      Amazon is like ******* w customer service. Hard to get a **** of and and just give a refund abd dont help w what they screwed up with.

      So it takes ten days for three tubes of artist ******* to be not delivered **** is also a problem as they send out false details claiming that the packages were delivered when they weren't and when amazon sent then unsent the incident report along with **** lying about they would deliver it june 4th and did not yet a delivered notification was sent but no package I cussed them out and decided to end my subscription

      I rarely have a problem with amazon but I tried their prime video free trial and it is not free at all. I read through the whole description telling me I would have thirty days Before they would charge me 7.49 per month for 3 monthsand ***** after that. Immediately I had a charge on my credit card 8.01. So I right away went in and canceled my So called free subscription and i'm only getting four dollars back. They are liars.

      I placed an order for items that I absolutely needed for Saturday. The delivery said it was going to be here Tuesday. Amazon decides delivering it a week later is acceptable. Amazon then refused to issue any type of refund telling me that its not their fault they made a mistake. When I told them that there are items that could be delivered and fulfill the need They refused it they refused to refund and they told me that if I were to return it I would have to pay for a return. This is not the first time theyve done something like this but I am a low income single parent who lives really far from stores so I have been forced to rely on them. Amazon praise on the low income and takes joy in it

      Used to return items and they would be processed the day or day after theyre returned its been a week and the return center still hasnt processed it? Excuse me.

      I ordered and received an item that turned out to not be what I needed. I returned the item for a refund. They received the item and I didn't get my refund so I called to inquire. I was told I needed to submit my driver's license or passport to be able to get my refund. I told them I didn't feel comfortable with it and to send me.back the item. They said they could not send the item back. I replied for verification purposes " so you are saying if I DO NOT submit a picture of my driver's license ********************** will keep my money and my item?" To what they said yes. So Amazon is keeping the item they already received plus my money UNLESS I send a picture of my driver's license which I do not feel comfortable with.

      Horrible customer service. They failed to deliver a package to the right address. I live in ****** il and they attempted to deliver this package at ***********, ** which is 40mm an away. When I asked for a replacement they said it wasnt possible when I ask for a refund they I have to write an incident report. The customer service agent was very unprofessional in dealing with this matter

      Rude company if not down right dishonest.have spent thousands there & am treated like c*** by them. They do NOT support the fist ammendment of the US Constitution(FREEDOM OF SPEECH), which is ANTI-AMERICAN!IF you tell the truth in your reviews of their products &/or SERVICES, they remove you from this feedback mechanism, which means their reviews are WORTHLESS-GARBAGE/CENSORED by DISHONEST/SATANIC-AMAZON!Will start looking for there replacement today!
