      Im very upset with Amazon customer service. I had a problem with a product I purchased with the delivery time,im a prime member. Two employees promised me $20 for my inconvenience. It's over a week and did not get the credit. I texted again and still nothing. I think they just said that to stop me from ********. Just a bunch of liers

      In 2022 I purchased an Amazon ******* that initially was amazing. However, recently there was an automatic update that my Tv had that left my tv in a state of constant resetting. I contacted Amazon and advised them of the issue. I was advised many times allow 24, 48 and 72 hours for an update that would come via their technical team to send a new update. Lastly I was promised by a representative ***** that she would escalate and get this resolved and then call me back with next steps. However, I never received a call back nor an update instead I called back numerous times over the course of two weeks. Last evening, I contacted Amazon and ***** once again answered my call to advise me that the tech team made a decision that my tv was at the end of life. They also offered a 15% discount towards a new tv. This is a completely unacceptable! As a loyal prime member for many years I constantly pour into this company thousands a year this is utterly ridiculous! To be promised a replacement and now be advised 15% has caused me to no longer patronage Amazon.

      I placed an order on amazon.com, after which I saw that there was an Amazon box on my doorstep without markings, I turned to Amazon, but they just blocked my account for abusing their rules, which is initially illegal. After that, the status of my message changed to Undeliverable, Tuesday, July 22 10:38 PM Package is undeliverable and returning to sender because it is damaged. but they refuse to return my money, they just stole it, Amazon is engaged in open fraud and steals my money. I gave them one last chance for rehabilitation, but they just ignored my message, they just don't like to lose and admit the mistakes they make. I hope they will write to my mail to resolve this issue without going to court.

      I paid $294.22 to return the item and was assured a refund, yet still have not received it. I have spoken to Many people who have also assured refund should be given to wait 7 days each time, yet I have not received anything; nor has there been anyone to reach back out to me. I have no way of contacting a consistent person, nor have had a person that has been able to resolve this issue immediately and effectively. Where is the accountability Amazon needs to stop doing the run around and resolve this issue.Who is going to keep consistent contact to resolve such issues? I've waited months for a resolution, yet have received I'm not able to assist due to our computer not allowing me to reach anyone for this item or a supervisor. If there's no point of contact for employees, then how do employers pay their employees and give them jobs? If there is no point of contacting to discuss issues or errors then how are consumers to get an assurance or assistance. This is not a way to run a business.

      Amazon is to be warned against, they very well might steal your money. They have a history of taking payments then not delivering the products. This is what happened to me, I paid for an item and Amazon did not come to my assistance when I never received the paid for item. Thats not all they did, I had a gift certificate that they will not allow to be used for a purchase. They admit they have no valid reason just justify this theft by saying its a system issue that can not be overridden. Bottom line Amazon an and might steal your money, and offer no equitable solution to their criminal actions.

      I returned items that they receive right away n are never refunded I speak with customer service they dont help and dont know anything. Dont care and disconnect calls. Im removing my membership and will never use Amazon services or prime again. Their employees are nasty and careless. This company needs to be more selective of who they hire and start monitoring workers better they are tearing down the company. ******* + services are 1000xs better,

      Used and Damaged Laptop Sold as New, and Difficult Return Process I ordered a new HP laptop sold and shipped directly by Amazon. What I received was clearly not new: it arrived over a week late (3-4 weeks total), in plain packaging without the original HP box or charger, and showed visible signs of use, including scratches, dirt, and damage. It appeared to be a returned item that had been repackaged and resold as new.Unfortunately, the return process was equally disappointing. Despite this being a misrepresented product, Amazon initially refused to provide a proper prepaid return label and wanted me to pay for return shipping and then seek reimbursement, with conflicting info about a possible unreasonable cap of $4. I had to escalate the issue multiple times just to avoid paying return shipping myself. When I finally received a label, it was rejected by the ********* due to lithium battery restrictions that apply to laptop returns from ******, something Amazon should account for in their process.After several weeks and repeated follow-ups, I was eventually refunded, but the experience was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. Ive been a loyal Amazon customer and ********************** Member for years, spending thousands annually, but this situation has made me hesitant to purchase high-value items like electronics from Amazon in the future. The level of customer service I encountered fell well below expectations.

      I ordered a dash cam for my ****** and they sent the wrong one. I returned it within the week. I was told I would have my refund by 7-29. I looked it up today and now it is saying not until Aug. I am very upset by the change in dates. I do not feel that it should take that long to get my money back when they now have the item returned as of 7-21. This is the first time I've ever actually returned anything mainly due to the amount of money involved. I usually just forget that I can not use it and do not return anything. Now, I am deciding that I should no longer shop through Amazon if they can't even give me the correct date of my refund. I feel like this is totally uncalled for......no excuse for not refunding me my money when they already have the package returned to them.

      Its truly disappointing to see a company like Amazononce renowned for its exceptional customer servicefall to such a low standard. Its especially disheartening when a customer concern is brushed aside and a cancellation is accepted without any meaningful attempt to resolve the issue or preserve customer satisfaction. Sadly, this kind of complacency is often what causes even the greatest companies to fade over time. Unfortunately, it seems Amazon is now headed down that path.
