      I have a 225 dollar exhaust fan that was lost and amazon wont refund and a 2770 ac unit shipped back to seller cant get refund foe. amazon just doesnt care

      All four customer service very disorganized unable to fulfill refunds over a two month period of time. Ended up canceling my membership over the phone and I recommend you to do the same if you have had similar experiences. Delivery is always get lost, mishandled, and/or delay delayed.

      Had to get a new credit card, only used at Amazon, and they gave the new card number to **************, I do not have a subscription through them. Cannot find where it states they will hand out my credit card number to whom ever they do third party business with. Cannot trust Amazon, they are to free with your personal information. My credit card number should never be share, epically when I never purchase paramount plus with them.

      I contacted support regarding a return. I purchased a new item and received a used item. The *** advised the return was processed. I checked a few hours later, it was not processed. I contacted support again, the *** stated the process was completed. However, my Kindle Unlimited Subscription in error. I had to call a third time to reinstate a subscription that had nothing to do with the original return. **************** is horrible. They can only respond with canned apologies and no viable solutions.

      Delivery instructions mean nothing to the drivers so my stuff gets stolen...a lot. Chatting with customer service gets you a canned response of *** care about your feedback, please keep buying things' with no concrete steps, resolution, or improvement ever. Amazon has gone from my go to service to one I only use if there is no other option because of how bad the delivery and customer service is

      Can't recover my old account customer service. Put ahold on my customer service representatives, we're rude. You get bounced from person to person. It shouldn't be that difficult to retrieve your old account.Especially when you have credit on it. I want them to close my old account and start all over again. That's a huge issue I guess.

      Order an item and they cancelled the order then when we called asked us to send a picture of a federal id before we could reorder. I checked my amazon account and found out i was being a charge for prime that i never agreed to just one scam after another

      Ordered dresses from Amazon. Too large. Been trying to return for over a week. Amazon sends messages to seller who tries to convince you to keep the dresses that are way too large. Call Amazon 3 times and told different stories on how they will help. Was told that if no resolution after a week that Amazon would send prepaid labels to return dresses, and credit customer their money as ********************** is responsible. Today that is not the case. Now they want to enter a dispute and I have to wait another week to seek if dispute is accepted or not and then wait longer to get my refunds. 3 ring circus and NO help. They get your money and then you are screwed. Seller even sends false return labels. Still no help from Amazon.

      In the past 4 weeks, about 1/3 of all shipments have been delayed. (That's 4 out of 12 orders.) One order was expected the same day. I made sure I purchased enough product to get same-day delivery. At the end of the day, it had been delayed. By the end of the next day, it said it had been delayed but was still on its way. The following day, I canceled the order and replaced it, and had the order that evening. My next order, a next-day delivery, was delayed by two days, and I missed the event because I didn't have the product I needed. Yesterday I broke a product I absolutely love. I really needed it for tomorrow, too. I immediately placed a next-day delivery order. Arriving today between 3:00 and 9:00 PM. At 3:00 PM, I get notified that it's been delayed and will not arrive until tomorrow. AGAIN!!! There was a time when this would happen once or twice a year. Now they s**** up their shipping practically weekly! There should be penalties for companies when they can't meet their stated goals. At one point in time, I would have tried ordering from another company, but most of them ship through Amazon, or take weeks to ship their product. Amazon is so big that they have reduced the ability to shop at brick-and-mortar stores for many products. They should be held to a higher standard.

      I was having some issues purchasing with a banking card. Next I received several emails and text asking to verify my payment account on my phone. Did that, then it asked me to do it again and it did not work. After all of my orders were cancelled. I called customer service, got impatient, and then my account is now deleted. My account was deleted from Amazon end not mine. I am an Amazon Associate, who has links up on my account. I say to the person who deleted my account without my knowledge or permission. Shame on you for letting a disgruntled customer get to you. ***, got my account deleted. Not me. So sad too. I believe without a doubt it was done with callouses intentions. I was in my account today while on the phone with a *** and my account got deleted while on the phone with them. Listen to the recording. I want someone to call me too. So wrong, so so wrong. Thanks for not being able to do your job.
