      I spend a lot of money with this company so for this same issue to keep arising really infuriates me! This is a pattern Ive noticed lately, when I place an overnight shipping. The driver lies and says they either couldnt get into my building or there wasnt a safe place to leave the package. They lie and say they tried to call when I know they didnt call or come because Ill be up waiting and watching my cameras. Mind you, my complex isnt gated nor does it require any codes to get into so theres no reason to not be able to get into my building, they just lie! Every time I do early shipping, its something I really need or what for a specific reason and it always has a code to it so the driver has to ask me for the code and then give me my package. But these drivers clearly follow some other unethical practices allowed by their superiors! The 4th time this has happened to me and Im furious right now because Im going out of town and I wanted it before I left but they ALWAYS DISAPPOINT! Some of the worse customer service and youd think theyd hold their name to a higher standard!

      Amazon Shipping left a $330 package laying by the street next to the mail box and the driver proudly posted a picture of it there with an update "Package delivered to safe place". By luck, my brother found the package 5 hours later when he returned from work.I attempted to rate the delivery but there was no place to do so. Two days after writing a review of the product saying the delivery was an issue, Amazon sent an email saying they wouldn't allow reviews of products to have delivery info. After twenty minutes searching the site and ****** to find a way to rate the delivery I had an even more frustrating online chat with customer service.

      This company has gone to ****, not only can they not refund in a timely manner ,not only do they constantly sending me emails saying my payment method is not current when it is, but not 1 of the reps speak and understand proper English, you get someone from another country who doesn't understand english., it's incredibly frustrating talking to some in ****** or Palestinian or where ever they are outsourcing I do not recommend Amazon, also prime doesn't have any movies to watch and when you start a series, the next say it's no longer available. Such c***

      I ordered flowers on Amazon Prime next day delivery on, June 7,2024. Which were to be delivered the next day as advertised. I received a confirmation that the order was placed, and I would receive an email with delivery date. I never received anything; on Saturday the day delivery was expected there was no eta time of delivery just the order is being processed, so I decided to cancel the order, which I wasn't able to do. Sunday morning, I contacted Amazon, and they were not able to give me a date as to when the order will ship, nor could they issue me a cancelation of the order for a refund. They said I just needed to wait until the order arrives, and then refuse the order. Mind you these were Birthday flowers for my aunt needed on the 7th, of June and I am still waiting for a shipment date. I feel Amazon failed to fill a service in which the advertised with an I don't care manner, they only care about making sales. I feel the can cancel the order and refund my payment being the order has not even shipped and they can't tell me when it will. Disappointing birthday for my aunt to say the least.

      Amazon isn't reliable. The marketing on their site says pharmacist will review within 24 hours and that same-day delivery is available in my city. I had an urgent medication prescribed on a Friday morning and delivery wasn't available until a full 5 1/2 days later. Amazon had already reviewed and delivered the same medication a month prior, and it wasn't a supply chain issue. When I contacted customer service 48 hours after the prescription was sent to them, they told me they don't do any reviews or delivery packaging over the weekend so prescriptions sent in on a Friday can't be delivered until Tuesday. Took an hour on chat with a really rude customer service agent to finally get that information from their manager. False advertising.

      Poor packaging is resulting in lost items during shipment. They have gone to shipping items in Mylar bags that don't survive the shipment process. The bags get torn, are taped shut and delivered, sometimes with items that were not part of the order. I can't always be home to refuse the damaged package. Amazon also makes it extremely difficult to get a replacement for the missing item without one to return. They also do not provide any mechanism to complain about their packaging and shipment.

      Been an Amazon Prime customer for years. The 2 day delivery has become 2 week delivery. Why pay for it if you don't get it?

      Amazon stinks! They want you you yo pay them monthly so they can postpone your packages indefinitely. Customer service? Forget it; *****. ****** understand you and do not listen, because they're paid not to listen. It's essentially Temu, in *******. Please don't waste your time. They just wanna rip you off.

      I purchased an instrument from them and then after being assured 2x today that it would arrive I was told it would be 2 weeks till it shows up. I took off work and lost wages to make sure I would be here. This is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable and blatant false advertising. Dont trust the 1 or 2 day Prime shipping they also did this with my wives birthday present last year. This company clearly dont care about their customers one bit. I ended up canceling and now I have to wait to have $800 deposited back into my account so that I can drive an hour away and buy in person. Last time I give Amazon a dime of my money. I recommend anyone reading this to do the same. They will lie to your face knowing they can deliver.

      Do not buy college books here. They refused to give me my books or my money. **************** called me names. They kept transferring me for two hours and referred me to their ai program. They refuse to take responsibility and said the lack of delivery was my fault. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
