      Amazon frequently screws up orders. The send order that are incorrect. They send orders that are damaged. They tell you an order might be lost and when you ask for a replacement they say they are sending a refund. The post inaccurate item descriptions. Amazon.com is unreliable.

      I have prime, so when I purchase something, I expect it to get to me. I understand people make mistakes but on my last 6 orders 5 didn't make it to me and I am now jumping through hoops to get my money back. The last one said they hand delivered to me, but obviously did not. This is so ridiculous, that a company this big cannot get the packages to the correct apartment complex.

      Amazon Prime has been taking unauthorized payments from my account for more than 3 months. I cancelled a trial subscription within the time allowed but they continued charging me. I had to block them from making any further charges.

      Amazon can not be trusted with your credit card on file. They have sneaky ways of unauthorized charges like signing you up for Amazon prime without consent which they did once to me. However this evening I found a charge on my credit card for Amazon Kids Plus for $7.99 which I never signed up for. I do not have kids in the house , my kids are grown and out of the house!!!. I would cancel my account but then I would lose the protection plan on things I have purchased through them. I have removed all of my payment methods and will never order from them again.

      Amazon is adding returns to gift cards after specifying the return be made tibthe original payment which is via credit card. This allows them to accrue interest on the credit card due items returned if not paid in full

      While watching Amazon Prime Video, if you pause the show, there is a popup that comes up and will sign you up for $2.99/mo fee for ad free, this is a one click button and it is the same button that you would push to resume the show. Crazy predatory practice, if i could give 0 stars I would.

      Ordering is easy. Thats where my satisfaction ended. My large order was broken into several shipments, which is OK but two trucks never showed up. Waited hours to only get an email saying its rescheduled to come in another two days. I paid for a commercial truck to move the items. Im stuck losing hundreds of dollars and my business wont open on time. The insult follows with they can offer me $5 for the inconvenience.

      Amazon's business model is based upon : "for every customer lost, 5 new ones appear" so they have implemented customer service based upon denials and obfuscation. They provide no direct resolution access, just a protracted process that frustrates attempts to obtain refunds that were denied as their system may not post receipt of a return on their part.. so they erroneously re-bill one's payment vehicle (debit or credit card) and provide no refund by correcting their data records of the subject order. Buyer beware is an accurate criticism as a customer.
