      Smart Cremation was a Godsend . My husband and I bought the contracts a year ago -having no idea that we would be needing them so soon. Smart Cremation took care of everything and guided me through the steps that I needed to take. They were kind, compassionate and efficient.***** ******* did the presentation here in ******* and she was right about everything she said. ***** ******* was my funeral director with Smart Cremation who walked me through everything. Im so thankful we had this in place because without Smart Cremation I would have been at a total loss.

      I am 66 years old and have been seriously thinking about making plans for my end of life so that my daughter does not have to worry about anything when my time does come. I have been strongly considering cremation mainly because of financial reasons. I had little to no knowledge about cremation but I happened to receive an invitation to a Smart Cremation seminar and I decide to attend. I am so glad that I did. *****, the Sales Manager, did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of choosing cremation, helped me to understand everything more clearly, patiently answered all of my questions and gave me comfort in making my decision to choose Smart Cremation.       Went to seminar and then followed up two weeks later with purchase. I can't say enough about what a great job ****** **** did during the presentation and the follow up. She was very knowledgeable about her product and our options and some of the pitfalls one may face. There was absolutely no high pressure sales whatsoever. Very kind and professional transaction. No one really wants to do this, but I feel better knowing things are in place for our children at our passing. Thanks, ******.

      The presentation was thorough, informative and enlightening. No pressure to purchase, but very reasonably priced , which my wife and I did purchase and by doing so able to cross off one more life preparation step.

      After meeting with a Smart Cremation *** and giving it some thought, my husband and I have decided to go this route. As we are getting older, we realized that we don't want our kids or other family members to have to be responsible for making decisions that we should have made ourselves. Not that we're hurrying death; it's just that after dealing with the deaths of family members, the thought of not having pre-made (and pre-PAID) plans didn't seem right or fair to our loved ones. Our ***, ***** *., made our decision easier and was really helpful in all ways. We highly recommend looking into this affordable, well-thought-out plan for yourself!

      I got up this morning and was very glad that I received a package with my urn from Smart Creation. It was beautiful. Mr ***** ***** was the person I dealt with. He was so good in his presentation and everything has happened just as he said. I love it.

      We used Smart Cremation in November 2024 for our mother. They did everything they promised they would. They made it very easy for us and the only thing I had to do was follow their instructions. Highly recommend this company. ****** ******* made the arrangements for us and **** ***** was our advisor who sold us the plan while our loved one was on hospice, making it very easy for us to spend time with her knowing everything was taken care of.
