Amazon has once again drop the ball! I ordered 2 officer security shirts for work 2 weeks ago with Amazon Prime. The delivery time was supposed to be a couple days but I not only was the package delivery time late, I also did not receive my package. But they did send me a notification saying it was delivered to my door. Well that was not true. Never showed up. I contacted Amazon twice and the agents I spoke to clearly used the same message to send me stating the company apologizes, etc etc. I needed those shirts for work and I pay for Amazon Prime so I can get my packages on time. Now I have no work uniform shirts. Because Amazon employees can't read Addresses. How does a person miss that? I even had delivery instructions that specifically said, Please delivery at door number **** on third floor. I'm gonna be ending my Prime membership and also reporting this to the media along with social media if I do not receive my shirts by end of today, Sunday.Business Response

I returned the Apple AirPods with Charging Case (Wired) with Serial Numbers: ************* to Amazon.com, but they never issued me a refund, and they indicated that they did not receive my return when I contact them.The fact was I returned this item to their locker, it was called Amazon locker. I purchased two fire sticks from Amazon on or about June 2nd. Once I placed the order, I noticed the address was different and I tried to correct it. I was not able to do I put in notes the correct address and I called Amazon to give them the correct address as well.I was told I would receive the item but I had to wait until Monday after 5:00 p.m to call in. Every so often amazon offers a 40% price reduction for various products if amex points are used to purchase. This offer is displayed directly within the product description. Consumer needs to activate the promotion then the price reduction should be visible prior to 'placing order'.Until about six months ago this promotion has worked but, over the past few months, there's no reduction in price after activating it.This is, from my perspective, consumer fraud.Please note: I contacted amazon and, while on the phone with the amazon rep to try and fix this issue, I was locked out of my account after mentioning I was going to contact the BBB. Now, I was able to log back in and miraculously the amex point promotion is no longer displayed (was going to to attach here so you could see it).Business Response

As we do not have a specific product or an order number, we will not be able to speculate on the issue. You could place the order, in case the expected discount does not apply, you can cancel the order or reach us to look into the issue.
A promotional discount applies only after the item is added to cart, payment method and shipping address selected and just before the order is submitted before checkout.
