Amazon continues to lie about overnight or next day deliveries. Pretty much all deliveries. You order something needing it next day. Then you get an approval for delayed delivery. This happed 5 times the past few days. I tried similar product and same product through different sellers. The same thing happens over and over. Their customer service was worthless. They just said we are sorry for the inconvenience would you like to cancel or continue delivery. Amazon has turned into our government. Corrupt and full is lier’s.

I ordered a heated coat from Amazon before Christmas and when we received it, it was too small so we wanted to exchange it for a larger size. There was no exchange option available. They told me to return it and buy another one but it was now more expensive. We took it to the local Kohls store and returned it in the original package. I received a refund when they received it. Two months later, they notified me they didn't receive it and were going to charge me again. I want through hoops and hurdles to even get in contact with anyone about the product and eventually I did and they said they did receive it and would fix my account. Over three months later we got another email saying they charged my card AGAIN saying they didn't receive it again. It was very hard again to get in contact with Amazon about it and finally after leaving a negative review, they contacted me and said they are sorry for the misunderstanding and would refund my money but that it would take 3-5 days. Their unauthorized deduction from my account is making me unable to pay another bill I have due, which I may get a late fee for now. I explained this and they said they were sorry and would give me a $10 gift card in my account, which they have not done 3 days after the call. I think they should have given me much more for stealing from my account and the time it has taken me to handle this issue (more than 3 hours now). This is not good customer service nor business. The responses to all my questions were more psychological in response trying to pretend they cared while not actually doing anything significant about it. $10 is a joke, and I had to fight for that. I sent the item back 6 months ago and this has come back up twice now. I think people who have more money might not even notice that Amazon is stealing from them. And they act eager to fix it so I think it's a gamble they are willing to take as part of their business model. They hope you will miss it or won't have time to address it.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had my account with Amazon for years with no issues until a month or so ago. I had received some emails saying I ordered something. I assumed it was a phishing/scam thing because when I looked at my orders it showed nothing. Then I got an Amazon credit card bill. 2 charges of $2.12. I called the credit card company. They closed the account and issued a new card, I just recently received the card and I got another weird email saying I ordered something that I didn’t. This actually shows on my orders, I called to claim fraud again. Again the charge is $2.12. Then I received emails saying I reviewed said products. One says I used it on my father’s amputation, I guarantee my Dad has all of his limbs and I’m not sure how I could have known how great it worked when it was still in the process of shipping. I then called Amazon. The rep even stated something looked off on the shipping of the item. They said they would dig into this and find where the charges kept coming from. I asked twice if I should change my password and was told no need we promise we will figure this out and no further charges will come. A few hours later I received an email that no fraudulent activity has happened on my account. I then deleted my account. This morning I got a text that no fraudulent activity was found. I’m not sure how any attempt to find fraud was made in a few hours.

The customer service at Amazon & Audible is horrible. They just rang up when they feel like it. Why keep supporting this company and Jeff keeps sending the business overseas. To people who abuse customers but we have to pay their paychecks? If I support a business I want quality customers services. Period! If I buy something with my credit or debit card it’s not okay to store my cards and use them without my permission. That’s stealing!

      To whom it may concern,
I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding order #.
I purchased the ***** AirPods Pro 2, but the product was missing from the package. I followed all instructions, including filing an official police report with the Vancouver Police Department (Incident #) and sending the report to Amazon.
Despite this, I was transferred between over 15 different agents in live chat across several days, with no resolution. I was repeatedly asked for the same documents and left without proper support. I am the victim in this situation, not the one at fault.
I request immediate resolution via a full refund or replacement. If I do not hear back in the next 48 hours, I will proceed with formal legal action and public complaint.
      Sincerely,

Amazon has consistently used poor service and 3rd parties to cut corners to fill company big wig pockets. *** has time and time again delivered wrong packages and damage products upon delivery. Also Amazon uses customer service representatives from other countries to handle American inquiries. Also, they cancelled my order without telling me and they do withhold refunds unless you physically/manually ask for one and you still need to do the footwork when making requests.

Worst company. Terrible to deal with. Everything is always late. Attempting to get anywhere woth questions or trying to login to your account is an absolute joke. Why company's like this are allowed to dominate the world of goods and make it impossible to get what u need without ordering it is ridiculous. But nothing will ever be done nor will they ever actually be held accountable for treating their customers like shit even though we all keep them in business

I'm going to go back to not supporting amazon as much as I use to. I recently had some fraud issues with my credit card and amazon isn't happy I disputed charges I never made. I do not enjoy being condescended by their system for a charge I never made. I understand credit cards and how they work and treat mine like a debit card and I'm always safe at living inside my monthly means. Not only is this issue frustrating it's super annoying because I am now without a credit card and have been for 3 weeks due to the first attempt being lost in the mail system. Don't blame the innocent party if you value to keep clients long term. I made some out of ordinary transactions and that might of been them. I'm not faulting amazon but that is where the fraudster made the charge.
I canceled my prime a long time ago after having frustration issues left and right with your promised failed services. I got tired of miss delivered packages, amazon grocery orders being bad, and amazon pushing prime services every step of the way of your shopping experience. I've not bought anything from this company this month and I'll keep it going. I'm going back to local buys and only supporting amazon when I can't find it any where else after much searching.

They charge any card they have on file as backup methods when the original does not go thru. This may be in the fine print somewhere but should be stated in bold! Social security income dependant people are just barely making it. Sometimes things have to be taken care of at next months check drop. They took my last $6.99 from card that they just happened to have on file while im now in the emergency room because I cldnt pay my portion of my prescription medicine. Not only that but my original call for refund wasn't processed because my call to them wasn't very nice as you can imagine. She told me she processed my refund "as punishment?!". So now I've lost 2 days on the refund. This is appalling to me. Customer service isn't always a fun job as everyone knows. How much richer can this guy get? We're talking SSI government money now!
