      Ive been on several interviews over the last 2 years 13 to be exact. Some for Amazon and some with partner contracts. I've held my license since 2011 having an accident just recently(2024). Been delivering for several food and packaging companies since 2018. I get to the second interview and then it goes silent. I literally have to call to get yall to send me a rejection email. Meanwhile they want you to run from place to place for them doing drug tests and interviews in the matter of 3 days. I clock in thru apps so being available for a shift is no problem. Im not a felon. One car accident because I hit someone swerving someone changing lanes without looking. Which barely left any damage and no one was hurt. I was cruising eating my Popeyes chicken sandwich prior to the accident. Can't say its just because of the delivery position because I applied to help driver and load trucks. Amazon be in the media almost every week because they're disrespectful and unsafe driving. And im sitting here being rejected as if i don't have anything good to offer this company. I went on the Test drive, aced it. Interview said "drive slower" when I was only doing 20mph. Now im receiving interview questionnaires from locations I never applied to. Imagine going to an interview and being asked if you're gay.. *** its a gay friendly workplace. Then i took a drug test and they said I have amphetamines in my system. I have bad asthma and I cant even be around smoke without choking. I asked for a retest and wasnt provided one. Didnt know nor was i able to retrieve my results. Adding a whole 2 weeks to the wait. Im hoping this not only for the employer to see but mainly those that are faced with the same discrimination as i do.

      Tried to change my phone number for weeks on my Amazon account and never could as I changed it before I updated it. Was tossed from one rep to another for weeks saying they would remove it so I could update it. They did not. I still had access to Amazon through the app since I was logged in at the time. Then my phone broke. I received a replacement but now I could no longer log in. Their 2FA system is so worthless, if you ever change your number good luck. Still have payments on that account I will be unable to make through amazons pay system. And lost access to my kindle library. Feels like fraud.

      It's the worst customer service/business I have ever encountered,I ordered my stuff,they withdraw money very quickly 300+$,I only received a tiny portion of what I ordered, and I have failed to resolve my issue with Amazon

      Delivery not made as instructed. Pkg not as Delivery pictured when I cam home. Refund denied. Put on digital purchases only. No one cares. They're too big to care.

      Compramos un producto en Amazon por 200dolares y lleg roto, el costo de la devolucin es de 100 dlares, THAT IS INSANE. Luego de un mes realizando llamadas Amazon no se quiere hacer responsable y culpa al vendedor, el cual ni siquiera contesta el telfono. Nos sentimos engaados, estafados, nos han maltratado y no nos *** soluciones reales.

      They put my shipping label on someone else's box. I received someone else's items and when I called i was told no problem, you can keep or donate the items you recieved in error and we will send you the stuff you ordered. Which they did. Months later I get an email telling me I'm being charged for items I didn't return. THE ***** FROM THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE I NEVER GOT!! So now for over a month I've been arguing with customer service to have this $150.00 error fixed. I have spoken to them 4 ***** ****** and was told each time it would be fixed in 3-5 days and it wasn't. Yesterday I spoke to a human at the customer service number. He told me he fixed the issue and I would be getting an email within 4-6 hours from customer service and I'll be all set. I got an email. An email explaining how to use customer service. No refund has been given on my Amazon card. I cannot believe these ignorant fools are going to lose thousands of dollars i spend because they want to steal $150.00 from me. I hate ******* but at least I get my stuff immediately and I don't have to deal with this bs.

      order a item and pay for 1 day shipping. next day i get a email saying the item is on backorder and will be a day late and they will refund the cost of shipping. next i get the same email, so i go through the nonsense of trying to call and am told there my account is locked. 8 days now still no refund still no item. they should be shut down for theft. i could go on about the scam from amazon prime as well but why bother

      This complaint is about customer service not doing their job correctly. In the past 9 mos, I have had several instances where I send two things back and the system only shows one is returned and they will be charging my credit card if not returned by a specific date. I call the day I receive the email and customer service always says they must have missed scanning one of the two items in the warehouse. They say they have corrected the problem and their system shows the item was indeed received. However, on that specific date, Im charged for the item on my credit card. That is frankly credit card FRAUD and Amazon needs to be called out for it!! I call and they then blame the computer. Somebody or more than one person is causing this problem by not doing their job correctly! Now I wait again 3-5 business days for my refund from a fraudulent credit card charge. ****** in customer service today told me that I am not the only one having this happen to them. I asked her why should I stay with Amazon and she literally went quiet for several seconds until I asked are you still there and she said yes, Im trying to think of an answer. I also got an email while talking with her saying there was no fraudulent activity on my account. Im going to my bank to report Amazon fraud. Im over Amazon! Proceed with caution people!!! Watch for charges for things you dont have!!

      This will be the 4th or 5th time now that I have ordered something from Amazon and then have to wait a month or longer for them to just tell me the item is not coming. Either it was lost in transit or the seller didnt ship etc. Yes they are refunding my money ( even though I am unaware they have refunded the money until weeks later) but I am fed up with ordering things that I need/want and not knowing if I am in fact going to really get them or not! When you order something you expect to get it. Amazon needs to do better working with over seas sellers. If they arent going to actually ship and deliver products then dont work with those sellers! I am beyond frustrated. Amazon used to be the best and you could order something and get it next day but now I cant even get them to deliver at all let alone having to wait a month or more to be told I am not getting what I ordered.

      I returned a defective item to Amazon almost two weeks ago. I was forced to verify my identity via webcam with my ID three times and I was told that their "account specialists" have refused my refund, and will not acknowledge their receiving of the item, even though I have an email receipt from having returned it via Whole Foods. Their India customer service center is less than worthless, refusing to do anything to help and endlessly apologizing without doing anything. ***** this company.
