      they become one of the worst customer service ever never was that bad they gave me a hard time to return an item after return period (which is a month) and after hours of talk they refund me a restocking fee as promotional credit which is useless coz the only way to use it for is items which is sold and shipped by amazon which is very few looks like they are marketing very well for ******* plus,i donot know what is the benefits of being a prime member

      I spoke with several representatives from this company. They lied several times and claimed to know things about my account information at the bank. Not only that, lied about charges they tried to clear with my bank. Im extremely displeased with their services! I did not get all of my items and my money is now gone because they charged my account wrong. They are doing nothing to rectify the situation and are condescending on top of it.

      I truly wish I could shop someplace else besides Amazon. They keep upping the price for their prime membership and taking away benefits, are now adding advertisements to their movies (of course, you can get ad-free for another fee per month!), are selling more and more garbage products with very poor quality, are delaying shipments and do not honor their promotions. I spent the $50 to get $15 in credit and to keep me from using it, they denied my credit card when I had just placed several other orders (2 of them AFTER the promo order) that went through just fine. I even called my bank and they said there was nothing wrong with my card! They used to have good customer service - even that has changed. Why is the *** not acting on consumers' behalf?

      I ordered a mega quest 2 from Amazon got it and it didnt work so I called them and they told me that they would pick it up and as soon as they received it I would be issued my payment 2 days after they received it still no credit issued I call and was tiled something was put in wrong they took care of it a day later still nothing I call back again and then they tell me it is scheduled for the 16 of January so Ive been list to twice told there was nothing they could do and have to wait 20 days to get my refund but they took my money as soon as I ordered it worst customer service ever

      The worst business in ******* they are thieves with a license to rob you with gift cards , I bought it cash and they still flagged the account as suspicious if you buy anything everything is suspicious obviously you just cant buy anything from Amazon thats the only not suspicious business using your credit card or even gift card everything suspicious to top it off there are no English ******** customer service reps and they cant do anything on your account or change anything so all there hired for is to say hey dont worry am going to help you and not do a **** thing because they literally cant , it outrageous and such a big company like I said a license to be thieves as long as they dont get robbed we have to but we get criminal charges and they dont make any sense to you? I dont think so!!!!!

      Ordered a air fryer before Christmas, the day after I ordered I noticed the wrong shipping address, which I had changed several times, I noticed it hadn't shipped yet so I called, was told it had already been shipped and I had to wait till I received it, to return it and start the return. Did that Dec 26th and no refund so I call, I'm told I get my refund when they receive the package, they received the package today, now I'm told I have to wait till Jan 14 ****. Why do I have to wait so long makes no sense

      Horrible! Horrible shipping! When a package requires a signature they make its impossible to get a waiver! *** doesnt want to help no options online no waiver! Your package is just bouncing around! I was on the phone allll day today called 10 times! Trying to get the package release without signature. I dont know why they dont understand ppl work!! We are not at home all day waiting for ***! Make options for ppl get their packages! Wow!! What a headache! Now my package is getting sent back to Amazon!

      I received a vacuum as a gift through a registry and returned it to Amazon as per their policy. The company typically credits such returns to one's Amazon account. After dropping off the item at a *** store and confirming its receipt, I expected a credit to my account. However, it's been over 10 days, and the promised timeline keeps shifting: initially 24 hours, then five days, 14 days, and now possibly ************************************************************* deeply disappointed. Despite being a loyal Amazon customer for eight years, this experience has compelled me to reconsider future dealings with the company due to the unsatisfactory service.

      On December 24, a driver from the Amazon company came to my house to bring a package. He entered my garage in a very tall van. When the man arrived, he saw that his van hit the Christmas lights. When he left, he left. In reverse, he began to burst the Christmas lights without mercy. First, I immediately contacted the Amazon support line to help me, they took all the data and started a report, they only gave me money. that within the next ********************************* to have a solution, today, December 28, when I saw that they did not call me, I called again, and what a response they gave me, apart from the fact that that person was rude, he did not give me his name, to which he told me that Amazon only responds for doors and mailboxes, that this damage they did to me was not something major, that the best thing I could do was pretend that nothing had happened, how is it possible that one's property No matter how small they are, they cost you money, it is impossible for one to receive treatment in this way from Amazon, that is why I want to leave this writing very bad on the part of Amazon's attention, I think it is getting worse and worse. consumer service.
