      Im sharing repeated customer service failures. First, when I called customer service about missing delta SkyMiles, I was hung up on once and transferred to a recorded and irrelevant line to MAKE delta flight reservations. When I tried a chat, I was disconnected three times. When I tried to inquire by email, I could not submit the email because a recaptcha test was required, although none appeared on the pageeven using multiple internet browsers. I am respectful and my questions arent difficult. Nevertheless, I never received the SkyMiles that Starbucks indicated I had received by completing its promotion.Others should be aware that (1) Starbucks did not deliver on promotions, and (2) its customer service is terrible to nonexistent.

      Starbucks is racist. Today, I sat at the one on ***************************************************************** and they turned off the outlets so I could not use my computer which has to stay charged for me to use it. What Starbucks turns off the electric outlets under the table?

      I think you should have let me file a complaint.I have an email from Starbucks admitting the issue was on their end.I tried to purchase a gift card for a friend. Every time I tried, their website said: there is a problem on our end. Please try again later.I don't know how many times I tried. Every time I received the same message....the above.When I received two emails in my inbox thst they had sent two, I panicked. I didn't know how many they were going to send.Again, it was their error. They are a $103 billion.....that's right....BILLION.....It's no wonder when they pull this **** of ****

      A $50 electronic gift card purchased almost 6 wks ago Person received email gift card could not use it at any starbucks...would oinly say error according to starbucks employees ...this has been dragged out this whole time of being told they would refund the $50 back to my checking account...many phone calls of them saying the credited the $50 back to my checking account...every time my bank confirming that they have not!Then starbucks saying they would expedite mailing me a $50 refund check..they said 1 to 2 days...over a wk goes by still no check.....another call to them saying again they would expedite mailing a check....so now at least 2 wks and still no check!!!! And no refund made to checking account.....correct mailing address confirmed both times.This is like theft to me and they are keeping my money owed to me!!This is not a mom and pop store this is starbucks!!Thoroughly disqusted!

      I live in the ******* area and I go to a specific location almost everyday for years. My only concern is the fact that this location does not provide a rain guard where you place the order. This is quite annoying at times when its raining hard and you are struggling to give an order and at times have to repeat an order while my car is being flooded with water. There is a rain guard over the drive thru pick up window however. Please place a rain guard at the location: ************************************************************************. Other locations have it.

      Possibly the worst loyalty program of all time. I spent the past year trying to accumulate 200 stars for a coffee. I'm at like 173 and am now getting emails that my stars are about to expire. Why in the flip are you expiring points I spent money earning? More importantly, why does it take longer to build up the points than they last in the first place? Thankfully there are far better local options these days than this scummy company.

      Hello ******,

      We are sorry to hear that you were unaware that Stars expire. Unless otherwise noted, Stars are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours of your eligible purchase and expire six (6) months after the calendar month in which such Stars were earned. For example, if you earn Stars on December 15, 2023, they will expire on July 1, 2024. The oldest accrued Stars will be used first for redemptions. You can view and track your Star balance and available Rewards, as well as any additional benefits for which you are eligible as a Starbucks Rewards member, on ****************************************** by using the App.

      We do see that you had **** Stars on January 1st and have another **** expiring on February 1st. We suggest that you redeem them before they expire. 

      As a one-time courtesy, we've added 75 stars to your account as a gesture to replace your expired stars.

      I went to Starbucks in ***************, ** at at ************************* 2:12 pm and was received by a rude barista stating that a drink I have been drinking for years cannot be modified how I requested even if I pay extra she basically said NO WAY and made it sound like she would lose her job if she made it! I then told her I just had one yesterday and she stated where? I told her at another location and she said thats cause other locations dont follow the RULES! So I then changed it a different way. Finished my order and I was upset but willing to let it go. I then proceed to get my drink when a different barista named ***** approaches me and tells me just so you know we arent allowed to modify this drink like this either. And then as if to intimidate me she says I am a shift manager! So I then tell her that in that moment if I wanted to I could order the drink on the Starbucks app the way I like it and it allows me just by paying 70 cents more and in a condescending tone she said that Starbucks hasnt updated the app thats why its allowing you. Making it sound like Starbucks is incompetent that they cant even update and app apparently because according to ***** and the other barista this change happened for quite some time ago and I have just been getting my drink done by a bunch of rule breaking baristas at other locations and even at this location a week ago. I am mind blown because since when does the Barista Promise not apply. Since when you cant change the milk you want in your drink and add extras. Even paying extra apparently at this location Starbucks doesnt want extra money.
