However, the refund is not being shown on the credit card bill. I sent in three items for return over a month ago and no refund has been issued. I contacted customer service and was told to wait until next week. Now it is next week and still nothing. Though the package for the return has been delivered according to the tracking number, we have not been able to locate or validate all of the items in question. In order to process the return and issue the refunds, we will need to be able to inspect the return and validate the items received.
A refund was issued on 1/5/23 for order #*********-- a gift card for $210.60 was mailed out.

Also, you claim to process refunds a lot faster than this - it's been a month and I'm starting to get concerned about my merchandise I returned. How much longer do I have to wait?

Hello. I ordered a Christmas gift which was a $500+ hat that was supposed to be gift wrapped and in perfect condition. What I received was a damaged hat with a "return" price tag on it and not gift wrapped as promised. It was a big gift for my fianc which I decided to order from Nordstrom based on prior experiences. Since receiving this damaged item I've received the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've mailed my return 3 weeks ago and have not received any sort of update or refund. The customer service I've contacted just give me a canned answer. I can't get a straight answer out of Nordstrom. Not only did they provide me with a damaged product that was not in its original packaging or gift wrapped, they have yet to process the return and give me a refund. Complaint Details I made a purchase total of $1427.66 online through Nordstrom.com on 12/22/21 I have literally been dealing with this on going issue for almost a year now due to covid and death in the family I have been dealing with a financial burden of this issue and I am trying my best to at least pay my portion of my charges Im responsible for on my Nordstrom card how ever the above charge was for 2 items purchased online on 12/22/21 I I paid with my Nordstrom card and I never received my product I have explained and filed multiple cases through Nordstrom throughout the last several months and have gotten no where with Nordstrom I was to get out of this debt with Nordstrom but they will not resolve my matter I have cried and begged and explained I never got my items Ive had more than 5 cases open on the same issue and they just close the case and say theyre carrier shows delivered so I am responsible for paying for something I never received I made sure I was home I check my tracking I checked with my neighbors and looked all around my house nothing Ive tried countless times to explain and talk to managers over and over again but I continue to get denied please I am desperate needing help to get this issues resolved so I can pay the rest of my debt off and close out my card through NordstromBusiness Response

On June 8, 2022 I made a on-line purchase $464.28 from Nordstrom and used the company Affirm for payment of the items.On June 22, 2022 I returned items to Nordstrom Rack in ******, **.I told the cashier that purchase was made thru Affirm not my Nordstrom Credit Card.But, instead of the refund going back to Affirm it was put on my Nordstrom Credit Card. I have attempted 3 times with Nordstrom to correct this and each time they state the transaction was billed correctly.So Im stuck paying affirm $ ***** with interest. I feel like Nordstrom is stealing from me. How can they put the refund on their credit Card when I didnt use their Credit Card to start with. The money they put in their CC I have not used. Nordstrom should pay Affirm or send me a check written to Affirm and I pay them. I am paying Affirm for merchandise I returned. I hope this not too confusing. I dont know what else to do. It takes them (Nordstrom) 90 days each time I put in a complaint, even the people handling the complaint could see it was wrong, one lady even said we should be able to cut you a check for the amount you owe Affirm but when they talk to their supervisor it doesnt get done. My credit with Affirm is messed up now because Im not going to pay for something I returned. I did contact them but their waiting to hear from Nordstrom.Business Response
