      MAJOR ISSUES WITH THEIR RETURN PROCESSES Drivers unsure of where to deliver even though it's an Amazon mail box. Just issues all around. mistreatment of workers and more.If only Amazon didn't totally destroy local towns and businesses then we wouldn't be in this s*** show.

      I have been trying to contact Amazon's customer service. None of their suggestions provided a phone number or chat. Kept going into a loop of same choices and never could reach anyone!

      Horrible customer service and fraudulent sale of used/damaged merchandise being sold as new . I was refused a replacement on a damaged book or a refund on one day shipping even though package arrived late. Item was delivered with grease stained fingerprints on cover . Also ripped on bottom . Spoke to 5 different people, two supervisors, who advised there wasnt an option to replace damaged product . Still waiting on refund for the shipping as well . I cancelled 40 pre-orders due to this treatment . I received an opened , unsealed vinyl record with a very bent cover several days before this incident . It too was sold to me as a new product . I will no longer shop at this company .

      They flagged my account for suspicious activity when I got a new credit card. I've been ignored and given the run around concerning three months of orders that have been removed from my account. Contacting them is impossible with no methods shown on their webpage.

      2day shipping with prime my a** can someone please get a class action on this bs that actually sticks? sick of false advertising and declining customer support whose best answer is " try cancelling and then reorder" like thats gonna go any faster. just STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS its not that hard.

      Paid for an item, never arrived, requested a replacement, wrong part arrived. I was promised I would not be double charged. Saved the chat log. I got double charged. Amazon has gone down the toilet. Cancel your prime membership, they're garbage.

      We have ordered many books from Amazon and almost all of them arrive damaged in some way. The packaging is intact and unharmed, so the books they are selling as new must be already damaged. The breaking point was last week when a novel by a Nobel Prize winner arrived looking as if it had been run over by a semi-truck. Again, no issues with the packaging. Also, four out of five other books arriving last week had bent corners and pages. Why is it made our problem to have to return damaged books? It takes our valuable time to repackage and return them to **** Quite a hassle.Nothing seems to get Amazon's attention to this pervasive problem. Please help.

      This is about a return that was supposed to be credited back to my account after returning a product that I also returned in adequate time for a refund, I had to call three times about this issue the last time I called trying to get this matter handled I was on hold for not hold but on the phone handling this matter for an hour this is ridiculous I never did get my money back from the product that I returned but after so much chaos and trying to get the return I just told the representative to just credited to a Amazon gift card because I think when it's all said and done that's what they want you to do anyway so I am sort of done with these people Amazon has way too much money to treat people this way oh as a matter of fact it was only for $19 when it got credit back to an Amazon gift card the amount went down to $16 so there you go, I'm really done with Amazon the night price competitive anymore the prices are more expensive a lot of times than other people or other competitors so I'm just shutting down the prime account and everything with these people because the prime account is not even worth it anymore you're shipping takes forever to come it's not like it used to be next day or two day shipping anymore some items are to be fair but not enough to pay what you have to pay every month for them for Prime

      I bought a two TB ssd That I needed for work and the only reason I bought it on Amazon was because it said that I could have it 12 hours later between 7 AM and 11 AM. After ordering the item at 11:28 the day that it was supposed to be delivered I got an update saying that it would be on my door by 11 PM. About two hours later, I checked the app and it said that I would now have it tomorrow being one day after it was originally promised to be delivered and that I could cancel it at any time. I attempted to cancel the order since I no longer needed it because the time frame that I needed it for was passed and I went out and bought another one and I cancel the order because it was in route.It is very frustrating that they offer overnight shipping as a benefit and then completely waste peoples time waiting for the item. Had I just gone to Best Buy right away? I would not be on the hook for too hard. Drives right now while I am waiting for one of them to be delivered.There is no way to cancel the order. Their app says there is while it is in route, which is also very frustrating. So now I have to hope that it shows up tomorrow when I am going to be gone and returning it that way.
