      Sold a defective tractor. It caused an accident due to not being checked out. The hydraulics failed on the first time using it and it crashed into the creek. ****** was lucky he flew out instead of landing upside down in the creek like the tractor did. The mower attachment had two broken bolts and could not be used until repaired. THe attachments look used and they had missing parts that should have been included in the purchase. THe tractor had another repair regarding the hydraulics and bucket was not holding again!. I could not use the tractor due to the fact it was in the shop and returned in FIRE SEASON. I had to wait til OCT. to find out about the same problem. I have a detailed list attached of all problems. I do not want this piece item and I do not want to do business with this. I purchased in good faith and was taken advantage of.

      Hi, *************** to a message from new Holland. They are asking for more time to come up with a solution so I cannot close out the case. At this time. I wanted to remain open while they provide me there a solution since this is not an answer to anything other than extending the time. Thank you so much.

      I wasn't sure if you received the email below.  I am sending via this portal just in case you did not receive it.  

      "I am sorry that you and I have had such a hard time connecting.  It seems like we just kept getting each others voicemails.  I am also very sorry for the problems that youve experienced.  We just received the notice today of your filing with the BBB.  I have contacted New Holland and we are working towards a solution to your desired settlement.  I hope to have an answer and solution early next week.    

      I just have one quick question.  ******* had mentioned that, at one point,you were interested in a bigger or different size tractor.  Do you still have any interest in this?  One of the options that came up when discussing this with New Holland was a possible trade to a better tractor.  Just curious.  Given your experience, I would completely understand if this was not of interest to you.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Thank you for your response. I'm sure your up to date on the ongoing issues I've had since day one with the tractor, accessories, and attachments.  I'm sure you can understand my frustration. I do appreciate your offer for an upgrade, but I have been waiting way to long and have been greatly inconvenienced, and have lost trust in the product and company.  The driver could have died when the hydraulics failed and it flipped over in the creek. No one should have issues like the ones I've had with a brand new machine or incomplete and broken attachments, at this point I would just like for you to come pick up the tractor, along with the attachments which remain unused, and return my money.

      After conferring with New Holland; the following is the solution that we are offering.  Brim will buy back the tractor for the current loan amount of $24,505.73.  We will offer to buy back any attachments that have not been used for the full amount paid.  We will offer to buy back any used attachments for half of our current cost.  

      Please let us know if this is acceptable.  If so, I will arrange to picking up the tractor and attachments, pay off the loan, and cut a check for the attachments.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      Please add in the additional $135.00 for the tire. I was told that you would reimburse me months ago for that from **** at **** *************!

      took my baler in to repair knotter and they changed chains and did not check it before it left and it was complete out of time and sheared shear bolt and bent feeder fork and they tried to fix string hanging on knotter and replaced knife arm and same work was done 1 year before in feild and they charged me ****** and took to shop and said it was done and was never checked and charged *******! I called when got to field and shear pin broke and never got a phone call back when in shop and when it was broke! I called at 3:30pm and they sent guy out and same guy that worked on it and had to help him try and figure out what he did wrong and all chains out of time and he did not do dry run on baler to check ? Now they want to charge me for there mistakes and I had to find my original operators manual and was able to get in time! but it still has original problem with string hanging on knotter after ***** *****! I want my money back and **** erased
