      The extensive menu allows for perfectly customized, bold, and flavorful drinks. While sometimes overly sweet, the coffee base itself is consistently good and robust. I highly recommend it for a satisfying, sweet caffeine fix.

      DO NOT USE AUTO RELOAD I connected my card and they charged me 25$ when I didnt even use auto reload! I scanned my card for points and it charged me!!! And then 2 days later when I didnt EVEN GET Starbucks they charged me an extra 25 dollars!!!!!!!

      I am infuriated. Yesterday went to my local Starbucks to purchase my holiday bear tumbler. I was told they were only sent two that was not on the shelf wgen they opened the doors. So i then called several (approximately 20 in my area) of my local Starbucks stores to purchase my bear tumbler, and all of them said they were only sent two!!!! Why only two? Then I was advised to go to my local Target Starbucks store. I did as suggested, and was informed they received 10 bear tumblers. All stores involved received a plethora of Hello Kitty merchandise, but only a two bear tumblers for the regular stores and 10 for the Target Starbucks. This is highly unfair! How are you going to supply plenty of merchandise for one product, and only 2 for another.? I called the customer line to complain, but all they did was apologize. That's not helping me. Ever since this new CEO took over, Starbucks is worse off. They've taken away items off the menu that a lot of customers order. And now they are trying to pit customers against each other by only supplying two holiday tumblers for more than 20 people. It's really turning me off from going there any more. And I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. And by the way, people are now trying to sell this $30 tumbler between $200-$1400 on REMOVEDand Poshmark! It's ridiculous...

      I waited in line for nearly an hour this morning at the Starbucks store in REMOVED) for the release of the new Bear Cup, only to watch the first REMOVEDin line purchase all 12 available cups while staff allowed it. I and many other customers had arrived early and were patiently waitingthis policy (or lack thereof) is profoundly unfair.Starbucks should implement a purchase limit for collectible or special-edition items so that all customers have a fair chance, not allow one REMOVEDto clear out the stock. This behavior shows a disregard for loyal customers and creates frustration and resentment. I hope Starbucks leadership reviews how this store handled the situation and ensures fairer treatment going forward.Desired resolution:A clarification of company policy for limited-edition items like these.A guarantee that future releases will include a clear limit per customer (e.g., 1-2 per REMOVED) and enforcement thereof.An apology or acknowledgement of how the situation affected customers.Thank you for your attention to this matterId like to see Starbucks show that it values fairness and its customers, not just the hype around limited releases.Customer value should come before money.

      This morning at the Starbucks on REMOVEDwas another frustrating experience. The customer in front of me in the drive-thru ordered an iced drink but was handed a hot one. When she pointed out the mistake, the worker said theyd remake it. The customer even asked if she should pull around to keep the line moving, but the worker told her no, youre fine.Because of that, everyone in line had to sit and wait over 13 minutes while they remade her drink and she still got to keep the incorrect hot drink and received a $4 coupon! When it was finally my turn, there was no apology, no acknowledgment, and certainly no offer to make up for the wasted time.This location seems to always have issues, and Im honestly at the point of considering taking my business elsewhere. The only reason I keep giving this place another chance is because of the guy from REMOVEDI never have any problems when hes working the window. Starbucks, please get it together.

      Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Discriminatory Treatment at Starbucks To Whom It May Concern,On [Sept. 5th], at your [REMOVED, REMOVED7:00pm] Starbucks, I was trespassed and asked to leave while I was sitting and drinking the coffee I had purchased. I was not causing any disturbance, and I was given no legitimate reason for being removed from the store.This action was humiliating and appeared to be discriminatory in nature. As a paying customer, I have the right to be treated with fairness, dignity, and respect. I am deeply concerned that my removal may have been motivated by bias, possibly related to my identity as a straight man.I am requesting:1.A written explanation of why I was trespassed from the store.2.Confirmation that Starbucks is investigating this matter.3.Assurance that corrective action will be taken to prevent such discriminatory treatment of customers in the future.If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I may be compelled to escalate this complaint to outside agencies, including civil rights authorities, consumer protection offices, and the Better Business Bureau.I trust that Starbucks, as a company that claims to value diversity, equity, and inclusion, will take this matter seriously.       I think this starbucks is very racist and judgmental toawrds a certain crows of people, while I was sititing inside the starbucks here in REMOVEDtoday, I was approached by a male worker, who at the time asked me if i was allright, due to the fact that I have been up allnight and day working on my laptop, and the fact casues that I am at the moment currently taking medications for my narclepys, in which i have a sleep issue which casues me to sometimes fall asleep short, or tend to dose off, the male worker then threatend me and told me that if i continued to fall asleep or even close my eyes to blink that i then would have to leave the starbucks? What is it did i even do? I cannot help the fact that I cant control my sleep or my medical conditon, what I see here is the mere judgment that Homeless people come in this starbucks everyday and fall asleep, he just profiled me illegally? I am on medicatin and thats why I am tired I cannot help this! So how is this my fault!, I feel something should happen to this employee here or even the workers, very rascist here as well, yesterday the same exact male worker here in REMOVED, then approached one of the people that I was with and asked her to perform oral REMOVEDon him- sexaully motivated herrassment and at that he continued to herrass me, stare at me from across the room, like he is doing at this very moment, it can be seen on camera, in which I did manage to capture on video recording here on my laptop device, you can hear and see what was said and who the worker who has done this was and what he was wearing or what not! Thank you for the time to take the time to hear my concern but, I feel that more than this action does need to be taken, I am others are scared for our safety that this male worker here at the starbucks in REMOVED, will again try or continue to herass young woman like myself, please consider the fact that this isnt his first time doing this to people,

      If your having a medical emergency DO NOT STOP AT Starbucks. Especially at REMOVED. This past Thursday was not a good experience at our Starbucks that we regularly go to. On our way home from being out, my mother got sick from something. She asked me to stop somewhere. We stopped at Starbucks. We are regular customers and we order through drive through. This was our fist time coming in. She got sick and when she came out, got dizzy and had to sit. My mother has some health issues, diabetes and a cancer patient with Atrium health. Everyone has some form of policy or rule, but if someone is having a medical emergency and don't know what to do, one's right mind would be to help in some way, not argue with someone about a rule/policy that we can't control. We were not trying to stay in the establishment, my mother was sick. We are always buying from that specific location, but the onetime we are not buying a $7 drink drink and just need water we can't get that. You would think with ALL THE TIMES we have come to this location and bought items my mother could just get a sip of water to regulate herself. This all happened this past Thursday around 2:45pm it was only two people visibly working. One african american lady and one white lady, it was the white lady that I spoke to. I communicated that she was having a medical emergency and that did not mean sREMOVEDto her, excuse my french.

      Location on REMOVED. Was a customer for many years as my REMOVEDis very close to this location (visited multiple times a week). Encountered a drive-thru employee was very rude and seemed angry. The employee at the drive-thru was rude and rushed. My order was wrong. I called the store manager and he made it clear that he was not interested in customer experience and that I was just some bREMOVEDbothering him. Years of friendly service and accurate orders but I will never go back. Starbucks employees have been very public about demanding respect and courtesy (a very reasonable expectation) but today's interaction gave me a different perspective. Respect and courtesy need to go both ways.
