              Sold a defective tractor. It caused an accident due to not being checked out. The hydraulics failed on the first time using it and it crashed into the creek. ****** was lucky he flew out instead of landing upside down in the creek like the tractor did. The mower attachment had two broken bolts and could not be used until repaired. THe attachments look used and they had missing parts that should have been included in the purchase. THe tractor had another repair regarding the hydraulics and bucket was not holding again!. I could not use the tractor due to the fact it was in the shop and returned in FIRE SEASON. I had to wait til OCT. to find out about the same problem. I have a detailed list attached of all problems. I do not want this piece item and I do not want to do business with this. I purchased in good faith and was taken advantage of.

              My husband's backhoe was stuck on the ***** & needed some work. Brim Tractor sent a man out 5 times to work on it. It was in worse condition afterward than before they started. Without his approval, they charged $4,000 to his credit card which they had on file due to previous work. My husband had his son (a car mechanic) come out. The two of them got it running so my husband could drive it home to work on it himself.
