      I ordered a grounding mat. When I received it I noticed it was not what I ordered. So I Contact Amazon, and since Amazon has so many foreign people, some of their words are hard to understand because of their accent, so I try to listen very carefully and make sure I'm not misunderstanding them.I spoke to a gentlemen, who said he had to have a picture to show that it was the wrong item that was sent and he sent an email with a link to upload the picture, so I did. When I called back a woman said that she noticed it was the wrong item, and that I can have it returned for a full refund. I said, how can I do this? Well, it was either to drop it off at ****** or pay for *** to pick it up.I told her, since I'm disabled, it's hard for me to find people to help accommodate me with my everyday life. I asked her if I could have at least 30 days to try to find someone to help bring it to *** for me since I am without a wheelchair? She said, since the wrong item was sent that Amazon would cover the shipping for *** pickup. I said you can do that? She said, yes and *** will have a label, and they will pick it up the next business ****** *** picked it up the next business day. My email shows me for the refund minus the shipping, when I was told that I wasn't going to be charged. I called Amazon to complain about it right away, and they told me they're so sorry, but I'm going to have to cover that shipping.I called back to speak to a supervisor, and then my call was dropped.I called back again my call was dropped. I called back again and my call was dropped again! Why should I have to pay for somebody who made a mistake and why do I have to suffer because of my disability, that's not fair? Is this the way that you're going to do business now? So she either lied, or some of your employees just have bad businessmanship.Amazon Prime member

      I HAVE CONTINUALLY LIED TO BY AMAZON, AND GIVEN WRONG INFORMATION. I BOUGHT A PRODUCT ON PRIME WEEK TWICE BUT NEVER GOT DELIVERY! I HAD TO REORDER IT AFTER PRIME DAY AND WAS PROMISED A PRICE ADJUSTMENT FOR THIS PRODUCT. I FINALLY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND WHEN I CALLED THEY WOULD NOT HONOUR WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME. TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THEM TERRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

      Late packages again and again and again and again. Even on subscription orders with WEEKS of notice. Messaged support and they offered me 30 dollars credit and to put a note on my account. Yet to see the 30 credit. I'm done with prime. P.s. it's against their rules to leave reviews on the shipping service.... Even though it's a shipping service... Make it make sense. Then they ban you on leaving reviews!!10/10 don't recommend

      I had a yearly prime membership that was paid up to Aug 17th 2025. When looking at rates for my upcoming renewal my screen froze, when I got back in my yearly subscription was ended, a new monthly subscription started as of today 7/31/25 more than 2 weeks early and the *** stated all they could do was cancel the monthly subscription. They could not reinstate my yearly, refund the difference in what I'd already paid up to 8/17, nor give me an account credit to cover the difference so they just get to keep my money while my options are to either resubscribe and pay again or have no prime at all even though I paid for it. There is no way they should be able to get away with that.

      Im very upset with Amazon customer service. I had a problem with a product I purchased with the delivery time,im a prime member. Two employees promised me $20 for my inconvenience. It's over a week and did not get the credit. I texted again and still nothing. I think they just said that to stop me from ********. Just a bunch of liers

      Terrible policy. Placed an order and received a different product. No returns. Amazon claims I have to notify the seller and give them two days to respond. Unfortunately the seller is in ***** and impossible to contact.

      In 2022 I purchased an Amazon ******* that initially was amazing. However, recently there was an automatic update that my Tv had that left my tv in a state of constant resetting. I contacted Amazon and advised them of the issue. I was advised many times allow 24, 48 and 72 hours for an update that would come via their technical team to send a new update. Lastly I was promised by a representative ***** that she would escalate and get this resolved and then call me back with next steps. However, I never received a call back nor an update instead I called back numerous times over the course of two weeks. Last evening, I contacted Amazon and ***** once again answered my call to advise me that the tech team made a decision that my tv was at the end of life. They also offered a 15% discount towards a new tv. This is a completely unacceptable! As a loyal prime member for many years I constantly pour into this company thousands a year this is utterly ridiculous! To be promised a replacement and now be advised 15% has caused me to no longer patronage Amazon.

      I placed an order on amazon.com, after which I saw that there was an Amazon box on my doorstep without markings, I turned to Amazon, but they just blocked my account for abusing their rules, which is initially illegal. After that, the status of my message changed to Undeliverable, Tuesday, July 22 10:38 PM Package is undeliverable and returning to sender because it is damaged. but they refuse to return my money, they just stole it, Amazon is engaged in open fraud and steals my money. I gave them one last chance for rehabilitation, but they just ignored my message, they just don't like to lose and admit the mistakes they make. I hope they will write to my mail to resolve this issue without going to court.

      I paid $294.22 to return the item and was assured a refund, yet still have not received it. I have spoken to Many people who have also assured refund should be given to wait 7 days each time, yet I have not received anything; nor has there been anyone to reach back out to me. I have no way of contacting a consistent person, nor have had a person that has been able to resolve this issue immediately and effectively. Where is the accountability Amazon needs to stop doing the run around and resolve this issue.Who is going to keep consistent contact to resolve such issues? I've waited months for a resolution, yet have received I'm not able to assist due to our computer not allowing me to reach anyone for this item or a supervisor. If there's no point of contact for employees, then how do employers pay their employees and give them jobs? If there is no point of contacting to discuss issues or errors then how are consumers to get an assurance or assistance. This is not a way to run a business.

      I don't understand why I order something and Everytime they cancelled it I'm not important enough for them to sell me something and don't know I call no help and get hanged up on
