers, so that they just say f it and pay for another month. I really wish they would fix this issue because I like their other departments. But ** seriously considering just leaving them permanently. Please beware when using Prime video, they wont make it simple. It shouldnt be THAT hard

      They are untrustworthy. They have false advertising and delivering practices are false. In the last months there has been occasions that amazon has failed to meet my expectations. First by charging you for next day shipping and not delivering the items witch could had be free otherwise. Another practice is not refunding your money back to your bank account and putting it in a credit or gift card so you're obligated to buy from them again even if you call to fix this issue they give you of a a false statement that they are sorry and send it back to your bank. Lie. When you check your account five to seven days later it still not there. It's in amazon account under gift card. Also the customer service is awful at times having to talk to repeat yourself to multiple agent in one call or text. I have been a long loyal customer but no more bye **********************.

      I writing to lodge a formal complaint against Amazon. I'm a prime member and I ordered a Derale Trasmission cooler which I received and it was damaged. The distributor shipped the product to Amazon and it was damaged (box showed evidence of damage. Amazon put the damaged box/product into an Amazon box and shipped to me. Upon on packaging and finding the damage I immediately processed a return through Amazon utilizing the Amazon return process. The return process appeared to go as planned until I noticed the status indicating it was "held up in processing". I called Amazon customer service three time (the third escalated to a supervisor) only to be told by all customer service representatives I needed to submit an additional form of identification to verify my identity because Amazon claimed there was suspicious activity on my account, but they could not provide any details about what the suspicious activity was. Amazon told me they would not issue the return without the additional ID verification, but I could continue to purchase moving forward with the same account information and identification they currently have on file which they would also issue the return cresit to. They also told me they wont ship the damaged product back to me unless I provide additional identification. I refuse to provide them any additional identification due to concerns of what it is truly being used for and possible identity theft, etc. It is criminal for Amazon to require additional identification after the return process was already started, not to refund my money when their policy states they will within the parameters consistent with this return request and to keep my money and not return the product to me.

      Theyre not even keeping their word on delivery dates so whats the whole point in keeping a prime membership All their customer service cant give you an explanation The messed up part is that you cant cancel the item cause its on its way which is BS since if its not arriving in the date they provided why is it my fault Dont waste your time with Amazon Support Local Business and Boycott these companies that cant keep their promises

      Amazon prime has always gone above and beyond amazing customer service. By investing in their customers. When I see ********************** boxes I think ******************* is Santa Claus. No one can be above and beyond amazing customer service except for **********************. Never once has the customer service representative let me down. I'm Thankful for Amazon and the leadership of *******************. Thank you so much for making the world a better place ! Kind regards, *****************************

      i requested a refund since i did not receive my package. the representative order a replacement instead. the amazon driver came to my house and started illegally looking through my mailbox and took my **** mail. it was an amazon truck.
