      Failure to provide a Refund for a order I ordered abs wasnt delivered to my address. But it was delivered to an next door. I leasing office could only look at cams to confirm that my package wasnt stolen and wasnt delivered and couldn't go and take a package from someone else's door. The package was delivered to wrong building

      poor experience in general. Utter lack of words honestly. Everything is just terrible. I ordered an otembi didn't receive. They shipped it without a pin despite of the item being expensive and didn't consider following up on the mis-shiping of the item. They said they'd send a driver to confirm where they left the item but never did they but they deliver here daily. Refund was promised the denied. Now im going back and forth with them for an item I didn't receive.

      I ordered Nongshim Ramen Noodles, Shin Stir Fry (Pack of 4) from Amazon and received it on October 31, 2025. The package arrived smashed and already expired (expiration date 10/16/2025). When I contacted customer service, instead of offering a refund or replacement, multiple agents insisted I provide a government-issued photo ID to process the refund. This request felt inappropriate and unrelated to such a small grocery item. When I asked for escalation, the supervisor repeated the same message and ended the chat. Very disappointing experience and a concerning approach to customer privacy.

      I am being charged on 3 cards for a prime membership. I am being charge a marketplace fee for ad free and am not signed up for ad free. I have contacted customer service and was told they would stop 2 of the monthly membership fee which is $16.49 monthly. They will not stop the charges. I am charged for videos too! I want it to stop! They are just like sirius xm. They never stop charging you! This is criminal activity!

      AMAZON NOW HAS REALLY SUNK DOWN IN THE DUMPS. ITEMS YOU ORDER ARE MARKED WITH "FREE SHIPPING" AND NOW ONCE YOU CHECK OUT THERE ARE SHIPPING FEES!!!! NO, I DID NOT MARK ANYTHING INCORRECTLY.....THERE ARE NOW HIDDEN SHIPPING FEES, THAT ONLY SHOW UP WHNE YOU CHECK OUT NOT BEFORE. EVEN THOUGH ITS ADVERTISED AS FREE SHIPPING. I CONTACTED THEM, AND WAS INFORMED THAT SELLERS ARE ALLOWED TO DO THAT, ADVERTISE FREE SHIPPING AND THEN CHARGE. WELL GUESS WHAT, THAT WAS MY LAST ORDER....

      This is a review of the overall Amazon company and their prime system. The bigger they get, the less dependable is their delivery. I have had numerous packages late, one delivery even showed online they were a block away, then connection was lost and I had to reorder everything. What used to be a reliable and accurate company, is now becoming more often a company that may or may not be on time or even able to deliver. They seem to have lost one of their abilities that made them so good. Reliability. I am now looking local first. If available around here, I rely on getting it myself instead of hoping that prime will actually be able to deliver next day or in two days.

      Sept 18 2025 Amazon delivery van crashed into my closed garage doot. The door was pushed into my vehicle inside the gargr moving it 12 inches forward. My hicle sustained damage over 1200 dollars. Amazon driver fled the scene. Sheriffs ofc dispatched a deputy and the Amazon driver returned and admitted guilt. Strategic logistics *** met with me and said all damage would be covered. Many calls made asking for garage door to be taken down and off my car. 8 days later I paid a contractor ****** to remove the door. I took car in for damage estmate. Many days later a new garage door was installed. Before it was instalked my garage and tools were exposed to weather. Strategic *** would not answer my calls or texts to get car ***aired and compensation for no use of my vehicle 8 days. I received a recent text that amazon ************* would take care of my claim. It is now nov 1st and no one from ARC or strategic logistics has reachec out to me and car not ***aied ir comp for money I paid out to take down heavily damaged garage door.

      I havent been able to access my account for years, and its become so overwhelming and devastating to deal with. There is no customer support option unless you can login, but since I havent been able to login I cannot contact them. I put this off not thinking my access to the account would be permanently locked, forfeiting my access to all of my published works. I know its been several years since I accessed my account, and I wish I had taken this more seriously sooner, but I need support to help me recover my account or access to the files that are published on Amazon and still available for sale.

      I have been having issues with using my Humana debit spending account card for FSA/HSA purchases. My last two purchases have been only those eligible products. I have tried to purchase them on my Humana debit card which is registered in my Amazon wallet. The first one was charged to my Prime card. The second one was charged to my Discover card without my knowledge until after the purchases. I have contacted Amazon customer service through phone and chat and was only told to disable my Prime card which I did. I still experienced the same issue on my second order. I also emailed three at corporate and received one reply back stating that I should only purchase designated FSA/HSA items- really?!! I finally called Humana and was informed that Amazon does not work with Humana for FSA/ HSA benefits and purchases.Why wasn't I given that information and notified that the card wasnt accepted before the purchase which is standard procedure at *******. Amazon is using very deceptive practices and not being transparent with customers.
