      It is convenient if they cared more about the customer service rather than how many shipments they can produce & money they can make. It has become sloppy and inconvenient more often than not the larger the company has become. It is unfortunate that a once reliable source has turned out to be just like every other large corporation.

      They will charge you for multiple memberships and I got the wrong item sent to me and they are making me jump through hoops to get a refund. The service representatives are absolutely terrible and so rude throughout the whole process.

      I purchased a Nikon Z8 camera on Amazon for $3,796.95. Instead of the Nikon, I received a low-cost ***** camera (worth around $100) inside a Nikon box. The Nikon box even contained the Nikon manual and instructions. This is a serious bait-and-switch issue.I immediately contacted Amazon customer service. I was transferred multiple times before someone agreed to process a refund - but only after I returned the ***** camera, which felt unreasonable given the situation. *** picked up the package on 9-25-25, but as of today 9-30-25, my refund still shows as refund started with no funds returned to my account.On top of this, Amazon declined my review of the product because it was not about the product itself, and has since blocked me from leaving further reviews of that listing. This prevents me from warning other customers who may experience similar problems.Customer service was also dismissive when I expressed frustration. I spent significant time on the chat repeating my concerns, but the representative ignored them and only repeated scripted answers.Desired Resolution:1.Immediate full refund of $3,796.95 to my original payment method.2.An explanation of how such a substitution (***** instead of Nikon) could happen, and assurance that steps will be taken to protect customers from fraudulent or incorrect ************************* of my ability to leave an honest review of my experience so other customers can make informed decisions and it shall have no impact of my ability to leave reviews on other products (which have all been good and detailed reviews). I have photos and documentation of the ***** camera in the Nikon box, proof of purchase, *** return pickup, and transcripts of customer service chats.

      Amazon is a horrible company. I tried to sign up for the $14.99 for the first year promotion after I had to leave my daughters account because they changed their policies. The customer service people acted like they didn't know anything about it and gave me the run around. They did not help me at all. You would think that they would want to help and keep the customer. I guess they make too much money and don't care. I will find a better company to order from that helps and cares about their customers.

      I really appreciate Amazon and I love that they accept EBT cards. But I did recently, delete my ********* X account, because I wont be associated with anything that is even remotely touched by **** ****. He made the ****** salute at the presidential inauguration, and well, for me thats more than enough!!

      I had ordered some items from Amazon and. had taken money from my credit card for purchases. Then I had to return some items from those purchases. My refund was to be put back into my account within 7 days, and I waited on the 8th day. I noticed that they had taken my refunds and put them towards an Amazon credit. I had asked customer service why they had done this, and without my consent. NO answer that made any sense. My "Complaint" is that Amazon has control of your refund by holding it. So, you will be forced to buy their items.

      I ordered a product Amazon and they sent the wrong item. I called them and told them about it. They sent a replacement item. I returned the replacement item because what I ordered it for initially was no longer available because Amazon sent the wrong product. They got the replacement back I still have the wrong item they sent initially and they will not refund me my money. The initial item I ordered was a twin size memory foam mattress. They sent me a spring mattress. Its been almost a month now. I still have the wrong item which they seem to not want to pick up nor refund me my money. Its not my fault that they sent the wrong item. I only took it out of the box. When I discovered it was not a memory foam mattress I didnt go any further. Its still in the plastic. I never opened it up. Wwyd? Every time I call they exclaim theyre going to send a carrier to pick up the initial wrong item which is sitting in my room taking up space and in the way. I sent pictures called several times and to no avail. This is not fair.

      Delivery drivers do not adhere to delivery times or schedules. My office has had multiple packages left outside to be stolen, delivered to the wrong office without confirming, or simply attempting to delivery in the middle of the night/super early morning. The drivers are combative, demanding, and rude to building security consistently. Not to mention customer service is impossible to navigate if you need a package replaced or refunded, they just act like you're stupid and send you in circles.

      My husband cancelled our prime membership last month and we just got charged again for the membership. I am very angry and disappointed in Amazon. We have had so many issues with them in the last year. About 7 of our wedding gifts didnt even arrive and we had to jump through a ton of hoops and reorder them. The man on customer service even told me the address they were going to and they never arrived. Now, we are being charged still after we have cancelled the membership??? I dont trust this company anymore. I want my refund immediately, I dont have time to wait 10 days for my money. Need to pay rent and bills next week!!

      There have been three times that i've returned product to ****** and they have responded back that I will get a charge back because they never received the item.Also multiple times they promised the same day delivery and I have yet to get it.I will be canceling my subscription but wanted to warn somebody
