I make a purchase on 3/18/24. There was an issue with the debit card I had used. Amazon requested via email a different card. I provided them with the new card #. However, one of their genius reps put the charge on the wrong card. After calling CS several times they charged the correct card. However, they never refunded the money to the wrong card. I have spoken to over 20 Amazon reps to no avail. Every time I called CS I spoke with different rep, some of which spoke terrible English. I have been dealing with these fools for over 2 months and yet no refund has been received. When the BBB contacted Amazon as a result of my complaint, Amazon sent me an email instructing me to call TRS (a debt collection agency). Amazon owes me money, I do not owe Amazon money. I sent HQ a package containing all the communication I've had with their CS *********** received it on 6/3/24 and I've yet to hear from Amazon. What a horrible company to deal with,

Bought a dirt bike for my daughters birthday. Arrived broken. Seller had removed the listing. Amazon refuses to do anything but apologize and say how sorry they are. Pro tip folks, they respond very differently to small claims actions. Don't bother with their worthless customer service. Use them as far as to get your "no" requirement to escalate to the courts, then hose them in small claims. The only way to change the atrocious behavior of a corporation is to hurt their profits. Amazon is no different.

Rude, unprofessional staff that does not help the customer. I have been lied to by multiple representatives. Two day delivery is never two day delivery.

Advertised Amazon delivery dates have become a kind of false advertising. Half the stuff I order through them arrives late - sometimes by a week or more - and occasionally not at all. They readily accept returns for late deliveries, but the problem is this - people choose to do business with Amazon rather than another on-line retailer because of the promised delivery date. If Amazon isn't certain they can can deliver as promised, they should say so. This way an Amazon competitor gets a fair opportunity to take the order instead. Amazon is not competing on a level playing field by advertising ****** optimistic delivery dates they can't live up to.

I have been a Prime member for several years and occasionally submit reviews. I received an email telling me that products I reviewed violated their guidelines, They did not tell me what product or what review they were referring to or what wording they were talking about, instead they just gave me links to their community guidelines and did not cite what it is they were accusing me of. I replied back requesting more information like what product or what review are they talking about or what guideline were they claiming that I had violated, never received a response. No one will tell me what the reason was or what guideline it was that I violated or what rule they claim I broke. I have never received compensation for a review nor do I have a relationship with any sellers. This is incredibly frustrating, unfair and there seems to be no way to communicate with a human and have an intelligent reasonable conversation. I still am a Prime member but now I alway try other sources first when purchasing products.

For several years I've been leaving honest product reviews on Amazon's website. I've had one complaint that I was going against community standards. One and I've written hundreds of reviews. All of a sudden I receive an email stating that I've consistently gone against their community standards, I can no longer review, and they've pulled ALL of my reviews. Amazon doesn't seem to care about the customer and honesty. I'll be switching to Wal-Mart.

Amazon is the worst place to work for. Amaxon dosent care about their employees. Its all about the money. They dont care if associates break their backs lifting 50 pounds or more. The amount of stops a day you have to deliver to is horrifing espicallt in the heat, and amazon wants you to turn their vans off, thats asking for someone to have a heat stroke. Amazon does give raises. You work like a slave for $18, every 2 weeks your check is $854. They dont Do raises and they dont do bonus checks or appricaiate their employees. Dont waste your time for applying for amazon a company that dosent appriciate their employees, dosent do raises and will work you like a dog. I do not recommend working for amazon to anyone.

I just want to say that I needed to make a complaint about Amazon web site. An email was on the site to contact. This took forever to find. I said my peace and the changes that I recommended for change. I immediately received an email stating that this email does not except correspondences. This email contained nothing but referrals back to their site. I when through the rabbit hole that is known as their site. One of the links, that best represented my problem turned out to be "We're sorry. We can't find the page you are looking for." I didn't check them all, but it appears they intentional make it difficult, so you just give up or they offer "chat". I don't want a chat bot to give an opinion. I want to chat (actually a person) if I have a problem with my order. **************** is nearly nonexistent.
