      Complaint Title: Incorrect Product Delivered Significant Business Impact and Inadequate Resolution from Amazon Complaint Details:On August 11, 2025, I placed a Prime order for NEEWER 2 Pack 660 PRO RGB LED Video Light with App Control Tripod Stand Kit through *************************. This order was placed under Amazon Prime specifically for urgent use in a professional project.Instead, I received an entirely incorrect product. This error caused:Significant delays in our production schedule.Wasted resources allocated for the planned ************** financial losses and reputational damage to our business.Despite the clear negligence, Amazon initially offered only a refund upon return of the item, stating that because the order was fulfilled by a third-party seller, they could not replace the item. After escalation to the leadership team, they offered an Amazon gift card as compensation, which does not adequately reflect the magnitude of the disruption and losses caused.I believe Amazon, as the platform facilitating this sale under its Prime program, bears responsibility under its A-to-Z Guarantee and customer service commitments to ensure customers receive the correct items and to address damages caused by fulfillment errors.Resolution Requested:Provide appropriate compensation that reasonably reflects the losses *************** the sellers performance to prevent similar issues in the future.Reaffirm Prime delivery and quality assurances to restore trust in the service.

      This is a review for Amazon, i bought a product and amazon India never delivered it and the apps shows its already delivered, upon contacting amazon multiple times, they said we cannot do anything and cannot refund and track it.The amazon customer team are not ready to help and says we cannot do anything for you. my money is lost, no product delivered and no help from amazon or delivery partner. pathetic service and support from amazon.last few digit of Order number ******* This order has not been delivered but app shows delivered.

      I was told on multiple occasions I would receive a refund and even in different forms due to the time it was taking. Its been over a month! Im discontinuing my subscription and would never purchase a big ticket item again from Amazon!

      Would leave zero stars. I am in hospice, struggle to speak, and was treated terribly by Amazon customer service and ********************** Fire. I have a fire tablet that all the sudden went into safe mode. I was using it to listen to meditations and audio books to help to support me through hospice. The fire tablet went into safe mode overnight and after struggling with technical support and their rudeness, I was told that the tablet would take 72 hours to have someone figure it out. I asked after 15 years as a Amazon customer and spending over ********* if I could get a temporary replacement because the tablet is the only lifeline I have in my current situation. In hospice and who knows what would happen in 72 hours? I was treated so terribly and tried to register a complaint and could not place a complaint. To be dying and not be treated with an ounce of respect by Amazon is terrible. Then to have no recourse in being demeaned and treated horribly, I do not know what else to do.

      I am an Amazon Prime Member. As such I am supposed to be eligible for expedited shipping. I recently purchased an item that was Prime labeled as same day delivery. I paid for the item and the item was shipped. Within hours I was notified the item was four stops away. Minutes later, the tracking system had lost contact with their driver but it claimed the package I had paid for and per my prime membership was same day delivery was still on its way. Shortly thereafter the item showed delivered. Now keep in mind I am home, less than 10 feet from my front door and have a surveillance camera on my home covering my entry and the front of my house. The camera never alerted me to the presence of anyone. I of course checked the area the package was reportedly left and it was not there. At this point I contacted Amazon through the limited service options available and was remotely informed I needed to wait at least fourth eight hours and if my item did not appear I should then contact them and they will look into the situation. So for two days after my purchase was supposed to be delivered they have my money and I have no package and no means of addressing the failed agreement for delivery, the false and erroneous report of the delivery or the fact that they have my money and refuse for two days the possibility of refunding the price I have paid for services paid for the item purchased yet never delivered. Inexcusable. There should be a class action suit against this company for breach of contract .

      Bait and switch. Offers same day delivery to make the sale and cant follow through. Its happened several times. **************** is hard to find in the app and you have to spend too much time arguing with AI to get to a human who can only answer with scripted replies and make more unfulfilled promises. Tonights example was that the driver, who was within a couple of miles of my house (per Amazons map) and just kept going, would be instructed to turn around and make the delivery. That didnt happen. Then I spent another chunk of my time navigating through the app to Customer Servive, AI, and 2 more csrs with scripts telling me they couldnt cancel my order that they couldnt get delivered! It was already back at the shipper. Send a call tag! The last one finally accomplished what was originally deemed impossible and got the order headed back to Amazon and cancelled. There are plenty of online sellers. Amazon doesnt deserve the business

      It should be against the law to charge for a membership to receive 2-day shipping but then never deliver on the date they say. the reviews on this website show how bad this business is but they are so big they get away with whatever they want. Save your money don't waist a ***** with Amazon.
